Its been a while since I have played Skyrim (bad video card now replaced). This mod looks so tempting ... looking forward to playing it. Hope there is more in the works for it

So I've just been abducted for the quest pirate prize - I killed the first mate because the dialogue wouldn't change anymore.

Is there a follow up to kill the captain (and regain your gold)? Otherwise, I'm pretty fucked.

Dear Stobor, i reinstalled Skyrim and of course I wanted to play again with your devious mod. :D

This time I added the Chidna blood and silver expansion. (now the mine is very big and it is easy to get lost while blindfolded, which is good).

I have also added the milkmod economy but so far it didn't change anything. what should I do to get it interact with chidna experience?

If the character is lactating, there should be additional dialogue options with NPCs.  Best to also have the breast-feeding animations from Non-SexLab Animation Pack (under the 3j animations tab of NSAP) installed and enabled, but it'll work without that.

Posted

Maybe I found it, it says something like "I am busting" ?

I have the nonsexlab animations, I will check if the breastfeeding is active.

On the pump machine the bresast of my PC got scrambled and reversed on her back. It took me a while to figure it out, they seemed wings at first. Maybe it was just a momentary bug. i have to test the machine once more before i am sure.

Also for the status descriptions i have a few questions, the "nipple" value changes but the value 2 and 3 are always 0. do they represent the filling of breasts?

Those dialogue options and such are from MilkMod, I believe (and may make my custom dialogue somewhat redundant, but they were added after my last update).  Best ask questions over there.

According to UESP It is possible to complete the forsworn conspiracy quest without going to cidhna mine is to stealth kill the middle guard in the Shrine of Talos when you return for a final report to Eltrys. I think that the pirate quest should also be able to happen when you complete the above requirement and helping Ainethach in Karthwasten

I don't tweak a mod to cater to game exploits (which that clearly is).  That said, there's a good chance that there will be one or more alternate methods of starting the Pirate Prize quest in future.

So you don't get your gold back? I managed to get free of my bonds and killed everyone on the ship but the +4000 gold I had will forever remain lost? I'm not talking about some gold either. I'm talking about ALL my gold was stolen. Had I known I wouldn't get ANY of my gold back I wouldn't have installed this Mod.

You're worried about 4000 gold :) , Skyrim's awash with gold, anything that's acts as a sink is a good thing.

Do a dungeon or two you'll soon have it back

This is my first sexed out Skyrim. It has nearly all the DD family Mods and many other adventure prohibiting sex Mods. I'm not playing vanilla where you can run into two dungeons and scrounge up gold and items so easily. Especially when I'm using stuff like OBIS, Immersive Patrols and Revenge of the Enemies. This is a totally immersive play thru. It'll take me at least another 5 to 6 hours of playtime to get that back if I don't want to use the console commands.

I don't play vanilla either and use all the DD mods, I also use Trade & Barter to increase purchase prices by 50% and decrease selling prices by 50%.

Unless OBIS or one of those others you mention cuts down the gold you find I don't see what makes it so difficult.

In any case losing your gold is surely part of the roleplay and immersion

What gets cut down is my character from the combination of RotE and OBIS making it difficult for me to explore any locations that are not towns or cities. I cannot just stroll into a fort and crypt anymore without being torn to shreds or restarting many times especially with my character being 5 hours of playtime old and at level 7. I just went into Chillwind Depths and got massacred by the first Falmer I came across. I know where the gold and goodies are at, it's acquiring it from baddies that is the issue.

Also, I would agree with you on the loss of gold and immersion part if I could track down my kidnappers and end such a slave trade as well as get my gold back but they are a non existing entity in-game so it kills any immersion on that end.

That's actually a huge plus for me. I find it totally immersive to lose everything with no hope of getting it back, and have to struggle and do things my character would normally never dream of just to survive. When I get enslaved by SD, for example, I leave all the stuff in the chest in Sanguine's realm, unless it's something necessary, like the time I forgot to read the Helen reborn book before getting captured.

From my point of view, it is a matter of immersion - being able to automatically recover lost or stolen gold is not always realistic.  Pirates and bandits will tend to blow any windfall quickly.  And like @jfraser, I find it makes for good role-play.

Anyway - my mod, my decision.

Edit: and if you're really unhappy with my decision, just console yourself some gold.  Much faster and more productive than coming here to complain.

True.

Besides, money is "free" in Skyrim. Just pick up everything with at least 10/1 price/weight ratio and you get your gold back, before you actually start missing it.

New version up, with a couple of bug fixes and a minor addition: a new way to start the Pirate Prize quest.

If you do the 'Lights Out' quest, Deeja and the wreckers aboard the Icerunner are likely to capture you, and increase their profit by selling you (if you're female, and not wearing any restraints that would conflict).  From there, the quest on the Dainty Sload proceeds normally - but this time your captors aren't faceless, so you can take revenge by raiding the base of the Blackblood Marauders once you get free.

Is it safe to update after completing No One Escapes From Cidhna Mine? I only ask because of the bug fix you mentioned.

Should be safe, though I didn't explicitly test that.  The worst that should happen is that the Pirate quest would fail to start when it ought to - and if that happens it can safely be started from console:

startquest DvCidhna_DaintySload

The usual rule still applies though: keep a save from before the update, just in case.

Will do, thanks
