You are looking down at the road to Solitude and that boulder down there should have a respawning bandit in hiding and a lonely cart as a trap in the middle of the road. ? Interesting wall in the picture ... which mod adds that?

A hint is needed? super duper wild guess: Mistwatch? or Darklight Tower ? would make more sense now that I look at the base of the tower ? maybe not high enough >.<
