That's actually the place I meant. I was looking in the wrong part of the map then I looked for Autumnshade.   

Also explains why I couldn't find the place in my last game. I thought it was one for the 'Weird Quirks' thread but it is more a 'Crap at Geography' issue.

While I would be thrilled for Slorm to put up a screenie (they are always good shots), the way this works is that ANYONE can put up a screenshot if there is not already one up (and sometimes people get carried away and put one up then anyway). So, if you have one that you want to share - please put it up (personally I try to limit myself to one daily since I have been know to get carried away).

I thought you might have meant it as well, but when I re-read your answer before hitting the + to quote you as well, I saw your "off the map" remark and thought east toward Morrowind, not west side of the Rift into Falkreath.  There is another valley and at least 3 named locations that I think have featured here before so it isn't "off the map" to me.

It's one of the 'animal den/lair' things. I'd guess the one SW of Nightgate Inn, W of Lake Yorgrim and NE of Korvanjund.

While your general location is not all that far off your description of the named location is.
