Definetly, you need more hints :) ...or an hour of random coc'ing around

It's located in the Rift

I'm at work (not Worik) and there will be no random COCing until I get home. ?

Based on clues, not recognition, the location in all Skyrim that has the most Glowing Mushrooms is Tolvald's Cave. Since that also happens to be in the Rift, be a cave system and has significant water in some areas, I'll have to guess that next. ?

Tolvald's Cave

no

in parts ... the phrase "cave" is used when talk is about that certain location :classic_wink:

I see, it is waaaaay more difficult, than I thought. I assumed it do be a dead easy one. :classic_blush: but i guess that must be my style of play.

EDIT:

Bonus ? if someone recognized the lady on the chair. Though this question would better belong into @Grey Cloud's thread.

I will hasten to point out that the portion of Tolvald's that has the most glowing mushrooms is actually called Tolvald's Gap. Therefore, that might not be as useful a hint as you might think. ?

Edit: Cave or cavern? ?

My first impression on seeing the lady was Mjoll the Ljollness and the abandoned prison. I've probably only been in the prison once, way back when. The strange sepia look is confusing me. I only thought of Mjoll because I recently came across Grimserver which, if memory serves, is her sword (?)

"Cave", I just checked Godefroy de Papincourt's "Almanach on places to stay away from"

No Mjoll, no ? for you, ...  yet

The strange look in the pictures is from gamma editing and from my ring of night-eye. My ambient lightlevel is made for playing terrifying dungeons. Unfortunately that looks too dark if used for screen archery. :classic_sad:

Grimsever is her sword and can be found at the "end" of Mzinchaleft. There is also a "door" to Blackreach next to it if you have the "key".

Unless I miss my guess the lady is Annekke Crag-Jumper. Still working on locations however.

? Here goes the first one

Just for motivational purposes of course!

As I mentioned in a previous, I don't usually do Dwemer ruins but I've done a few in this run and Aninchtotheleft was one of them. Spotted the sword out of the corner of my eye as I leaving the room/area. Grabbed it because it had name and only later guessed what it was.

Does Annekke Queue-Jumper wear light armour? I suppose she does though not usually scaled? Mjoll uses heavy?

I took her a a follower for a quest. And I figured a bit of armour could help to bring her back alive.

Fortunately, the first bandit group had a female with roughly the same size. It was a bit tight at the breast, but we thought it ok, since it was just for a quick trip to Markarth and back.

Though she kept the armour as a memento... for her boring miner days with Verner.

For the record, Annekke is a major NPC in my playthroughs. She has been a follower, a house steward and, once, a spouse. I would be very embarrassed to miss her in her vanilla form. I would like a better makeover for her - Bijin makes her look even older that the vanilla game does. ?

NPCs of Dibella makes Anneke look good. Dames of Skyrim might change her, too, but I haven't used it so I don't know. Both of these conflict with the Bijin mods, so you'd have to choose which to use.

Thanks for the help. I'd gladly give up the good looks of the others if I could have a great Annekke. (Don't tell Worik but I left out that mostly Annekke winds up as my sex slave, though). :P

Dames of Skyrim does change her. I've just gone in game, fast travelled to DW-xing and taken two screenies, clothed and unclothed. Came out of the game. changed the screenies to jpgs and realised she is the Bijin Annekke. Muppetry.  Don't know why I'm using the Bijin model. I'll try and sort it out tomorrow if I think on.

Just had a look at NPCs of Dibella - it should be called Mares of Dibella. They is some horsey looking wimmin.

Thanks for trying. NPCs of Dibella looks promising but there is no picture of Annekke on the mod site. ?

I officially give up. I spent some time COCing without any results. The day is yours. ?

The only thing I have is something in the back of my head about a place I was in about a week ago. I remember wading through a short stretch of water that didn't seem to have any relevance or logic with regard to the rest of the place.

The look is probably baked into your save. The only way to get rid of it is to start a new game.

Okay, time for the Loverslab Lemming to get into the game. This should be fairly easy.

I'm going for Potema's Pad, the final chamber with the lightning. ? No I'm not. They are draugr and the steps aren't as many.

Annekke's not baked in, I've got an esp with her name on it. I forgot to add earlier that as I arrived, with the cottage on my left, Verner came out and did the jump animation off the porch onto the ground. Must've been on a promise.

See and my first thought was at the end of Forsaken Cave. But were that the case there wouldn't be a nordic pillar but the receptacle for Nurelion's mixture. This will require some more thought. ?

I've posted some DOS Annekke pics on the Guesss the NPC thread.

I've been through the Guess this NPC thread twice and used the search engine to look and haven't found her yet. Can you, perhaps, give me the post number?
