It looks like the area in the ruins part of the mine, but before the area I posted. There would be a post with a soul gem frost trap to the left/behind you. There is a bow+arrows and a spell book for ice spike iirc to knock the gem off the post so you can pull the chain and open the secret loot room you're looking into.

It could be anything but I was hoping someone would get Iron and knock this out. In fact, in the picture the ore deposit is moonstone if I remember correctly. 2) someone was bound to get it (or not). This was meant to give bind. 3) Ralys' quote was supposed to yield Barrow. Answer: Ironbind Barrow. Specifically, after you enter and kill all the spiders you reach the large chamber. This is where Beem-ja ejaculates (pun intended), "This is it! We've found Gathrik's tomb!) If you stay focused on moving ahead you may not have noticed that there are two ledges, one on either side. If you go up on the right one (right while heading into the tomb) you will be standing at the spot where this picture is taken. It is looking back at the entrance to the chamber. And yes indeed there is an ore deposit on the other side which can be reached with some effort. ? 1

Hide contents I expect that you're right and no ivory claw is needed at Winstad Manor. However if you go just a little west (toward the sunset - that way you don't need to check the wiki) you'll find Folgunthur which is one of the two places you DO need the ivory claw. And, by the way, there are actually more receptacles than that for the ivory claw. ?
