Tattoos should only glow when marked as glowing in the JSON file, so you could edit the JSON to turn off the glow.

hello, does anyone have ideas why the amount of tattoos for each section is limited to three? changing the skee64.ini does not seem to have any impact.

That was fixed for the SE version but was never backported to the LE version.

I'm getting the same problem. I've tried all different versions of JContainers too and keep getting the same warning message. Nothing else appears in the MCM under SlaveTats.

I had the same issue, but it was due to i install the wrong version of SlaveTats, for me after installing SlaveTatsSE-1.3.9.7z works for me. Hope this help

All of a sudden I can't select any other NPC than my player character from the menu anymore. Existing tattoos still show on slaves, I just can't select any of them to edit.

Is there a version for the Anniversary Edition?

I'm using v1.3.9 with the SSE 1.6.640 w/o issue. FWIW, I only put tats on my dragonborn, not any npc's.

Hey, I'm just having a hard time determining which of the downloads is for LE.

Everything without SE in it's name.

SlaveTats-1.3.6.7z is the latest for LE.

You can downgrade from there if something is incompatible in your LO with that version.

I ran into interesting problem today. Wryebash seems to analyze all slavetats jsons  and make cached json file out of it. It would be otherwise fine but it bugs. It did not include YPS on BoS mod configs which is interesting.

As I first thought because of mod organizer. Cache is not updated by wrye bash but slavetats. Which seems weird. I finally got it update right by uninstalling some tat packs. Then the cache generated correctly.

I have a weird issue. Everything  works fine, layers and all but the only character detected is the pc and no npcs.

Fixed after a 100 saves rollback. Te issue now is that  its not detecting face tats

The tattoos have to be re-applied at game load, because overlays are not recorded in the save files. Why it would take ten seconds is anybody's guess, though. It should be much faster than that.

The SE version is good with any SE release, as long as you have the appropriate versions of the dependencies.

If the overlay information is not in the save file, then I assume it must exist in some external file. Can you tell me where it is located? All I could find was the 'slavetats_cache.json' but this doesn't contain any info about which tats to apply to which NPC.

In my case, I had a 'stuck' tears tat on an NPC which was originally applied by Diary of Mine. On the recommendation of the author, I went into SlaveTats MCM menu to remove it, but now with every game load SlaveTats is spending time 'applying' tats on an NPC which doesn't have any tats to apply. It also spends time 'applying' tats to my player character who also doesn't have any tats to apply - that was simply a result of opening the MCM menu not long after installing the mod.

My loading process is not as slow as mentioned by the previous poster, but I would like to speed it up a bit by removing unnecessary script processing. Thanks.

Believe the information your after is saved in the .skse co-save since while i've never editted it, i did try cleaning the skse co-save once upon a time and after loading back into the game every slavetat i'd applied to a NPC had disappeared

That actually makes sense, thanks. May I ask what you used to clean the skse co-save?

NetImmerse Override Cleaner SE

I'd suggest making a copy of the .skse save before you use it so if anything goes wrong you can switch it back to the uncleaned version
