Player slavery is enabled, release fee is almost 80k, which is more than double of high debt. Relationship with master = Good, mildly submissive, success rate = Excellent. Mansion has been completed for longer while and all sorts of npcs are around.

 

Speaking of cages in wilderness, when you're put in one for second time it's already unlocked.

Every success increases the rank with master by 0.5 points, every failure decreases it by the same amount and the starting value is 10. So if you succeeded 10+ times that puts you at a 15-16. For the success / fail streak it is a running variable, each success increases it by 1 (max of either a 6 or 7) and each failure decreases it by 1 with a low of -6 (or -7) so you likely have the maximum high value so you will need to fail 14-16 times to lower that and another 8-10 times to get the rank down to 4.

 

I will have to check the script that locks it, it should be locked normally but it should be checked at the start of the scene and locked in necessary.

here are the values of it as associated with the smithy:

10 - First smithing section

11 - First quest (third overall)

Once you hit the top of the stairs check the variable, if it is not correct then change it using   setvalue  cdxSlaveTaskLvl to

De'Zra's dialogue is keyed to the variable.

I tried using the command you said and the variable was 11 (the stage i was supposed to be at) nothing worked, so i restarted and went through everything the exact same way that i did before. same result.

 

I have noticed however, the De'Zra was named 'Captured Dreams Courier' and that some characters had different name for example master was named hunter for some reason could the different names have anything to do with it?

I decide to completely reinstall Captured Dreams to see if that would fix the incorrect names, when i did i loaded up the game and De'Zra came to me with the quest.

It seems the master can't remove White Leather Restrictive Corset. Also she's doing things in wrong order. Because of equipping rules, a belt can't be put on when another belt is already on, so you should remove all items first, and then put on the belt and collar for return back guarantee. When player is in the shop and raised up in chains, all items are always removed, so that part works and is the only way to get yourself clean. But she's the one who put those items on me when putting me to the cage in forest. It wasn't from other mod.

 

The master is also allowing me to try removing items endlessly, without actually removing the leftovers (i guess just the CD items). But it's a way to get more debt infinitely. Also insertables should be last ones to remove. The system might prevent getting them out before belts.

 

I managed to trigger the event that player is put on display on outside. I thought it was weird that it again put me in corset and insertables, maybe because it thought i already had a belt so it didn't put the new one properly on. So please if you want to enforce items, full clean first.

Second thing was that first i saw player raised in X-position for a few seconds but then she just dropped back standing on ground. And was left there without controls until afternoon. I will do a little testing with that, if you can get freed, or if previous bug repeats, but you might also want to set timescale up during it.

Also i suspect DFW Support (and Devious Framework?) is interfering with furniture in thalmore dungeon event. All i really need to do is press E to get out of them, if the apparently timed auto-release doesn't free me (without giving player controls back). The npc's keep looking but not doing anything.

 

And now i keep getting sent to the thalmor party over and over again. I finished it once, and i tried quickloading before turning quest in for several times. Thalmor quest is disabled in the MCM menus.

edit: I went and accepted the Thalmor, and it appeared to be different scenario this time. However when they say they're letting me go, nothing happens. I can't get out, even the door is not connected to the world if i go and kill the guards (i mean, use jump key and you're free from chains). Maybe i'll use console to teleport, but then i don't know what happens with scripts.

Hi, I'm having an issue. When I first walk into the store, the master tells me to take a look around and ask her any questions, but I have no dialogue options when I try to talk to her

Removal of items is done as follows:

-   DD command of "GetWornDevice" which is based on the keyword. This gives me the Inventory item for the device associated with that keyword that is currently worn

-   DD command of "GetRenderedDevice" which takes the item I found in the above command to get the rendered device

With these commands I have everything I need to remove any specific type of item. If an item is not removed either the "removeall" safeguard has been tripped between the removal of the item and removing it from inventory (if that is done) in which case DD will automatically reequip the item. I have a delay between the unequipping of the device and its removal from your inventory to help counter this. If a particular item is consistently not being removed at all then in all likelyhood the device is broken or set up incorrectly.

I have had t.ara build me custom furniture to replace the posts to keep this from happening once they are put into place.

The Thalmore scenes are done with player controls disabled for the most part, if it is not continuing then the scene is not ending for whatever reason (possibly due to another mod trying to do something to you at the same time).

The script that determines which punishment is to be used checks what is enabled / disabled / available (expansion or no expansion) so if it is disabled in the MCM menu it should not be used at all and there is a different set of punishments that are used in case all of the advanced punishments are not available for some reason (possible under some circumstances). I would try enabling the quest and disabling it again so it will set the variable again.

 

 

Overall, it sounds like you are having some script overload considering some of the mods you are running are script intensive and intrusive as far as DD is concerned. The next time you have an issue with removal of items or other scripted event upload a copy of the papyrus log (google it if you are not sure on how to set it up or where it is located), Upload the file itself, don't paste the text.

Which version of CD are you using? If using v4.05 make sure you are using the v4.051 patch though this version overall is for German speakers primarily (and should not be installed before v 4.15 as they are incompatible).

 

Is the Captured Dreams MCM menu working? If not then is the DD, Sexlab or ZAP menu's not working? Any of these can cause the mod to not work.

 

Speaking to her initially sets the stage of the Framework quest to 10 to which her dialogue is keyed to. If your game can't do this then you have issues going on with your scripts.

I am using v4.15. All of my mcms are working, and all of the requisite mods are working fine, so I have no idea what could be causing this.

Thanks for detailed response. I will look into papyrus log, but i also have suggestion for the order of removal:

1. Yoke & Armbinder (these are top level restraints, not blocked by anything)

2. Hood

3. Blindfold (it is under the hood sometimes)

4. Hobble suits

5. Boots

6. Gags & Head harnesses

7. Arm and leg cuffs

8. Ball/Bondage mittens

9. Gloves

10. Chastity bra

11. Body harness (leather harness usually also acts as chastity belt and collar)

12. Corsets (some corsets include belt)

13. Collars

14. Belts

15. Piercings, vag and anal plugs

Changing the order they are removed in would not be difficult, just require rearranging the script parts.

 

On the corset though it has some issues being removed if the belt is attached at times. Mainly this is due to the device setup and what is considered to be the official 'rendered' item for the corset so there are times it is not removed due to confusion in DD (is a known issue and removing the belt first is the workaround for it).

And i am at least ~80% convinced that Devious Framework and DFW Support are bad for this mod. Even after i removed them, their leftover scripts showed up in papyrus log. Free to try if you want, so you can warn others in main post.

 

But on fresh save from unmodded playthrough with neither of the DFW mods i was still sent to the first thalmor party, while the button was off for it (for test). I did toggle it off, on, off to make sure it registers.

Upon starting the game and making my character, I go to MCM and start slavery, doing so I got to the ship talk to the guy after setting my options, picking the lowely slave I go to the mine, worked fine until 8PM where none of the ore was checked and wasn't locked in cage as the rules said. Next I tried the other version of this, went and said I would pay off my debt, well and good, until she was reading the note, for 15 minutes until I called it quits, tried removing player control and waiting an hour to make the scene continue, neither worked.

I find that many DD mods and slavery mods in general cause issues due to the amount of resources they use (whether or not you use CD). The biggest reason for the amount of resources they use is they are what I refer to as 'free range mods' or in other words operate everywhere and all the time. Generally I stick to mods that are triggered and do nothing until then, do their thing and then are done. Currently, other than CD, I use 2 DD mods; one is a basic version of DCUR which just has the mechanic of placing items on the player (later versions of DCUR were constantly running in the background even when not needed) and Devious Captures (I think that is it) which adds items when you lose and Defeat kicks in. That is it, I dumped everything else. Sexlab mods I use Random Attack, SexLab Defeat and whichever one it is that lets you initiate sex via spells.

 

CD is a closed system and unless you are doing a quest or something else there is, at most, 3 scripts running; one is the Task Manager that updates when quests are available, one is called Guest Control which controls the npc's used in the VIP house (when they arrive and leave, nothing else) and each of these update once a day. The other script is for Chaste Spouse that checks your location to see if you are in your home and the spouse is there and is triggered when you change locations, if you go home it starts the timer for spouse interaction and when you leave it stops it. Everything else is either run by quests using timers or use trigger boxes.

Post a papyrus log of the events when they happen so I can see what is going on (post the file and not just paste the entire or part of the log). These quests have been in place for years and generally the biggest issue is other mods either interfering with scenes or causing errors and overwhelming papyrus to the point that other mods don't work properly.

I used wait until 7 am, saved and quit game to get cleaner papyrus log. Somewhere at 8:40 the message came for freedom and then nothing even if i waited more. I don't actually see anything relevant in the log, the dialogs are never logged. And i have very few mods, just to have perfect testing ground for this mod. But i want to move on to other mods now because this one just ain't working, feel free to add me on Steam as i am nearly always online and free to test things.

When she starts reading the note, save the game. Then load that save. Play proceeds normally.

since you are getting the bug that the yoke isnt being removed, that tells me and im sure vel will agree, that you are using DD 4.0/4.1. this is a known bug and wont be fixed until there is an update in CD to do the minimal support for DD 4.0. if you are using DCUR (deviusly cursed loot) you can us its "free me" to remove the yoke, before the fade to black scene happens. i have found that you can use DCUR's free me with no issues since it respects the quest item keyword from other mods where the DD 4.0 one does not and can break quests.

also the device is a standard device so if you really want you can give yourself a key and have a lovely (aka frustrating as hell) time of struggling to remove it as you would normally.

I started with a fresh install and have an odd error.

 

When i pick a retreival quest, text wider than the screen pops up saying read a letter from the master.  I don't have a letter.  When i look at my quests, the title of the quest is the test saying 'read the letter'.  the quest contents are empty other than go to solitude.  

 

The master's name is 'hunter'.  I don't remember that being the case the last time i played this.

 

Any ideas?

 

 

UPDATE - nevermind, had one of the old files installed.  All fixed.

Hi, is there any where I can get previous version of DDi and DDx( I think those are the ones I am thinking of). I updated to the latest versions of those, only to find out that they are incompatible with CD. Also, how goes things with the updating of CD to be compatible with the new versions of those mods(assuming you intend to)?

I noticed this as well, you can fix it by saving and reloading the game (at least that worked for me) and the scene will continue playing!

Hit a small bug with the personal favor for master quest where when you get to the embassy and go inside Elenwen walks out but then nothing happens. Tried numerous things from previous posts and used the possible fix options from the mod itself but nothing seems to trigger the event. I heard that activating the story at a specific time can cause conflict so I tried it on numerous time frames but to no avail. Is there a console command that I can use to bypass this?
