Hey Min?

I was riding my horse earlier today (or maybe it was yesterday night) while I still had the chastity belt from Deviant Life on, and at one point the soulgem plugs started vibrating. I stood up on the horse's back and start playing the 'horny' animation, but once it was over I was stuck with my normal standing idle animation atop the horse. I could still ride it, but moving would not only move the horse, but would also trigger my normal running animations, as if I was on the ground. I couldn't get off the horse, but once I got in combat as a wolf saw me, I tapped E to get off hoping that the combat dismount from Convenient Horses would be able to unstuck me, but instead I went into first person, and got stuck there; couldn't move at all, attack or anything, but could still be attacked.

 

Is there any code in the mod to prevent those animations from playing while you're on horseback? because if there is, something's wrong with mine D: If there isn't, there probably should :P

I've seen this too, but I kind of like it. Being able to stand on a galloping horse is actually an amazing skill to possess. :P

I'm going to make a guess here, plz tell me if I'm right okay.

You are using Random alternate start!

 

I'm pretty sure I'm right since I had that exact same thing happened to my papyrus log when RAS started me in moss mother cave! That spawn location needs to be removed from that mod, because Valdr is supposed to spawn outside the cave on your approach. Spawning inside the  cave breaks that quest. So if you start there, may as well immediately quit and start a new game.

 

No, I didn't use RAS. The problem fixed itself and I think it was related to Dragonborn's new world location in

Hermaeus Mora's realm

. Looking at the logs, the problem ended right when I left that area.

Blindfold suggestions:

 

I made the blindfolds actually work via ImageSpaceModifiers and I think they're not fun if you just do a blinding effect. The problem is you either have too little or too much information. Either you blank the screen or make the visibility so bad that you can't really get anywhere or even have a sense of what's happening at all or you make it high enough that you can pretty much navigate and see what's happening. Neither is particularly a good solution.

 

I feel like a good solution will take a lot of work, but my suggestion would be:

-make blind folds near 100% but have just enough that you can see some movement, but not make out anything (e.g. you can tell that you're moving or not and which direction the camera is moving)

-introduce a large variety of sounds to allow you to figure out what's going on in the game (e.g. different sounds for moving on different terrain, distinct sounds for when you're trying to get out restraints, distinct sounds for a lot of things)

-introduce events such as tripping (e.g. rag doll on y-axis changes that are above a certain threshold, collisions with walls making a sound, etc.)

Mean that it's Bethseda's broken script that's causing my VM to explode?

I'm having the same problem now with this stupid valdr crap.

I'm in whiterun, haven't been anywhere near that guy, and on one of my chars that I started without using the new random life I can't do anything anymore.

I try to save, ctd

I enter any house in whiterun, ctd

I try fast travel to anywhere, ctd

 

And always that same stupid mossmothervaldrinjured is spammed in papyrus over and over, I really have no idea what to do about this :s

 

Edit: Hmnn I kind of ... fixed it I think :o

 

I used coc MossMotherCavernExterior01, talked to that sumbitch, dragon randomly flew over, after I killed the dragon no sign of valdr anywhere and now I don't get it spammed anymore.

Even loaded up an older save of that same char, was able to fast travel around again and went to the cave, did the quest this time and again no more papyrus spamming!

Arousal also negatively effects your chance of getting out. You can control how difficult you wish for escape to be, via the "Unlock Threshold" option in the MCM menu (Assuming you're not already belted). The default is set to my taste: I use the Uncapper, so skills over 100 aren't unheard of.

Full NPC Support! -- All devious devices are capable of being worn by NPCs, and most devious effects will function on them as well! Show your companion who's in charge, or teach that annoying bitch in the shop a lesson!

 

have started completly new game and still didn't see it working. Should I cast the spell on the? (Already did that on my follower and haven't seen any animation related to the NPC). Or I misunderstood the whole concept of the mod regarding devices and NPC?

 

So, how to make it work? How to "teach them the lesson" as you said?

Guess I need to level up a bit. Maybe only the Chiefs hold keys, I don't know.

First off I love the mod, albeit there is one bit that always bugged me you could get a blind mask but it wouldn't blind and there wasn't really a way to use a gag and blinding item as far as I can tell.

I posted this question back in the Alternate Start - Live a Deviant Life, but thought it would be more appropriate here. Does the gag food removal applies to all gag harness or is the ring gag harness excluded? I activated a dead body's inventory and ate some food through there, confirmed to nourishing myself by the notifications from RND.

I have start with Alternate Start - Live a Deviant Life, with Devious Devices. My PC has been arrested by guard. Go jail, when punish until the end. When my PC was free, I have continu to play but, I think that script that they control the devious devices are stopped.

 

My PC have alway all object except Armbringer and she have no vibration with plug.... Bug ?

Most devices will effect your companions in the same manner that they would effect you. If your companion is wearing a soulgem plug, it'll periodically vibrate. If they try to cast spells while wearing it, it'll vibrate. If you cast the "Activate Plugs" spell (Devious Drip, sustained, I think it's called), it'll activate.

Gag food removal is a feature added by this mod, yes. It does block ring gags at the moment, though that's set to change in a future update. Short of iterating every container you activate to remove food, there's no good way of preventing you from eating food in that manner, though.

Impossible to say whether or not you've found a bug from this post: Post a better description of the bug you think you've hit, and upload a copy of your papyrus.0.log.

Keys start showing up more often once you level up into the mid 20s

There is a loooong road for me to such a level...

But I won't give up yet.  :lol:

 

 

If you are using a newer version of For the Masses you can find them right away. They do get more common on higher level enemies. They can also be found in some furniture and Boss's chests.

Knowing it is at least possible, I will try to enjoy while I can, maybe I will have a stockpile of those at some point in the far future...  :P

Question - do we get a notification in the upper left hand corner of the screen when a companions plug does something? So far I've given my companion sg plug+belt and haven't seen any notifications. I also tried casting the activate plugs spell on them and nothing happened.

 

Edit: I console added the devious drip (fire&forget) spell. That worked on both followers I tried it on. The channeled spells worked on one follower but not the other, couldn't figure out why. 

 

The FF spell was definitely more fun to use, imo. Would it be possible to add a spell that would allow a follower to have an orgasm in the belt? I know one set of soulgem plugs will allow the pc to rarely have one while belted, so I thought it might not be too hard to add. I'd try to do it myself...but it's your playground and I don't know enough about the ck and papyrus scripts yet to manage it.

Hey there,

I ran into a problem, which occured for the first time in a game, that hat been running fine before, I did not change anything, I had not even loaded/reloaded the game prior to the problem appearing.

My character was wearing the inflatable plug plus belt and she now cannot do anything that falls under 'sitting down' such as using an arcane enchanter or so. She stops and draws her weapons. This happens also if I disable hardcore mode, and it stayed that way when I removed the belt (before that I just thought maybe it just hadn't happened to me before, because it seemed logical that she didn't want to stay seated when it hurts ^^)

 

I am using latest versions of all dependencies plus Lover's Victim, Lover's Comfort and SLSubmit, the load order is boss'ed and I checked if the DD esms and esps are in the right order, the one that has been pointed out a few pages back in this thread.

 

I re-ran FNISGenerator, because I thought it might have something to do with that, but it stayed that way.

 

I also enabled debug logging, but the log I get from that is empty, so I guess I'm not doing it correctly, but .. well, I'm kind of dumb when it comes to such things, I'll try again.

 

Did anyone ever run into a similar problem and could help me out, maybe?

Gag food removal is a feature added by this mod, yes. It does block ring gags at the moment, though that's set to change in a future update. Short of iterating every container you activate to remove food, there's no good way of preventing you from eating food in that manner, though.

Min if I used sexlab devious devices and arousal as a framework how hard would it be to do the following, note that for this proposed mod I would be using assets available so it would only need a script.

 

Sentient bondage

The idea is a battle of wills for ownership of your body, a special type of soul gem plugs that are fed and gain power from your arousal and orgasm as they get stronger you get weaker with simple stages that include a slow bondage of the entire body using the different forms of restraint not limited to but including collar, leg, arms body and face.

 

It would run off a simple counter of orgasms and when you reach a certain amount the next part of the set takes you.

 

That would be the first release of the mod, how to get out would be a simple calculation as to how long you had it on you, longer on and after a certain period of time it would be harder or impossible to remove.

 

Why keep it on ? lets give it some health stamina and magic regen bonus after all the device does not want you to die.

 

Future goal taking a leaf from the sprigan life cycle of the SD mod  once it gets you to a certain stage you are drawn to a Daedric temple where a demonic entity "harvests" the energy collected puts the plugs back inside you with a demonic form of the chastity belt and sends you back off on your adventures knowing you will now return like cattle every cycle.

 

Other goal ability to do this to your companions or other victims and send them back to the temple to be harvested.

 

Also would people who like this mod like this kind of enhancement ?

There's no notification for NPC plugs activating: The sounds / facial expressions / everything else do play, however. If you upgraded from 2.6.4 to 2.6.5, it's quite possible that the first set of plugs you tested with had been from 2.6.4. I reworked them a bit to work more reliably on NPC's last update. The stronger "Devious x" spells can already make your companion orgasm on demand.

Use common sense: DD must follow it's dependencies, and mods that require DD must follow it in turn.
