Min Posted November 14, 2013 Author Posted November 14, 2013 hey again, ok I played this right through once, gave urag what he wanted, quest over etc etc, went off to make some belts, but when I got to smithy I realised I had no recipes, cus I never read the book before urag bound my ass and took it off me. So I thought sod it ill make new toon, fresh start and go again to avoid any old scripts messing things up. and this time read the book to get recipes before urag ties me up. All goes well..however, last play through I was sure that the anims would kick in every now and again with the basic iron belt and plugs in, but this time they don't seem to be even with my arousal at 100....was I mistaken about iron belt giving anims? or did I break something? I have had 1 lubricant runs down your leg msg, but that's it. bah lol since posting this it seems to be working again, just needed a re-boot it seems...but while im here and before I go smithy crazy and make all belts etc, is it wise to try on the extra collars and stuff before I finish the quest? or am I likely to hinder myself to much? or break it The animations are chance-based, and will not occur every time events are polled. The setting for that can be configured in the MCM menu I have provided. Restarting skyrim was likely a placebo for RNG.
Min Posted November 14, 2013 Author Posted November 14, 2013 That seems unlikely since it appears to work for nameless701 now. The kind of behavior you're experiencing usually indicates the presence of another mod that somehow affects the arcanaeum (like Immersive College of Winterhold). Placing this mod at the very end of your load order may help. i have absolutly no mod installed, the alters any city. Not in the exterior nor in any interior ... except from Enhanced Lightning and FX, which wouldn't cause it. But after thinking about it some more, Dynamic Things might be causing it, even tho it only changes some statics into containers and the containers in the college should not be affected due to this. i might try w/o DT the next time i play Skyrim and report back if it was the source of my problem. I did notice other day, that sexlab guild has an arcannum entry in tesedit, even thought its all grey to indicate exact copy of main skyrim esm...do u have that installed? My english sucks more and more every day. i'm so glad to be me. -.-' i don't know if SL Guild is the culprit, as i did only install this mod but didn't play it yet, so i didn't know it leads to the college an due to this, edits it. But i'll give it a try. Just give me some minutes. Edit: Disabled SL Guild and the vanilla bookcase was gone. No more flickering and easy access. Culprit found. Thanks for pointing this out.

With the mod installed, whenever my character's around Eola (follower or not) she constantly spawns plugs and messages saying "Without a belt the plugs slip out of Eola" These spawned plugs are added to the character's inventory which then prompts the message "Its not possible to wear multiple plugs simultaneously." This will continue and fill the inventory with an ever increasing number of plugs. Putting a belt on her does stop the plug generation. An idea (not sure if possible): Is it possible to tweak the quests so that Urog recognizes that the player is already the Arch Mage if this is the case in the game? Doesn't matter so much except that his normal dialog does recognize the character as the Arch Mage, but not in the Devious Devises dialog which, for immersion purposes, is a bit discordant

But that would be really weird, for a vanilla NPC. That's very unlikely indeed. None of the devices touch any of the Bethesda slots, including the belts (#49).
majordespair Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 ok been doing a lot more testing, stopped mid quest with the vibrator belt on and did some vanilla storyline to see how it played, all is going very well, only 2 bug bears that rear there head. 1. on occasion the belt anims will override sexlab anims when having sex via sexlab add-ons, so looks a bit odd when they stand up mid sex for a fondle, pressing o ofc resets the postion. 2. if the belt anims occur while I am in fighting stance with wep drawn then its bugs out after animations and I have to unequip/re-equip wep to get back into fighting stance. that's the only issues I found for me over a prolonged period, like 8 hours gameplay, with belt on. also tested it on followers, the belts and such lock into place and restrict certain anims as they should....no forced masturbation for npc though I guess yet?

Already have a fix for #1 in for next release. I posted a patch to fix #2 back on page 23ish. Search this thread for "patch2", and you'll find it! And yeah, the effects/events are not yet implemented for NPC's.

I have the CBBE skin Texture V2V3 and Caliente's body mod - Big Bottom Edition V 3.2 Can some one tell me what i have done wrong? thanks sachs
Veladarius Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 The earlier versions of the CBBE belt meshes had some clipping issues. Make sure you have the latest version of Devious Devices Assets installed.

I am using For the Masses and assume that is the cause. Here's the Papyrus log (its ugly) not sure how to interpret these logs. I am trying to figure out when, why and what type of NPC's are reequipping items. Can you check her inventory with the "showinventory" console command and see if she what belts / plugs she has? Also, once you have a log for Min try using "resetinventory" on her. If she was getting the items from her outfit list that will regenerate the outfit so she may not have them. When she does get them it should just be an Iron belt and primitive plugs.

Can not get the frist volume with the tools to make belts and keys back from Urag. how do i fix this? I would rather not go through the searchs for bits again. Do a restart on DD. any help will be greatly appreciated. sachs

Look for the books ID (its an 8 digit hex number) then type 'player additem 2600182d 1' . Read book then type player 'remove.item 2600182d' . Your ID number will be slightly different, the first 2 digits are dependant on the mods position in your mod list

Just a few bits sticking out. sachs The body you have, CBBE 3.2, is a working body. Does the clipping occur regardless of the weight slider? Reinstall the assets pack again (overwriting any old files) and make sure that you're using the correct version for your body type.
