Hi sorry if this has been asked before, i saw the last few photos and couldnt find any of those items, are they in the mod and i just didnt look hard enough, are they private mods or are they part of some other mod i havent been able to find?

This "little" mod was originally made for that purpose. It went "a bit" beyond that.

 

There is no need to take part in the CD social life, if you don't want to. It can be used as a store - that sends few in game ads for you.

However, my own character had quite a lot of fun and I am waiting for the next expansion.

I need help with the quest! I found Zed, but after that he puts another belt on my character but the quest doesn't continue, he doesn't have any new dialog options and my character can't barely walk because the plug starts vibrating

When you find Zed the first time you should get a quest journal update,

 

He will want you to travel to 3 Dwemmer Ruins and collect artifacts.  The items should be easy to find early in these ruins but I found that there is a chance that you could end up with a Ruin in Dragonborn expansion, there are a few there but one in particular can only be entered by doing quests for a specific mage in Dragonborn.

 

So its best to save before you talk to Zed the first time.

Cause the locations are always random.

 

Once you found all three items you bring them back to Zed,

 

After that you are sent back to the College where you get a series of options that lead up to having your belt removed.

They're private, I'm afraid. It's been suggested many times that the pictures be removed because having them there does give the false impression they're a part of the mod...

Is their a spell similar to the devious drip ones for the shock series of soulgem piercings/plugs? been playing with male pc and female follower in ddi stuff and testing out the plugs that were added in but i can't find a way to trigger any of the shock based ones, the non-shock ones all react to the spell as you'd expect so i was wondering if their is a new spell somewhere

I have noticed that every time I get a shock arousal is set back to 0 or is massively reduced. Is that meant to happen?

Yes, that's intentional. The shock plugs/piercings tease you up then sting you down to keep you frustrated.

 

Mild shocks wouldn't necessarily kill your arousal, but a powerful enough one through nipples, clitoris or firing inside an orifice or two would certainly douse my flames

I'm rather impressed, reading through this thread, by how many different ways people can screw up their own installs/games.

I am trying to figure out why my game is screwed up and one question I've run into upon installing and uninstalling numerous times is: are the devious devices included in the latest sexlab framework file? I keep installing them alongside the sexlab framework I just want to know if this is correct or not

Thanks for the response.  In my experience it just gets me more revved up, but it does take some getting used to

There are lot of reasons not to release a mod to the public. It could be that it contains copyrighted materials which prohibit distribution, in some cases the author might not feel too confident about how people will react to a mod, or simply not see the point if the mod in question is just a compilation of several other mods. Or they just won't feel like releasing it.

Whatever the reason, in the end it's their mod and therefore their choice what to do with it.

 

As far as those screenshots, while it can be confusing to have screenshots of content with a mod which is not part of it, just seeing what is possible can also be an inspiration for others to take up modding. So I for one hope people won't stop sharing their ideas, it might just be the spark that starts the creation of yet another great mod.

All good points. I wasn't really being fair with my post above. You're right, there are lots of reasons and mod authors have no obligation to release their work and sometimes couldn't even if they wanted to.

The Devious Devices items are not part of SexLab but it does make use of it. If you are having issues we would need a complete description of what is happening and a Papyrus log from a session of when it happens.

I'm having some serious trouble traversing among these pages. So forgive me if I skipped anything, I have read about 20 and saw nothing relevant...

 

Everything works fine for me, maybe too fine as I can't even walk around anymore. Every 1 second my toon stops, starts masturbating, monsters stop in frustration "Wtf? She's supposed to fight?" sometimes they even commit suicide in that frustration(No that really happened).

 

Anyway, it started after I talked to Zed, got more and more frequent in time. I think what triggered it to become this bad was my bound weapons that which I use with conjuration?(Forgotten Spells mod) 

 

I spawned an anvil and crafted a mace to be able to keep going to no avail, my toon can't walk 5 meters without masturbating anymore.

I know this is not a weapon mod and weird things are supposed to happen but... I think it may not be intentional?

 

Oh and... This whole DD is pretty much exceptional, gj!

If the plugs keep coming on then don't use magic when your PC is belted with plugs, that just charges them, use melee weapons only, else check your MCM settings.

If the plugs keep coming on then don't use magic when your PC is belted with plugs, that just charges them, use melee weapons only, else check your MCM settings.

 

 

The standard interval for the mod to check to see if they vibrate or other things happens is every 1.5 hours. Using magic with some plugs will set them off immediately (anything with a soulgem pretty much) including shouts. If you have increased the timescale that would make it happen much sooner so you may want to increase the time between checks, there is an option to do it in the MCM menu.

I checked and minimized/disabled(0'ed) every available option(to maximize poll intervals if I couldn't disable in DD/SL Arousal etc) out there.

 

That sorted out my 2 RL hour lasted 20% skill learning penalty but I still need my spells. Which made the game very interesting but...

I'd prefer to get out of this dwemer place, see some flowers, test the water ENB... You know

Zed has fitted you with Cursed Soulgem plugs, they are not helpful to any character but are particularly evil for Mages. I usually play an Assassin/Conjurer and can get by, but a pure Mage will need to find some armour and a weapon regardless of class.

 

With my class I found summoning a Flame Atronach would set the plugs off but it would still fight and you can finish off the attacker with a weapon when the vibrations stop (that's assuming you haven't thrown your sword away when the plug went off, so always keep a spare).

 

If it gets too hard you may have to use the console to give yourself the items that Zed wants
