Hassukoks Posted November 22, 2017 Posted November 22, 2017 First of all: a very nice mod. works good too most of the time and adds a lot of funny moments. but latly i have a problem with bandits simply not beeing interested in my char anymore. They knock me out and thn do nothing altough my settings are in a way that they should try to have fun with my char. It works for many other factions, thalmor, forsworn, creatures and so on. But those damn bandits won't do anything anymore. I am not excatly sure when this started but i haven't installed any new mods for a long time. Anyone got an idea what the problem might be? My char gets knocked out, lies there for a while and then i can use the A <-> D combo to stand up again.

Below are the steps to do so, taking directly from the Troubleshooting thread: Spoiler Open up Skyrim and goto a safe and empty location. Load the SexLab mod configuration menu (which is labeled as simply "SexLab") Navigate to the "Rebuild & Clean" page Select the option "Clean System" by clicking the words "Click Here" beside it. Read the resulting messages before closing the menus to return to the game. With the menus closed, wait at least 60-90 seconds for it to finish the process, you should see a notification that SexLab has finished the process. Open up the wait or sleep menu in game and wait in game for at least 2-3 hours. Save your game Completely quit out of Skyrim back to desktop. Reload Skyrim and open your save made in step 8. Open up the SexLab mod configuration menu again, and check the "Toggle Animations" page, and ensure that there are animations listed there. Try triggering an animation through a SexLab mod to see if it is now functioning. Personally, I use the cell name Elswyer as my safe spot since it is the smallest spot in vanilla with no actors (It has M'aiq the Liar if you have not met him in game yet). You can access it through entering the command coc elsweyr in the command console.

purpleton Posted November 24, 2017 Posted November 24, 2017 The mod at this point is quite perfect but does anyone else wish that none of their followers were left out and stuck having to watch? I suppose it's great for roleplaying for one of the followers to be shocked and in horror at what is happening to their companions, but when that happens most of the time it feels like a waste. It makes sense when say, there's 4 in your party (you included) with 3 followers versus 3 enemies for one to be left out. But when evenly matched it's disappointing to see 1-2 enemies have fun with your player and maybe one follower, and the rest walk off like if they were bored. Is there an easy to add a "Pair-Off" feature of some sort where it's guaranteed that if the number of enemies versus your party are matched, everyone gets to have a little fun and no one is left out? For good measure, if there's more enemies compared to your party, a way to include all of the enemies (threesome animations, etc) and if the aggressor is not satisfied he will choose to have fun with the leftover follower. I suppose what I'm asking is a management feature to extend the settings already there from random threesome chances to complete management of each aggressor "aggressing" each party member but it doesn't have to go that far, a "Pair-Off" setting would be the best fit to a tiny hangup like this.

The Defeat "Feed" option works well as far as animations are concerned, however, it doesn't seem to be impacting my stages of vampirism. I can use this option as much as I'd like, but it doesn't reset my hunger levels. I'm using Sacrosanct and iNeeds, and I thought that the problem was with them not triggering. At first I figured that those mods just weren't listening for the proper call to be made and had their own internal "Feeding" triggers. But then I noticed my hunger levels not altering off of Defeat feeding even without Sacrosanct or iNeeds running. It's great that the option is there, I'm just curious if it was written as an RP/appearances thing or if I've somehow fucked everything up because the feeding doesn't appear to actually count for anything other than the animation being played. 1
Bullfye Posted November 30, 2017 Posted November 30, 2017 Dont know why..but for a time around 3 month I was having random CTD mostly when a Creature showed or appeared in the game during the cross country travelings ...Until last night I couldn't ever pin point the Mod that was causing this...Last night I have started the game in a save that I have that had not this Mod installed and found out that this was the Mod causing the CTD....I realize that maybe can be a incompatibility with some other Mod that I have installed but since I have no mods installed that alter animal behaviors I can not know what can be the cause of this...Since I started the new save I have no more CTD issues when any animal or creature shows in game... This was just a small report on my issue...so that others can possibly use this as a option if anyone haves the same issue... Sadly this was not the only bug or issue I had with Defeat...Animations from ZAZ pack for example are known to cause other animation Mods to brake...so for consequence of this mod dependency on ZAZ animations the same issues and others came from there... I had to uninstall the Mod cause it was giving me much more game problems then benefits...sorry to the creator...but also realize that this Mod had no updates for a time , what I find sad cause really its a very good mod concept...and idea. Thanks for you attention..

Basically posting crap like that is 100% not helpful. At best, you are right and the author either doesn't want to mod anymore or considers their mod "complete". At worst, you are suggesting the mod author's new RL job is to constantly update their mod support thread with updates or be accused of having a "dead mod". If the mod is a must-have in any play through, then it doesn't technically need an update. Just enjoy the amazing free content already released. 2

I've never experienced problems with Defeat, This isn't the only mod in your load order that effects animals/creatures if it is the only mod that does so than you haven't actually installed the mod correctly. You should also have mods that enable creature sex such as Creature Features, Creature Framework....Have a look for "More Nasty Creatures" Also there is a small matter of installing creature animations from FNIS as well. To be entirely honest I have run into certain creature mods that I haven't followed in quite a while cause they weren't well made for creature sex, however that is not a part of this mod and has totally different author. I understand that you do not have problems with defeat but that is not the reason for not happening...cause I never add problems with SOS for example it doesn't mean someone else cant have issues,...I posted that I do not use Creatures or animal mods that alter animal behavior...I do not use animal sex Mods...nothing but Texture replacers.. So that was the reason I have posted...Since I reverted the game to ground zero a save that I have with no Mods installed I installed every Mod but defeat and no more CTD...So the problem at least for me was Defeat... Do not take this words as I am disregarding you in any way..not my intention...Also I have tried to start a lot of games from my safe save..one that I have without any Mods just vanilla Skyrim and expansions...And the result was always the same with defeat Random CTD without Defeat no random CTD...The CTD I am reporting with defeat was always related to animal spawning in cross map travels...I do not use Fast travel to go anywhere..I like to go with my horse and cross the landscapes...so I rarely use Fast Travel...Every time a Dragon, or a bear..or wolfs what ever animal tends to attack me and spawns in the map I get CTD with defeat installed...without I have no issues...I have being testing this for 2 month now and its not related to any other mod but Defeat...The prof of that sadly I add to take Defeat out of my game and now I do not have CTD issues...My game is clean...I use Tess edit every time I see a Mod unclean...follow the Mod instructions and clean it......If it was any other Mod I would still be having the issue ..and have not...Also can be related to some incompatible issue with any other Mod I assume that but could not pin point the other Mod since none of them is animal related...I do not even understand what can be in defeat that causes this issue but it did at least to me... But one thing is clear...The defeat dependency of animations like Zaz Animation Pack is bad...those animations brake a lot of things in SL...mostly animations from SL...I had a lot of problems using Zaz Animation Pack as well... Please realize that in no way I am mad or angry with you..this posts some times look like one is getting mad..I am not just clarifying this ..
