Excuse me for the question but im not good in English Languaje and dont know how exactly i can deactivate the Bleed out Knock down, can u tell me what is the best config for both mods Defeat and Death alternative?. I actually look the option in DA but im not sure what turn off the Bleed out Knock down. :c

Deactivate the essential bleedout and activates wounds options and with the death alternative you will be essential.

That is what i do i use defeat for combat and wounds and if i die i got myself the mark of arkay mod for the death alternative part

Thx for the help man, Much aprecciate :D

@nazzzgul666 the armor in the video is one of the armors in "The Amazing World of Bikini Armor" mods (I am pretty sure but could be wrong), I have

it in my game, and if I read the id right when I saw it, that is where it came from.

@Xatos the impalement animation is by Proxy (SLAL pack contains that single animation).

Question bout the handover function, does it only work with vanilla non-essential NPCs to give to ones you listed like bandits & vampires? Cuz I'm not getting the option for handover with either faction with an NPC added by hydragorgon slave girls.

+1 :) You've mentioned most mods i guess, but i have two questions:

Which skin is that?

what's the armor in the beginning?

The "Best HDT" you mention is this one http://www.loverslab.com/topic/54417-naturalistic-hdt-357-beast-hdt-051/page-37 ?

Hey! :)

You can see 3 different skin on the video:

edit.: and yes i use beast hdt 0.61

Hello. Defeat's description mentions selling sacked NPCs or having them work as prostitutes... However the option to sell my captive never shows up and so far everyone's denying sex with me or the captive :$ I'm assuming this function is limited to precisely what's mentioned in the description of the mod, so no one wants to play with my captive(One of those Orcs that you can intimidate or fight after they call you a milk drinker) and my character's market value is probably not high enough? Don't know... But I thought I should ask to make sure.

In any case, I hope in the next version(If and when) Goubo will make this at least a little bit less limited. I don't want to have to DL and learn how to install and set up another 3-4 mods for such a simple procedure(Selling or prostituting an NPC, don't care what happens to them after that point). I understand other mods are extremely thorough about this and they have multiple outcomes ETC, but I prefer to keep things simple if possible. Although... Not as simple as only 2-3 factions supporting prostitution and trade of captured NPCs or the PC. Since it's in Defeat already, keep it simple but allow a bit more flexibility.

Both turning in and propositioning NPCs require you to release them from the sack and talk to a nearby NPC.  The dialogue is something like "You see that person there...".

You don't really "sell" NPCs, you turn them in to their enemies for a bounty. Off the top of my head any bandit can be turned in to any guard, and Silver Hand can be turned into Companions NPCs.  Since you are carting around a radiant orc, I'm not sure they would be part of any faction that would be recognized for turn-in.

Prostituting out an NPC is in the same menu, but will depend on your settings in the NPC vs NPC tab.  Try to disable some settings like morality/sexuality mattering.  If an NPC is coincided friendly to the NPC you are trying to pimp out, they may attack you.

Thanks for replying. Right, I know about having to release them and all that. I do have some morality settings tweaked though, it must have been that regarding prostitution. By the way are there faction restrictions for prostitution?

About selling them(Or turning them in I suppose)... Too bad that the system is that specific. There are times, like with that Orc, where I'd like to get rid of someone that's too loud mouthed for their own good, in a way that will put them in a bind without killing them. Intimidation/Persuasion is just too dry for my taste, in most cases at least. So is there any one mod out there that allows simply selling NPCs captured through Defeat? Or that it is its own thing, but simple like that, without requiring another 4 mods to work for example.

I don't capture NPCs that often, but when I do I either turn them in or put them in permanent bondage somewhere public (like one of the city markets).  Chains/pillories under the defeat tie options are both "permanent", in that unless the NPC gets recycled by the game they will stay where you put them, and still be available for prostitution (if you are in the same cell you still get the "See that person there..." line).  I have had a forsworn NPC I had perma-tied get pulled back to her fortress after the dungeon reset (found her in a tower, still in her pillory lol), but other than that they are out of your hair.

I'm sure there's some mods out there that would let you do what you describe, just no clue what they would be.

If you just want to put a NPC you love to hate into a bad situation consider using the "I'll Take The Display Model" mod which allows you to put any NPC into some bondage furniture and place it anywhere you like. And unlike a lot of mods it doesn't have a limit, you could put the whole population of Whiterun onto crosses along the roadway ('cept the kids who would still run around) if you wanted to.

That's why I'd prefer the turn in option to be a little bit more inclusive shall I say. Right now you can turn in only some factions to some other factions, very limited as far as I understand.

That's an interesting choice, leaving them tied up at a public place. I seem to remember that their gear gets randomly changed though. Especially if you put them in a sack and then release them. That and the fact that I'd prefer to sell them(Thus getting them out of the game effectively) because they do retain their particular dialogues - So in my example, that Orc would still mock me. Which is understandable, it's much safer than risking permanently suppressing some quest dialogue just to have more permanent consequences for the NPCs.

Time to see if there isn't any simple little mod out there I could use, thanks for the reply! ^_^

Hi there, the Follower Prostitution part of this mod had a minor bug on me on one of my saves. Everything's fine when propositioning an NPC to do it with my follower, but afterwards I'm not given any amount of gold. Prostituting my own character alone gives me the gold, but prostituting either any follower alone or both my character and any follower yields no gold. I'm using EFF, and tried it with Eola and Aela as followers. Disabling, then enabling Defeat in Defeat's own MCM fixed it, but it would be awesome if I can avoid it in the future, especially when I have lots of permanently-tied NPCs, and end up having to re-tie them again after disable-enabling Defeat.

Hi there, running Defeat 5.3.5 and have not made any mod changes in a long time. However, the surrender key stopped working. It's still mapped to 'K' but when I hit it, nothing. I tried mapping it to another key with the same results. I have been looking for a solution but nothing is coming up.

I tried to 'Reconfigure' Defeat to no avail.

I have tried uninstalling Defeat (removed the mod, save, quit, clean with PDT, launch game, wait 30 days, save, quit, launch, crash)

I have tried to disable Defeat while inside a building but after 10 minutes it's not showing disabled.

Any suggestions on what to do next?

"You can surrender to a creature the normal way but you can also hold the Modifier key to take a submission pose to “invite” the creature,..". This aint working for me, any idea?

I don't think that feature works in the latest version, at least it never has for me (friendly creatures will turn and look at you but nothing else).  I simply use Aroused Creatures for this functionality as it also has an invite hotkey.

for some reason, Dragons don't like to work at all with this...? I've got everything (And can trigger dragon animations with Matchmaker) But I can't get Defeat to initialize. (For record though, I'm using DA to handle pre-post Defeat, with defeat being the 'outcome' of knockdown.)

So currently im trying to install this with NMM, but when i click install, it says it cannot work, and when i eventually manage to make it work, it just says "moving" and will not go anywhere, am i doing something wrong?

Hi guys,

I currently have some issues with SL Defeat 5.3.5 and hope some knows a solution or has similar issues.

Somewhere during playing Defeat stopped working correctly and it was not possible to surrender to or mark enemies anymore.

Since I had some other issues I reinstalled and updated a lot of SL mods and animationpackages.

Now I started anew and seem not able to get Defeat working correctly.

SL Defeat works perfect after installing and activating with the basic animations of SL and Fnis Creature pack.

But whenever I install more Animationpacks and MNC +BDIC +ImmersiveCreatures+patch, I have to reconfigure Defeat to get the new Creatures registered with Defeat which works.

However after reconfiguring surrendering or marking enemy doesn´t work anymore altough when my health sinks in a fight Defeat kicks in and I am knocked down and raped, so that works.

I already tried to install defeat before and after MNC+ anims, deactivated defeat and reactivated it again, but always surrender and mark stop working after reconfiguring.

Any help or ideas are appreciated.
