Creatures don't steal gear, but if you set your gear to be stolen the creatures default to the strip behavior and toss all your stuff around. It'd be nice if they defaulted to unequip because stuff that's dropped by the player can lead to save bloating if you don't pick it back up, and sometimes stuff that's lying about can be hard to find.

 

Oh, also, while I'm on the subject and Goubo is back, the post assault events for stealing your stuff can also steal quest items, that's kind of a problem. I really want that to be changed, because Defeet is the only mod that seems to be able to also steal your follower's equipment, Death Alternative's steal can't take stuff from followers.

As I read that, it says if you install Defeat and don't start it, it'll still try to add the onbleedout trigger, which will then trigger defeat, which isn't running...

 

So you should either start Defeat or disable it in DAYMOYL.

But, there's something I must tell, I found that when I was using Sexlab Defeat V5b33fixed before I install death alternative, sometimes there's a situation when after the player character is raped by multiple hostile NPC, there'd be a time to escape. Somehow, when I press any button, be it righ-left click on mouse and space bar; the character stay on the ground and nothing happened, and after few times, the NPC begin to hostile and attacking the my Player Character (PC) w/o any chance to stand up. End up killing the PC and the only way to survive and stand up is by pressing K when the hostile enemy begin to attack. Going to surrender mode is the only way to escape the situation. But if I fail, then the hostile NPC will rape my PC again and again.

 

This thing doesn't happen (at least on my test yesterday) with Death Alternative activated and other knock down requisite turned off.

Have you tried the Captured by Falmer or Captured by Vampires in conjunction with Defeat + DA ??

Last I checked it was still a little iffy and that was one of the big projects that was being worked on for the next update.

You can change it to just unequip if you want. It is a drop down menu option.

DA integration with PC alone is decent enough, occasionally you might get knock into a state between dead/alive where nothing will fix it, but that happens very rarely, and I think that's an issue DA also has by itself.

 

With followers things are a little more less robust. I get non responding followers every so often especially in a drawn out fight with reviving in between.

 

As for this mod still being worked on, take your time :P

I will be gone for a few weeks anyways, so don't release it it while I am gone! :ph34r:

Sending lots of encouragement your way, playing vanilla just isn't fun anymore.  :cool:

 

I seem to have fiddled the settings to the point where things are mostly working though, even with the latest SexLab (which I dont' want to get rid of because animations). Just had a terrible time with a bunch of Forsworn who raped my ass a few times over, stole my gear, and left me for dead. Got taken to an inn where I didn't do a thing but go straight back, grabbed some spare gear from the horse, wasted them all, and got my gear back.  :D The damn forsworn was fighting me with my own sword and shield, the bastid. 

 

I did have to spam the "reset" a few times along the way... things always seem to hang in the inn when I wake up there... is there an intentional delay before you can get up? If so, it could be shorter... but hitting the reset let me get up and pick up where I left off.

At least at the latest version 5b3.3 defeat and DA work perfectly together, you can add SD+ to them as well. Also beta 3.3 added the ability to use defeat's triggers instead of DA, even if you have DA installed, or both together, so you can use the DA trigger on defeat but also use the low stamina triggers that defeat has on its own. The latest defeat is very functional.

Hey guys, sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, I'm a little new to mods in general but: What nude male mod should I use? I currently use CBBE for females but as a straight male myself I've not been particularly inerested in adding naked males (until this mod). I'm just looking for a mod that makes the sex a little more realistic since what I have now is just males with garbs raping naked females and it doesn't look very right xD

Is the surrender feature really unreliable for anyone else? Half the time they just immediately go hostile again before the dialogue starts, and the other half of the time, after finishing the surrender dialogue, they just start attacking me again.

Seems to be a problem if there is more than one of them, single bandits seem to work okay. It may be the cloak effect doesn't work on surrender as it seems to be fine if you are actually beaten in a fight

Check out More Nasty Critters here on LL, it includes animations that will integrate with the SL framework (though there are already a good few creature animations in SL).

 

I don't do aggressor stuff with Defeat very often myself, or werewolf form stuff either for that matter, but conflicts are unlikely - if they haven't already been noted in this forum or in the OP of the other mods. Generally, though, I've found that Defeat works with just about everything SexLab, which is one of its many strong-points.

I use the SOS - Schlongs of Skyrim light version, and let SexLab Aroused control the manjunk for the model. I was using Better Males before, which is what this mod is based on.

 

You need More Nasty Critters 7.9 for the creatures to rape. Works with Defeat.

I never tried using it. I'll have to look at what key to assign and give it a go.

The surrender has worked for me the few times I have used it, the option I seem to lose after playing a bit is the stamina option. I like to set it high, usually 100% with 80% on hit from behind, to trigger but it seems to eventually stop working if it ever did on that save. I set it high because I shouldnt be letting enemies circle me, it makes combat much more challenging and makes npc sneaking up on you a benefit to the attacker.

 

This is the mod I cant ever leave out of my many, many playthroughs...

So this question has probably already been asked (given that this topic is ~300 pgs long) but if I am experiencing a problem similar to what is described here (i.e. bandits are no longer hostile; I suspect an assault scene got interrupted) then the 'Clean' button in the MCM should sort this out, yes?

Surrendering should work even on multiple enemies, maybe it could have issue with multiple faction at once...

Also only works on humanoid enemy.

 

Hostile issue should solve itself with Defeats Clean up function, if you are using Death Alternative also run DA's reset player state and/or reset player effects. DA also has a Calm hostile timer...which I don't know exactly how it works

Yes the "Clean" button should take care of that. Now a question for you? Suspecting that it might do so, why the hell did you post here on the forum and wait for minutes to days for an answer instead of trying it in game (minutes to check)?

 

Not trying to criticize but I suspect you need to be more actively experimental, remember to save your game before trying anything but go ahead and try things, if they work as you like then you've gained and if they fail you only have to back up to the save before you made the change.

I experienced a game-breaking problem with this mod, but reloading from a previous save made it go away:

  • In Fort Frostmoth, on the quest
  • Get knocked to low HP fighting what's-his-face, the Imperial, and his Ash dudes, with my summoned Frost Atronach.
  • Open item menu to quaff some potions
  • It turns out I got knocked over
  • Rape happens with what's-his-face
  • When it ends, I only partly redress, and can't open my menus, except the "ESC" menu, or switch to first-person, or use "E" functions.
  • Run away for a while, but they follow me
  • They don't attack me
  • It turns out I can still draw my spells and cast them
  • I kill them with my Bound Bow
  • Still stuck in this mode
  • Reload prior save
I'm not sure where to start looking for the problem.
