hello, i always getting ctd when the save load to dd assests, is anyone having the problem or just me? thanks!

I'm having a problem with the textures of the DD stuff.

Everything appear in a blue color. I assume there is something missing. But considering there is just the 2.8.2 version of Assets and Integration I don't quite know what  to change.

 

My load order put Assets before Integration.

Which would make complete sense considering I didn't realise there was a separate texture package. I'll come back to you with that.

I have tried re-installing the devious devices suite, but that did not help. I might blame my body mod, but the other harness are working like I said.

 

Your body-mod is precisely the problem.

 

Between the v1.1.1 and v1.1.2 releases of DDx, the slot used by the custom/locking harnesses was changed to solve a conflict with the SOS mod. However, a lot of the conversions floating around have not been updated since v1.1.1 or even earlier, and thus installing one of these conversions breaks these items (DDx is now at v1.1.3a, so some of these conversions are 4 versions behind the times).

 

If you are using one of the Bodyslide conversions, you can attempt the fixes i uploaded here, atleast one person as reported back that it worked for them:

Hope I am in the right thread here.  I've somehow managed to get a set of leather armbands stuck on my character and they won't come off, graphically.  They are not in my inventory, yet they prevent any other armbands from being applied.  I've tried shutting mods off but there are so many that are interdependent now, if I shut off one, I have to shut them all off.  Any thoughts on how I can remove them?

This is a known issue.

The following is from the intergration page:

 

Attempting to interact with a specific device while having multiple instances of it in your inventory is ill-advised, due to a limitation with Skyrim. Doing so will unpredictably cause Skyrim to not send the Papyrus events that the devices require to function (OnUnequipped / OnEquipped), leading to a device visually being equipped, despite being unequipped in your inventory. If you encounter this issue, remove all but one copy of the problem-device from your inventory, then re-equip said device.

Ok different question is there a way to make unpb devious devices work with pregnancy? Or do I have to use cbbe and hdt?

 

without wanting to hijack your question but did you get it to work for cbbe or hdt because I always have clipping in the belly area for the harnesses? I tried the ct77 bodyslide modifications but they seem too different from cbbe curvy...

 

btw: are there any harnesses without a chastity effect (in essence bondage straps but without this effect)?

the "Custom" and "Locking" slave harnesses use the same model as the base harness, but they dont lock the same slot as belts or collars and they can be used with them, though rare occurences of clipping may occur.

Not quite. It is the same mesh, but the custom version has been edited a fair bit to make it fit under the belts and such, or, atleast as much as it could be (the design of the thing is not exactly ideal for this use, which is why i'm hoping to find a replacement that is better suited), and unlike the regular harness where the harness and collar are different components, it's part of the same nif for the custom ones.

If I use the TBD-E body, should I not use this? I've been using an old version, but recently started updating my mods, and saw the menu asking which body I use when installing. Can't upgrade without one of those old-school bodies?

 

 

I've only gotten CBBE to "bounce" once, a long time ago, and I can't remember for the life of me how I managed to get it to work. All I ever get when I ask is "install the CHSBHC skeleton". That's a fucking lie! I've proven it over a million times!! There's certainly more to it than that!

 

UNP is to skinny.

 

UNPB has crashed my game ever since it turned into Redux with an installer. Installed it manually, with MO, and everything in between (I use XPMS). Nothing I do changes this result, so UNPB's out.

That leaves me with TBD-E, which frankly, I wouldn't want to change to one of the others anyway.

As it turns out, I was using the CBBE version before, and I haven't seen anything wrong, at least not by this mod. I'm just updating now because a new version is out, and it didn't occur to me that I even had the CBBE version installed till I saw the installer menu :P.

 

I installed the UNPB version this time, and I'm gonna go see how things go with the TBD body + UNPB ver of this mod. I suppose I'll check it out, and...report progress. ^_^
