It's safe to add SLaVE at the end of your load order, but since you need Toys, you must start a new game. This is because its impossible to put an ESM at the end (if you do, Skyrim forces it up before the ESPs when it starts). This is explained some more in the change log, and in the FAQs.

First 802 test report (and actual legitimate entry in Monilee's adventure!) is up. So far things seem to be generally running smoother, with less script lag and no CPU race condition freezes at all despite a fairly long session. Thanks to liberal use of COC, the party is mostly assembled and the SLaVE main quest is started.

Hello!

New found things, questions.

 

Backgrund:

Playing SE, new game, toys and SLaVE installed brand new, all old data/savegame erased before installed 8.2 and started test.

 

Bug: Archwind word wall has no animation! No giving intimate knowlage, simpli give me the word: "drain vitality"
note: quest marker not removed after taken the word from the wall, only way to remove go new dragon mound to love it

Safe laod game upon death? After started "love back self to life" animation, for test i done this oen time and detected something in the logs:

Dragon mound beahvaior strange: loving one mound after another give diferent location imminent and clear out last location pointer, to me feels buggy/strange.

no greating party found me in whitreun normaly this ocurs if i enter a city.

But this time akavir wariors waited me "in my time of need" quest start tiggers.
maybe this cause issues latter or save file coruption?

note: leater i visited back whitrun this time used vanila WR entry marker and dibella priest and his team greated me as usual.

There's 4 word walls that will not love you. 3 are from the DLCs. And this one I believe is the 4th, which had some reason that I did not do it (I think a DCL is involved here too).

This has behaved as intended. I know the quest marker is a minor bug, but we can live with it, as its hard to fix :D

That warming message is not from SLaVE or Toys, and I think not related. Log looks fine, but I don't understand what you are saying happened. Was there a problem in game?

Yes its been noted in the past, but it's working as intended. If you trigger the mound again, it will do the scene again and assign a new location. This is so you have that choice, to get a new location. Keep in mind that you can press and hold the advance hot key (space by default) to skip the scene.  I added to my list, to add a time delay so you don't trip it accidentally too easily.

Yes, known. Been like this for 4 years. Author of animation not available to fix. Think of it as a feature... she's spasming in excitement!

Greeting is totally random. It will NOT happen every time you enter a city. You can adjust this to be much less frequent, or more frequent, in the MCM, Encoutners tab.

Evrything fine in my end. I just try be cereful avoid save game corruption. Not wish lose this charater :)

Strange in my experience i nealy all time get greating party upon entering city. Maybe becuse of my play style.

 

Other things i found:

Grafic bug:

Mission:  Spank that thief!

First time i get mission, mission location: Near Windhelm trader post

Steps to reproduce: use Illusion: Fear spell on bandit, i conjured some frost atronach before, other times i revived some fallen bandits end result same.  i think this no effect on bug.

The problem: In spanking animation bandit go invisible!

The picture not show but in game shows the fear spell red effects.

 

i not loaded save before the spanking not managed to make so i can provide only 25-30 min gampley logs :(

Observations/possible mission failure point by user( i mena user do things that should not do) :

2th Letter from nuctural ( this latter gived to player 2th time by cassia) can be droped out of inventory to the grund befre read, or put storage.

Same true in virgin traning as nuctural inside sovngrade upon first "rebirth" give the code of freedom book. (at least ehre no storage to put in :D )

Most vannila game quest item canot be droped until quest done, this is probabli for stupid user protecion i think.

 

Question:
word wall inside knife point ridge not give any words it is normal if i under first virgin traning?

I think this word wall reserved leater use.

Its a fairly common, known, skkyrim engine bug. Any animation can end up invisible, and this happens plenty in Sexlab too (in this case the scene is not played by Sexlab). The cause seems to be positioning in the world, where sometimes other objects get in the way, at least that's my theory. It won't easily recreate, and there is nothing I can do. If you see this for ALL thief's, then this would be another matter.

This is a good idea. I thought I had already done that (make them not possible to drop). I shall add that feature.

Yes, working as intended. The custom word walls that you learn Love Shout and Strip Shout from, only work when the quest objectives are met.

it seems all read it quest item has this properties. I get another note from nuctural about rosting locations. same i can drop to the grund before read.

I thing 99,99% of the players read all this notes/books upon accuiered and non try drop. :)

There's a bug in Skyrim (LE and SSE) where if an actor is animating but is "off camera", the game will fade the actor. I believe this was done for performance reasons on consoles originally. It can crop up if you're in third person free camera and you aren't pointing directly at the actors when the animation starts, but I also only get it rarely so there's probably more conditions to it than just the camera not being pointed perfectly.

I'm having a problem with the pony cart. It doesn't physics bug out of the screen, it just stays stationary. Doesn't even change direction apart from the wood parts that are supposed to be attached to you. I can move my character until it detects me as too far away and puts me on pause.

 

I'm playing on Special Edition.

Hi, I ended up recreating a whole new save and got the point I was when I made my first post a few days ago (takes me a while to get properly setup), and I haven't ran into any issue.

 

That being said, am I correct in understanding that the virgin keys only work on the virgin chastity device (which will consume one key)? The rest of the items (the harness, the gag, etc) have to be removed using the MCM (which I absolutely don't mind).

Every Virgin Toy has at least one option to remove without using MCM, if not in Virgin Training, or have not completed a quest.

  • Some toys can be escaped without a key, such as when hit in battle, or by blowing off with your orgasm (these are Toys Framework features)

In order to see what a toy has in store for you, see its description for clues, or use the Toys MCM - Worn Toys tab, to view all the intimate details. You can click on a toy there to go to the detail view and see escape methods, key required, effects, transforms, and more.

 

Consumed Keys:

depends. You did not say which gag. Here's two...

This one shows you it need the Virgin Restraints Key. Anything "Virgin" is from Nocturnal upon quest completion, such as finishing Virgin Training but there's others.

But maybe you wear this one. Says it needs a tiny exotic but only works if melted. In this case you get the key in the world, when any mod is installed putting them in the world, unless you cheat, which IMO is legal now in beta :P

The amount of effort you've put behind the code of your framework is amazing

Please stop disabling God Mode.  I understand you have the whole "love yourself back to life" mechanic, but I use God Mode for a reason.  I'm a disabled veteran, and I physically do not have the dexterity to handle the combat system.  God Mode lets me enjoy the game without spending more time recovering from even the simplest fight than I do actually playing.

All scenes are using an "Initialize scene start/end" which is a feature a mod can call Toys to do. So this is a Toys feature. As part of many things, the Initialize scene will turn god mode on such that you are not vulnerable to combat in any scene, and then it turns it off when the scene ends, so its this turning it off that is the resulting side effect, messing up what you need.

 

What I can do is add an MCM option in Toys.... "Player Invulnerable During Scenes (on/off)". This will give us two benefits:

  • For those turning god mode on... they don't need this function to turn it on for them, and it won't end up turning it off as a side effect
  • For those who want more danger, they can turn it off, and not use god mode manually either

It will be a nice new multi purpose feature, helping all mods using Toys. I'm glad you brought it up. I will get it into a future release of toys, maybe next beta, or our final V1.

Next, I can't move after choosing the painful rebirth spit roasting.  I end up in Valhalla, or whatever it is, and am stuck standing in the middle of the fire.  The only option is to reload back to the dragon skull and choose the other option.

kk, how about "Branding Device of Doom is not available", when I have it installed?  The 0.53 SE version.

 

Edit:  Also "Virgin Punitive Collar Removed" message but the collar is still worn.

I can't speak to the second issue, but I believe BDOD detection and use has been removed from the latest build. VM mentioned that it'll be back as a built-in function with no external mod requirement at a later stage in the mod's development cycle.
