Skyrim SexLab - Sex Animation Framework v1.62 - UPDATED Jun 3rd 2016

As a whole Sexlab is working fine for me, but for some strange reason after I installed Devious Devices and its requirements, there are no more facial expressions during sex. (Oral without opening the mouth looks really weird.)

 

All SexLab does is use the vanilla MFG commands to control facial expressions through scripting. Any issue directly related to DD with facial descriptions is an issue you should bring up with it and has nothing to do with SexLab itself. If I could hazard a guess, through the process of installing DD or ZaZ you mis-installed a bad femalehead.tri or bad mouthhumanf.tri file - or more simply you're being oversensitive to what's considered "working" facial expressions, they can start out very subtle.  

 

 

 

I replaced the femalehead.tri and the mouthhuman.tri which makes it work now on everything. Thanks!

Update to newest version of SOS to fix that bug. It's an SOS bug, not a bug with the Sexlab Framework.

Can someone help me with a specific question or some troubles shooting suggestions.

 

The female nude suite texture (femalenudesuit_1_s dds) does not load in conjunction with the check box in mcm to use the nude suit.  The mesh file (femalenudesuit_0 nif) successfully loads with this checkbox in sex, so I do have that working.  But, is this mechanism expect to replace textures as well?  The folder structure implies that it does so I just assumed.

 

Is this a known issue or is there something I should look at in my setup?

 

 

Is anyone able to shed some light on this or maybe direct me to where the documentation is for how this feature works?

 

 

 

Stop using nudesuits, plain and simple.

 

They are an incredibly shitty solution to a problem that should not exist for any reasonable player to begin with.

 

I'd remove the option from the mod entirely in a heartbeat if I could without an annoying backlash, I may yet still remove it anyway and just make it a seperate mod just to be able to wash my hands of it. Stop - install and a real body mod, this is a sex mod for christ sake, between SAM and SOS "permanent erections" is not even remotely a valid excuse anymore, meanwhile it was never a valid excuse to being with for female npcs...

 

 

Who said anything about a "permanent erection" My goal was to add a spectral map to the actors while having sex.  The idea is that when having sex, an actor could appear to be hot and sweaty while being cool and dry otherwise.

 

Is there a "real body mod" that would accomplish this?

Also, if you want to know the tags for each animation, you'll need to look at the source codes.

I made up a chart for Sexlab 1.59c, available here (sexlab animations and tags), but it doesn't include MNC or NSAP or any other mods, just base Sexlab. I've been meaning to go back and add in other mods. Maybe someday.

Got problem with the sex diary. It seems that each instance of oral is added to the anal experience, because I have done them both equally and I have Journeman in anal and still unskilled in oral. Is this a known issue?

I have a specific question about the undressing animation

 

is there any reason to have the alignment of the undressing animation completely messed up? my character seems to always go up high in the air while the animation plays and then just be instantly align back down once the actual sex animation starts.

 

Is there any way to alter the alignment for the undressing animation? could it be a problem of actor scaling?

Not through sexlab itself. Who is "giver" and who is "receiver" depends on either the victim settings, or who is passed to Sexlab first in the array.

So no, not generally... modders have to specify it when they make the mod.

I don't *think* so... I know of two mods that do something like that (hentai creatures and dangerous nights), but that's because the modder in question added that in specifically... so again, it's all up to the modder in question.

As for it not affecting the PC, that's a little weird... it affected me when I used to use it, but that was back a SL version (or two?) ago...

I'm reasonably certain all bestiality scenes including werewolf PC on NPC via Sexlab Werewolves results in ragdolling after the act on both characters.

 

Also you can enable Ragdoll after sex in the Sexlab MCM menu, but the stormcloak soldier will be ragdolled as well... exhausted maybe?

 

As for the victim settings, just use player control button, the + button generally swaps positions so you can put Delphine on top during one and make sure Jordis is bottom on another. Some mods also allow you to specify that your character is always going to be giver or reciever, such as Solutions, but even in these cases you can swap positions. You can even swap positons and give your rapist a strapon fucking if need be, unless you enable in he MCM menu that you lose control of scenes during rapes, which I generally do not recommend (just avoid the temptation and use the controls to make the scene work better instead).

No, the ragdoll option never affects my pc.  I recently had my dovahkiin surrendered to three bandits (Sexlab Leveling), and a four way rape ensued.  Afterward the three guys fell to the ground in those hilarious typical ragdoll fashions, with the petite victim girl standing tall among them...

 

But anyway, while the ragdoll engine functions as intended for dead people, I don't want my most delectable dovahkiin to collapse like that in any sexual context.  So whether it should work on pc or not is a moot point.

 

 

BTW, Dangerous Night doesn't do this as far as I've seen.  Sexlab Defeat has it for rape only.  But what I wish for is more general, applicable also for consesual sex.  You just don't jump up and get dressed immediately after the act in real life, do you?

 

(Plus, I soooo enjoy the sight of a woman, right after receiving what's perhaps the best screwing of her life, lying on the bed, still gasping for breath, cum on her naked body.)

Turns out I had scripts from 1.39 still in there. Disabled all Sexlab stuff, Save tool, reinstalled, appears to be good to Go.

Okay I really need help here because i'm beyond the hair pulling threshold with Sexlab. Umm sooo... here goes. Would it be possible for someone to explain a fix for Sexlab sound effects never working. I've nearly never had them work. On fresh installs. With ONLY Sexlab installed and it's requirements. I would get them to function for about 3 seconds and then nothing. It's been like this since I first started using Sexlab years ago. It wasn't a problem before because tbh the default sounds are horrible. However now a lot modders have made some awesome sound packs like the doggy style pound sounds now. I really want this part of Sexlab to function. It's driving me nuts and to be honest i'm fairly pissed off because I've spent literally 12 hours trying to get one little tiny aspect of Sexlab to work for me. Reinstalling in different ways with less mods, with no mods, tried the new sexlab alpha build....nadda, searching and reading through the forums. If there is a solution further back in this post I haven't found it and good lord it would take along ass time to read through 400+ forum pages in detail.

 

Also I've search through my papyrus logs and there is no mention of a problem. So I don't know what to do... Please help lol. 

 

Oh and just to be clear i'm not some moron. I've tried the obvious. resetting registries, checking scripts etc. Sexlab voices work perfectly, nothing else works as far as sound. No cum sounds. No Sex FX.
