Well if a lot of new mods with this frame pop up soon, then I'll be glad. I do hope they'll use this topic to post some links to their own, so it's easy to collect them all. Maybe send them to Ashal so he can post the links on page 1? So we can all find them easily. It would probably also help the modders if they know what exactly is out there already, what could conflict etc.

Ashal, what about different facial expressions?

 

Excuse me if someone had asked already.

 

I remember showing you screenshots about it in some other thread, where sexis gave my char a rather "defeated" facial expression when she did get defeated and raped instead of the normal sex face.

So far we have working girl and sex addicts being updated, correct? And Mister H kicking around his mod. Are there other's I've missed out there? Another thing to keep in mind guys is that Ashal gave a working copy to some modders so you'll still be waiting on them to complete theirs. And I'd rather wait until they have everything working right before I jump in needing patches.

Lovers comfort for sexis also gets regular updates. 

I dont know if random rape gets updated but I dont think there is anything left to fix in that one. 

Lovers comfort maker has expressed his intention to migrate to Ashal's framework.

So what exactly does this mod add in terms of future development as a framework for sex mods for Skyrim compared to the other already released sex mods out there ? most of the features mentioned are already available in other sex mods and if they are not they can be implemented.

 

What will make this mod stand out from the rest ? because right now we need actual working sex quests, and not having to deal with console commands to get things started, ability to implement a sex reward when you complete a quest instead of gold, ease of use when making a certain mod, and most of all, something that doesn't completely ruin your save files, and that actually lets you quest while having the sex mod enabled without the fear of losing all of your progress/having quest items removed for no reason/bugging the quest line, and thus having to deal with multiple save points before you use the mod.

I think that's the problem. They can't be implemented because there's currently no one working on them and there's no source for the scripts. Sexis is pretty ok as it is, but if the author hadn't gone missing it could have been better and we wouldn't really be in this thread.

 

The advantage to sexlab is that Ashal is not going anywhere.

Also the MCM menu. That has got to be one of the most useful features I've encountered in several other mods. Before that it was all about clogging up your magic menu with spells for opening a new menu, or using a knife or reading a book...and they were never that organised or clean.

 

This MCM looks like it could control and change practically everything. Even more than being able to handle up to five characters (btw, I've seen an image of two guys and a girl, does it work in the oposite balance too?) THAT is the best new feature so far, in my oppinion. Well, and the fact that it is made to integrate a lot of mods so modders can keep adding to it, but that's its premise, the new menu is just more proof that this time it is being done RIGHT!

well 2 basics thing.

1. animations !!!! this can support forplay animations, then play main animation, and then 3 third animation to close it. It will also support animations with more than 2!! participants

2. and most importantly... It will work . :cool:

 

3. it will also provide a base for the unification of most (well all active) sex mods so there will be no more conflicts between them and the base to make even more complicated and fun sex mods, but I imagine the first two can cover you for now  :shy:

Been waiting for something like Sexout framework to come out since they released the game and its finally here.

@Ashal.

 

As a person who has a lot of realism mods making every adventure a possible choosing of death during any given outing, here is my question. Will it be possible to include (now or in the future) to include animations and perhaps a buff when leaving ones spouse and kids to give the children a non-sexual hug and kiss on the head which gives some factoring for needing to return home safely to see your little ones and not just one's spouse?

Call me selfish but I was really hoping for it to be released when you said it would be. Pushing it back at the last moment just feels like your taunting us. I think I'm a reasonably patient guy, I can wait for the mod for months so long as you say it will be released in months, you can even push it back a bit so long as you don't push it back when it is supposed to be released. A way to simply remedy that just to add a "grace" period when saying it will be released, so add a day or two to your estimate. 

 

I'm not trying to be mean or anything, Just saying what I think. 

Mod sounds great, hope for a successful release in the hopefully very near future.

 

I'm awful with deadlines, if ever I give anybody a deadline they should expect it to take no less than twice as long as I originally estimate.

 

I could sit here and poke at the code in the framework for months, and honestly that's all I'm doing at this point. The damned thing is done and "good enough" to release. Unfortunately I tend to be a perfectionist and small things annoy me, so "good enough" isn't enough. Instead of prepping the release like I should have today, I've spent the entire day optimizing and rewriting the animation loop, not something that most people will notice or care about being sloppy for a first release, but still a vitally important part of the whole thing I want to make sure is a perfect as I can make it now.

 

I tend to do everything iteratively, I start looking it over thinking "Yeah this is good and ready" 10 minutes later I have an idea of why it's terrible and how I could do some aspect of it better and redo it with the lessons learned doing it before. Repeat that process a good 5-6 times until I'm finally just sick of looking at it because I've rewrote it so many times that I just want to be done with it so I can do something else, and then it's ready. Hell even me writing this post is no exception, as of this very moment me typing this this is the is the 3rd 4th 5th iteration of this paragraph.

 

It's obsessive, and as much torture for me as it is anybody waiting, if not more so.

 

THIS. This is why we modders never give deadlines, or if we do it's just a rough estimate. This is why we say 'it's done when it's done'. Or alternatively, Soon

Maybe not lore-friendly but it looks great. You should try to make the bottles fit the overall style of the image better by making them 2D and black and white. They stand out a bit much in the otherwise monochrome interface. It will look simpler but sometimes that's the right way to go.

 

 

Doesn't have to be "lore friendly" for me but if that really bothers you then you could try changing the bottle shapes to resemble those used in the alchemy lab.

Einstein took many many naps because it help boost his creativity and allowed him to think more critically. Dont kill yourself over it!

I just finished a new pose for TK17, so once I upload it the Garden, I think I'll take a Walking Dead break.

As well it should be. Take a nap if it's needed. If you're exhausted you won't do your mod any good.

Sorry to go slightly off topic, but do you by any chance, know if there is any way of importing tk17 animations into 3dsmax, or blender ?

Not that I'm aware of but I have heard the newer pose editor that 3DSV uses does have some new options, that version of the pose editor just hasn't been "borrowed" by TK17, as of yet.  Which is kind of a bummer. The newer editor also has new voices and the ability to do more than four loops, I think it can do five or six.

I am 100% saying I am now without a doubt DONE scripting the framework for release. There is still many things I really want to do with the scripts, but I am forcing myself to let it go for now, and will look to those ideas for future upgrades.

 

I am 99.99% sure I will be releasing this Monday night, yes I know I've made similiar promises on the past I haven't upheld, I'm extremely confident this time though. The example mod, which I'm yet to write, is going to be super simple for now for the sake of getting it out the door, it will be a very simple "MatchMaker" mod, similar in vain to sexis cupid, if I have time I'll do a defeated type mod as well, but I want to get the Framework, MatchMaker example mod, and API guide all released Monday night.
