Got myself busted in Whiterun a couple of times, and while the mod works, the only time anything happens at the stocks is after I hit [T] and wait an hour.  I stood there for 3 hours and nothing every happened.  Hit [T], wait an hour and always somebody wanting to do bad things to my toon.  I have the settings at 1 hour interval for 2o seconds.  

 

Not a real problem, but the "events" can go on a lot longer than 2o seconds.  A minute or more, for sure.

The event timer is for each separate animation "part". So for a normal punishment, you'll end up with a lot more than 20s.

Oh, well the guard was going at my toon with a broom handle for quite some time, after switching from fingering her.  He used the broom long enough to say "Quit whining!" and "Yeah..." at least four times each.  Again, it's not a complaint, nor a criticism, just an observation.

Please help! I installed this mod today and it started out working just fine! However after my second arrest in Whiterun whenever I am arrested and taken too the jail, as soon as the jailer asks me too remove my equipment and items my game freezes! It does NOT CTD it just freezes until I decided to End the task with task manager. I have no idea why! This mod looks fun and I would really like it, any information would be great!

 

((Edit))--Well I don't know why but after the 3rd or 4th re-install of the mod it works! All well that ends well! Sorry for the unnecessary post!

Yay, the CTD is gone! 

 

But I have discovered another conflict.  Just for the heck of it, I tried the SexLab Pay Crime mod, and that does something to the dialogue so I never get taken to prison.  I get the "wait, i know you" dialogue, and if I submit, ends in the guard telling me whatever line about the dungon is appropriate for that area, but then dialogue ends and it seems to erase my bounty.  I can uninstall Pay Crime and it's fine on a new character (not the one where it was active, that seems to permminantly break it), and it's not a big deal for me not to use it (i'd much rather have XPO), but I thought I'd bring that up in case others are having this issue.

I'm looking at PayCrime now, and it seems to be mostly ok with PO conflicts. Have you tried (in MCM) to do a "Force restart" of PO before getting arrested?

 

You'll have some minor issues with both mods installed. For instance, Pay Crime reverses a fix where only males could get arrested for small bounties ("Wait, I know you .." dialogue). There should be nothing major, though ...

 

 

Yeah, tried that, still not working.  Uninstalled Pay Crime, did the new save, close and reload, forced XPO to reset, and got the same issue.  So that character seems to be borked.  Not a big deal, it was a test character anyways, but yeah.

 

But since you're going to be going over to SexLab, that might be something you could add within XPO.  Not technaclly a prison rework, but a way to get out of it.  XD

Seeing I haven't tested the new mod I can't help you there yet but as for expansion parts...

 

You wondered about the clothing issue... I think there might be a very easy way to solve it to be honest... Someone posted a Shibari like outfit before (well to be honest Japanese Bondage is NOT shibari but whatever) in any case you might want to put the option in PO to actually wear either that, clothes or nothing. Make the Shibari work as a heat source would solve the point + a little extra torture is always nice...

 

Gotta say so so far I've only seen the converted one for the BBP body usage... And so far I'm still messing around on that thing to make it integrate in my game. I do know if I'm gonna dump my test chars I'll be redoing the game thing again from start on ... (meh...)

 

But that might be an idea if someone converts it to UNP/CBBE/whatever not needing a custom skeleton body type and you could use it for that...

 

Next to that you might wanna try and get your own like torture methodes... (more strap kinds of rope bondages makes me get in favor )

 

That aside wonder if Chris is gonna update ZAP sometime XD

but is this mod compatible with open cities? I wanted this to ask, before I try something bad...

Not sure. I haven't used Open Cities, so I can't say. I think Open cities move all the major cities onto the main world map, right? If it's a complete overhaul, where Locations and so on are correctly updated, I guess then it should work fine, but I wouldn't dare say with any certainty until I tried.

 

In any case, I doubt the pillories would work, because they'd be sitting in unused parts of the world.

 

 

I tried out and the pillories are in another Cell, to be specific in the vanilla City. But the Jailor goes to the "Open City" and then the game would freeze. I need to activate "fastforward" in the jail to get to the vanilla City, but then there are no Citizens ( a little bit boring, i think ).

 

Maybe you just add it to a list of incompatible Mods or create a patch ( )?

This used to be the case, but since punishment now is only 24h I thought noone would starve.

You wondered about the clothing issue... I think there might be a very easy way to solve it to be honest... Someone posted a Shibari like outfit before (well to be honest Japanese Bondage is NOT shibari but whatever) in any case you might want to put the option in PO to actually wear either that, clothes or nothing. Make the Shibari work as a heat source would solve the point + a little extra torture is always nice...

 

Gotta say so so far I've only seen the converted one for the BBP body usage... And so far I'm still messing around on that thing to make it integrate in my game. I do know if I'm gonna dump my test chars I'll be redoing the game thing again from start on ... (meh...)

 

But that might be an idea if someone converts it to UNP/CBBE/whatever not needing a custom skeleton body type and you could use it for that...

 

Next to that you might wanna try and get your own like torture methodes... (more strap kinds of rope bondages makes me get in favor )

 

That aside wonder if Chris is gonna update ZAP sometime XD

I tried that one, I think. On my setup it immediately CTD, but I guess that has to do with my skeleton or something. Anyway, I created an invisible circlet which works as full clothing, so I figure it would be possible to create special boots or whatever to keep the player warm. Those could use vanilla assets, so I could give some options.

I went back to Riften and the guards won't take me to jail when I'm submitting. They're just walking away after submitting.

It worked fine before the bounty hunters chased me outside of Riften, loading an older savegame confirms that.

It's really a minor issue... I'd rather you to expand the punishment system.

You may not starve... but you may die of thirst, expecially if you were already thirsty when you got arrested. maybe water is more of a problem. 
Or you can have people pissing on you while at the pillories?

Well, after successfully being captured I've tried it in Whiterun, simply with 0 gold crime and breaking a lockpit.

Nothing happens after "you're going to rot in the dragonsreach dungeon".

So I installed this and it seems to function, up until the pillory parts, nothing happens when im locked in them regardless of settings.

 

Where can i find the debug files and such to see if it is throwing errors. Or any suggestions as to why this part would not work. All other fins animations and such work fine.

 

Ignore this, seems it was an issue with that entire save profile or something, got it functioning in one of my other ones.

I feel ya... I had that same thing too but I tried installing BBP skeleton files out of a mod linked in the topic where I got it... The results are kinda semi to me atm... On one side the BBP work and allowed me to wear some other armors crashing me to desktop but on the other hand it also kinda fucked up some of the breast now and then... I haven't aligned it yet I guess but the worse part to be honest is that the alignment seems off... I need to try with another skeleton supporting BBP but I haven't looked around yet...

 

So yeah... If someone could mod the Shibari or something towards the CBBE/UNP body it would fix the problem you expierenced...

Dunno what might conflict yet, have to do further testing first.

Got bounty gold (shouldn't affect PO I think) and a some dialogue changer (not those you've mentioned, but LL mods like LoversComfort, Romance, Solutions).
