Public Whore View File Jarl Balgruuf kicked back in his throne and opened a bottle of mead. He had finally found a solution to the tax revenue loss due to the hardships that had plagued his city recently. And such an easy fix! The answer had been running around his city, drawing the eyes of his citizens in temptation for weeks now. All he had had to do was write one official decree and Whiterun had a new main attraction... ...the Dragonborn... ...the new Public Whore. Public Whore Summary The premise of this mod is as posted here: https://www.loverslab.com/topic/114261-public-whore/ The core notion is that the player character ends up brought before the court against her will, and declared the public whore of a city. She is then the public property of that city, and can be used by the citizens in exchange for money that goes to the Jarl. This isn't particularly story driven - right now it's more of another "system" that adds to the gameplay loop, though I wish to expand it's quest content with time. Windhelm's is documented in the v1.2.0 update notes Fame: acquire enough SLSF fame, or use the mod's somewhat less advanced built-in sexual fame system, and you'll eventually be declared public whore by virtue of your depravity. Alternatively, do enough heroic things and your forced prostitution will be an irresistible money-grab for the Jarls. By asking to start: speak to any one of the new Thanes positioned near the Jarls, and you can volunteer yourself easily. Get sold to a city via SS++, and you'll be sent straight into 'enforced mode', in which you can't leave the city and have a more difficult quota. <More detailed instructions or user manual coming soon> Previous Release Logs Google Drive Link Frequently Asked Questions Q: Can I upgrade from a previous version of PW? A: It is never entirely safe to, but you can minimize most of the consequences by cleaning your save with the previous version before loading the new version. Q: Can you re-upload a previous version? A: No. I have no concern for breaking mod packs, especially since none of them have bothered to ask to include PW. Public Whore Jail Replacement View File What this mod does The idea is to give the player a way to enter Public Whore through the vanilla arrest dialogue. As of version 1.2.0, there are 2 choices to make during installation: The first FOMOD choice is Dialogue Options. The first option replaces the vanilla "I submit. Take me to jail." arrest outcome with a Public Whore sentence. When you choose the jail option during a guard arrest, the guard will inform you that you must work off your bounty as a Public Whore instead. In the PWJR MCM you can configure the chance and bounty threshold at which you will be sent to Public Whore. The second option contains the same functionality as the first, except that it also adds a new dialogue option. The new option is "I submit. I'll do anything as long as you don't take me to jail.", and after the guard's response the mod then always makes the player a Public Whore. This additional dialogue option is unaffected by the PWJR MCM options, those only affect the vanilla "I submit. Take me to jail." dialogue option. The second FOMOD choice is Public Whore Start Options. The first option uses the PW_MakePublicWhoreAdvanced ModEvent to make the player a Public Whore, sets the quota based on your current bounty and always starts PW in Enforced Mode. A drawback of this approach is that the Slavetat doesn't get applied, but i can't do anything about that since it's a limitation of PW's API. Important: when using this option, set the quota mode to money in the PW MCM. The second option uses the PW_MakePublicWhoreSelfCont ModEvent to make the player a Public Whore. This one sets the quota based on your PW MCM settings and also lets the PW MCM decide if you start in Enforced Mode or not. Paying your bounty and resisting arrest remain unchanged in all versions. Voicelines The replacement guard dialogue is fully voiced using xVASynth. The voice lines are included with the mod for all relevant guard voice types. Special Cases Cidhna Mine This mod should not interfere with The Forsworn Conspiracy / No One Escapes Cidhna Mine. During the Cidhna Mine arrest sequence, vanilla behavior should occur and you will be sent to Cidhna Mine as normal. Raven Rock This mod does not affect arrests in Raven Rock. Raven Rock uses a separate arrest dialogue path and will continue to send the player to jail normally. Compatibility This mod edits the vanilla guard arrest dialogue. Mods that replace or remove the vanilla guard arrest dialogue may be incompatible. Mods that rely on the player being sent to jail may not function as intended, depending on the selected FOMOD options and MCM configuration. Requirements Public Whore and all of its requirements. Supported Game Versions The mod was created and tested on Skyrim SE 1.5.97. It will likely work on Anniversary Edition as well, but I have not tested it. Skyrim LE compatibility is unknown and has not been tested. Downloadable Mod Versions As a general policy, older releases will remain available for download as long as they do not contain any known major or critical issues. This is intended to: Maintain compatibility for modlists that may rely on a specific version. Allow users to continue using older releases if they prefer their implementation. Ensure previously released versions remain accessible for troubleshooting and archival purposes. Older versions containing known major or critical bugs may be removed, regardless of whether a fixed version becomes available. Available Versions 1.2.0 Added an MCM with 2 variables: "Public Whore Chance" and "Public Whore Bounty Threshold". These options only affect the "I submit. Take me to jail." dialogue outcome. Added an alternative script that you can choose in the FOMOD. This new version of the script starts PW in a way that makes PW use its own MCM settings for the quota and Enforced Mode. FOMOD now contains two choices to make: "Dialogue Options" and "Public Whore Start Options". 1.1.1 Contains the fixed Additional Player Dialogue implementation. No MCM. FOMOD allows you to choose between the Jail Replacement option from 1.0 and the Additional Player Dialogue option. 1.0 Original release. Jail Replacement option only. No MCM. You might prefer this version if you only want the original Jail Replacement implementation and do not need the Additional Player Dialogue option. Public Whore Sommaire La notion de base du mod est que le personnage du joueur se retrouve déclaré "prostituée publique" de la ville et peut être utilisé par les citoyens en échange d'argent qui sera reversé au Jarl de la châtellerie. Par conséquent, trois choix s'offrent à vous : Vous n'avez jamais installé le mod original Public Whore : Dans ce cas, pas de problème particulier, il s'agit d'une installation classique. Téléchargez le mod original. Téléchargez la dernière version de la traduction. Installez le mod original (manuellement en faisant glisser les fichiers dans le dossier data ou via votre gestionnaire de mod). Installez la traduction (manuellement en faisant glisser les fichiers dans le dossier data ou via votre gestionnaire de mod) et écrasez les fichiers. Lancez votre dernière sauvegarde (ou lancez une nouvelle partie, au choix, normalement ce n'est pas obligatoire mais plus propre). Vous avez déjà installé le mod original Public Whore, celui ci est chargé dans votre dernière sauvegarde et vous souhaitez avoir le menu MCM en français : L'idée est ici de charger votre dernière sauvegarde et, en même temps, le mod original et sa traduction, permettant aux scripts de repartir tranquillement, et en français. Désinstallez proprement le mod original (et la traduction si vous l'avez) via votre gestionnaire de mod [conseillé] ou manuellement, chargez votre dernière sauvegarde, puis sauvegardez. Réinstallez le mod original. Installez la dernière version de la traduction et écrasez les fichiers. Lancez votre dernière sauvegarde (ou nouvelle partie). Ordre de chargement : Mod original Traduction française Patch de la version 1.2.4 en français (c'est le même que celui disponible sur la page du mod original, mais puisque le mien l'écrase, il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir celui de la version originale. Vous pouvez donc télécharge uniquement le mien pour la traduction. Comment débuter ? Via les quêtes d'introduction : ces dernières sont disponibles auprès du Jarl Balgruuf ou Vignar Grisetoison pour démarrer la quête à Blancherive, il vous suffit de leur demander s'ils ont du travail pour vous. Vous pouvez également aller parler à Vedia Belenus pour démarrer la quête à Solitude, au Ragnard Pervers. Il en existe une pour Vendeaume, mais.... en testant la traduction, je n'ai pas réussi à la lancer Via la réputation (Sexlab Sex Fame) : il vous suffit d'acquérir une certaine renommée ou d'utiliser le système de renommée sexuelle intégrée au mod (mais moins avancé que SLSF) et vous finirez par devenir la prostituée publique de la ville. Via une demande directement aux Thanes : il vous suffit de parler à un Thane, qui se situe généralement près du Jarl, pour démarrer la quête. Via le mod Simple Slavery : faites-vous vendre à une ville pour démarrer une prostitution forcée. Attention, vous ne pourrez pas quitter la ville et votre quota à remplir sera plus complexe.
