I recommend that you use the following mod instead, as this one hasn't been updated in a very long time. 
 

It is a stand alone update to the mod and doesn't require the original Prison Overhaul, although it does have its own list of requirements.

Is this mod actually obsolete??? or it just has less options???, I'm thinking on uninstalling POP, it doesn't fit my gameplay, too much stuff that I don't use and it forces stuff I don't want no matter if I unchecked it on the mcm menu, so I need a less convoluted option, I'll try going back to this one and see, how it goes...
