Thanks for your sharing and good to use this MOD. I really like it.

 

However, when i upgrade this mod from V029 to V030 as your instruction, some bugs disturb me, the only way of punishment, which i can use in the jail and on the pillory is  WHIPPING, the other method like PillorySlave, PillorySpanking, or RoughDoggyStyle are abnormal. When one of those occured, my game instantly get stuck (although the dialogue can be seen) and my character have no reaction just keep standing here. I don't know the reason.

 

What's more, V030 version seems to make my 'papyrus.log' extremely larger than before, for instance my 'papyrus 0.log' increase to  601 MB, 'papyrus 1.log' increase to  302MB, 'papyrus 3.log' even increase to 2.19GB! Wow, that's terrible! And this condition never happened when i use the older version.

 

Sorry for my poor english, could you please help me to solve the problem?  (My SEXLAB, ZAZANIMATIONPACK and Fuz Ro D-oh are up-to-date, i also run FNIS to refresh my mod list after upgrade PrisonOverhaul.)

I'm getting some CTD's in Morthal prison. It only happens in Morthal everywhere else seems fine.

 

I've noticed it now on two separate playthroughs and this one's on a clean Skyrim install. It seems be linked to where your pc is standing and if rough missionary happens but unfortunately it seems to be intermittent so I can't reproduce it.

This mod pretty much has never worked for me. One of the following happens:

- Follows guard to jail, then pretty much nothing happens. If I try to activate the trapdoor somehow I get a huge bounty. I mean the trapdoor is not even locked how am I supposed to know I'm not supposed to touch it? After going through trapdoor I end up in the main jail room, for some reason guards don't attack me despite the huge bounty. Talking to a guard will result in the 'take me to jail" dialogue, which I chose, then my character gets bound, but just stands there and does nothing indefinitely. Trying to walk away from guard will cause her to automatically walk back to the guard about 10 seconds later

- I yield during a guard fight and choose "take me to jail". Player gets bound, but within 3 seconds the guards start attacking me again. So basically I'm standing there bound, unable to move, with a mob of guards attacking me. I'm able to move every 20 seconds or so but will always auto-move back to the guard (though this is irrelevant because the guard is attacking me and thus always beside me even if I move)

Using latest Sexlab framework, latest Prison Overhaul, on a new game.

Post a log from a playthrough where this happens and I'll see if I can tell what's wrong.

Something is strange with SexLab-XPO integration. Could you go into one of those horribly long logs and see if there is a single error that keeps repeating or something similar?

 

Obviously the mod works for most users, so your problem should also be solvable.

 

You can delete the logs if you don't want them. The game will generate new fresh error messages on the next play through. ;)

Well, i can't open those log files...maybe i should create a new game to check out where the problem is. By the way, i installed a new animation pack 'Pretty Combat Idles Mythic Collection' (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15703), other animation pack might incompatible with your MOD?

 

Or maybe i should turn back to the version 028 or 029...

It's neither of those. I have Pretty Idles and the latest PO and everything works fine for me. Must be something else.

I don't think there's anything in v030 that would cause this by itself. Likely something is up with your configuration. This is just my guess though ....

Are you using any non-standard follower? From the log I would guess that the system can't detect your current follower. They need to be in the follower faction and so on .... are you using any mods that alter the way followers work?

nope i am not using any follower framework mod

but i do use a mod that changes some npcs to become followers :/

Try target the NPC in the console and typing "addfac 5c84e 1", then see if that helps when you get arrested. Be wary of saving at this point, since you made changes to the game that may have consequences later on. But it could be a test to see if this is the problem....

 

Edit: PO looks for the CurrentFollowerFaction, which I guess should be set. You never know though ....

 

There could be other issues, such as the follower already being reserved for other quests. In that case, PO will also fail to pick up the follower, and will just instruct the follower to wait where you got arrested.

probably the problem is the later case

ive tested my games with other standard followers and they worked fine

oh well i guess i need to complete the quest first :P

I got a small issue with my follower. When we are taken to the pillory, I am the only one locked up. My follower just stands behind me. He will still do punishment acts(Haven't tested all of them) and still be taken back to prison. He is an interesting NPCs follower and I am using EFF.

Here ia another update of the XPO patch for anyone using PO with Devious devices - posted here by kind persmission of Xaz,

 

This Version supports XPO V030 Only

 

Required Mods and Versions

Devious Assets 2.8.0

Devious Integration 2.8.0 

 

The patch adds (somewhat) immersive handling of Devious items for the PLAYER only at present - the changes are pretty simple (as are my coding skills!). I plan to look at the possibility of limited companion support in the next few weeks.

 

Chastity belts, chastity harnesses, Bras, Plugs, armbinders and gags are removed by the jailer at the beginning of the sentence  allowing easy access to the prisoner for guards etc..

 

On release all the items are locked back on. Also (obviously due to an "Administrative error in the Evidence chest Department") any valid player chastity keys are lost!

 

If the prisoner escapes the items are "stored" and when the player is next imprisoned they are "returned" to the player on release if they were not wearing a dD item of that type when re-arrested.  It is beyond my skill to make this specific to a particular hold - so this happens wherever they are next locked up by PO (guess they are sent via UPS - "Universal Parcels Skyrim" xsmile.png.pagespeed.ic.5Yux4gu5_h.png ).

 

There are a few simple notification messages to help explain what happens as the action takes place.

 

Basically I did this to learn some papyrus scripting and for a bit more immersion - I'm sure it could be done at lot better, but this seems to work.

 

To use just install over XPO v030 - NMM or Mod Organizer recommended!

 

For the avoidance of doubt, I am a rank amateur at modding and this unofficial patch is provided "as is " to use at youir own risk!

 

Xaz is currently considering adding his own dD support to PO - if he does then this series of patches will end.

 

This version takes advantage of the new generic device functions in dD and *should* work for any correctly defined dD device. Unfortunately this means that there are too many combinations for me to test - so if you come across something that is not working let me know and I will take a look.

Known Issues

 

There may be a 5 -10 second pause when the player is arrested. This is due to the speed of the dD integration function that I use to check which dD items are equipped. I can't see a way to reduce the pause unless the dD function becomes faster (any suggestiions welcome).

Does anyone know how to trouble shoot this mod ?? The problem i am getting is when i get arrested in Whiterun. the guard walks me to prison all is fine till i get transferred to another guard, my equipment gets stripped all is fine then nothing. the guard will just stand there even though he should walk me to a prison cell. Then i need to save my game and load up then he start walking normally till the cell the door opens then nothing again i need to save game and load it up again and then all is well again.

 

 

I am currently using the latest one and latest zaz.

This is actually normal behavior for now. It'll change in the future, though, but for now, it was too messy to do everything at once.

This is typically when you've not installed Fuz Ro Doh. If you don't want to do that, you can disable dialogue which is a workaround.

 

Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to detect Fuz, or I would pop up a warning when the mod starts....

Is the dialogue with the jailer visible? It sounds a lot like the Fuz problem, but if you have it installed, there must be something else....

That happens to me every once in awhile. I just fast forward the guard or unstick the jailer and chalk it up to Heavily-Modded-Skyrim Syndrome.

You have the requirements in place at least.

 

If you've had PO installed before on your system something might have glitched in an upgrade. Does this happen on a new game as well? Have you tried the restart button in MCM?

 

If none of those of those work (or you don't want to start a new game), then try posting your log here (in a spoiler section preferably :) ).
