Hi All,

 

Currently testing an update to the PO dD Patch :dodgy: but have come up against a strange issue.

 

Using SL 1.58b and ZAP 5.55 - whilst in Prison when sex animations start the guard behaves normally but the Player just stands still, if I use the swap positions key they both take on the male position! 

 

Tried resetting SL and ZAP but no effect - outside of Jail (and in the pillory) everything is working fine.

 

Anyone else seen this or have any ideas what the problem might be? Can't get the new dD Patch sorted till I fix it!

**Edit - rolled ZAP back to 5.53 and everything is fine so I am confident it is not the patch!

I think I've spotted a way to avoid having Prison Overhaul pick any slaves from Slaverun/Slavegirls for the crowd or punishment scenes, without needing to even load any forms from them: Check for the zbfWornCollar keyword using WornHasKeyword. They both use the Zaz Animation Pack collars.

Good point. I should exclude those actors of course. :)

I am crashing out of the game a lot during animations while in prison.  My toons not in prison are having no trouble.

 

I was getting this until I started doing a reset of XPO after each session (once you've been released from prison)

When arrested, my character gets cuffed and collared, but her hands doesn't get bound behind her back. Just wanted to know if that's supposed to happen or not.

 

It seems to happen in some holds and not in others, I wouldn't worry about it as it doesn't seem to affect anything

Here iis the next update of the XPO patch for anyone using PO with Devious devices - posted here by kind persmission of Xaz,


 


This Version supports XPO V030 Only

The patch adds (somewhat) immersive handling of Devious items the changes are pretty simple (as are my coding skills!).  Companion support is now included!


 


Chastity belts, chastity harnesses, Bras, Plugs, armbinders and gags are removed by the jailer at the beginning of the sentence  allowing easy access to the prisoner for guards etc..


 


On release all the items are locked back on. Also (obviously due to an "Administrative error in the Evidence chest Department") any valid player chastity keys are lost!


 


If the prisoners escape the items are "stored" and when they are next imprisoned they are "returned" on release if they were not wearing a dD item of that type when re-arrested.  It is beyond my skill to make this specific to a particular hold - so this happens wherever they are next locked up by PO (guess they are sent via UPS - "Universal Parcels Skyrim" xsmile.png.pagespeed.ic.5Yux4gu5_h.png ).


 


Due to the fact that dD items on companions do not always show as equipped even when displayed companion support is unable to determine what items were equipped on arrest - therefore if the companion is carrying multiple items of the same type the first one found in the inventory will be re-equipped. 


 


There are a few simple notification messages to help explain what happens as the action takes place.


 


Basically I did this to learn some papyrus scripting and for a bit more immersion - I'm sure it could be done at lot better, but this seems to work.


 


To use install over XPO v030 - and restart PO from  the PO Debug page in MCM!!!   You should see a patch initialised message...  (NMM or Mod Organizer recommended for installation! )


 


For the avoidance of doubt, I am a rank amateur at modding and this unofficial patch is provided "as is " to use at youir own risk!


 


Xaz is currently considering adding his own dD support to PO - if he does then this series of patches will end.


 


This version takes advantage of the new generic device functions in dD and *should* work for any correctly defined dD device. Unfortunately this means that there are too many combinations for me to test - so if when you come across something that is not working let me know and I will take a look.

There may be a pause when the player is arrested. This is due to the speed of the dD integration function that I use to check which dD items are equipped.

Odd issue since going to SL1.58b. The animations in the pillory work fine but in the cell the animations for the rape scenes work for the NPC (the guards) but the pc just stands there and doeesn't animate..

 

Tried a force restart and resetting SL but the same result. Tried in Falkreath and Whiterun with the same result.

EDIT: I coc'd out of cell and then used console to place a draugr and the animation worked fine

I'm getting a problem. It's a rather bad one. As far as I know, I've installed everything correctly. It's all fine and dandy until a guard comes to punish my player. What happens is that the guard strips and then starts the animation. But my character just stands there moaning and groaning. Any help?

Had a similar issue testing the latest dD patch using SL 1.58b, PO30 and Zaz Animation 5.55  - interestingly when I rolled back to Zaz Animation 5.53, everything worked fine again...

That's a relief in a way as I had to rebuild this save from a backup. I was beta testing and rolled forward and backward between 1.57 and 1.58b once too often and broke it.

 

When I reconstructed this game, I didn't consider that ZAZ Animation might be the problem.

 

It's late now I'll try zaz 5.53 tomorrow (though iirc one of the mods throws a warning that it's too old)

This is a known issue, that I'll be fixing with today's (coming) update.

What you see it's just an alert sign. I think PO will work fine with 1.58 (not so much has changed from 1.57).

Anyway the pop up sign is a bit annoying!

 

Does it come up more than once? I only want it to come up and warn the player once that, well, there may be incompatibilities.

 

A few versions back, SexLab compatibility tended to break on each new major version.

 

 

Checked back. Actually, in my case at least, the pop up pops up (sorry for the bad pun) only once.

I've installed this before and now again and it still does not work. I get arrested, boring as hell walk to prison. Put in cell, wait, jailer takes me out puts me on pillory in the town, nothing happens character stays in pillory for a while. Takes me back to jail. I have everything required installed.

You can use the fast forward in the mcm menu to skip long walks

That depends what time you were put , pillory punishments are usually 8am to 8pm IIRC

Fixed my issue before, but not sure how. I just wanted to make note a few bug I encountered. Was arrested for a major crime, and had a few guards come into the cell and do their thing. Afterwards, they stayed in my cell and the next stage of the 'quest' wouldn't progress until I condole command killed the guards that had stayed. When I did, the quest went smoothly.

Checked support for SexLab 1.58b.

SexLab animations now work again.

Player makes "hit sounds" when getting whipped instead of moaning constantly.

Lots of bug fixes.

Tested with SexLab 1.58b

Actors wearing zbfWornCollar (collars from Zap) will no longer be considered for crowd or punishment selection.

Support functions for plugging in and preventing members of factions to punish the player. (Useful for mods that add actors to jail locations.)

Will the XPO DD 0.30 patch still work?

Maybe not ... :/

 

I'll have to start looking at integrating DD into the PO stuffs, but I've been busy with Zaz Animation Pack and other things lately, so not much time to devote to this one ....
