Note: for future updates I plan to add toggles for all furnitures, but I m not sure yet if its worth the trouble edits like that can be done easy in tes5edit, so ppl can make patches with different furniture selections. I'm not sure of my version of ZAP, I stupidly failed to name the folder I installed to (via MO2) with the version number, and it's been long enough now that I don't remember, lol. I'm looking into that now I wouldn't worry too much about toggles for the time being. Debug works at least, so that's always an option... Too few mods HAVE a so-called 'panic button' lol.

I read 8.0 has a lot more animations than 7.0, and my animation count was the same (the FNIS tool, as well as SLAL and SexLab's MCMs both have the same number of animations as they did in the previous game with my other ZAP install) so maybe I did have 8.0 all along? Anyway, I tried this mod with the newly downloaded 8.0. i haven't gotten the device in question so far. But twice I instead got the one with her wrists and one ankle tied to a rope hanging from the ceiling. The first time, it said "prepare for some whipping", but after a couple minutes, the captor only continued to stand behind her and do nothing. Because the game was waiting for a whipping to start, she couldn't attempt to wiggle free. I used the debug, and let the bandits kill her again. Got the wrists and one ankle tied to the rope again. This time it didn't give any message about whipping, and again, the wiggle hotkey isn't doing anything, including messages. I'm wondering if I might have a conflict somewhere. I'll keep testing this and see if I can isolate the issue.

I'll keep testing this and see if I can isolate the issue. zap 8.0 is not zap 8.0+ (the + is important ^^) in general whippers can get stuck sometimes. but after 15-20 seconds the mod should proceed in that case. with "Try to wiggle free". before that message you can always manually proceed and skip whipping while pressing debug (after "prepare..." and before "try to...") but in general is is a very unusual behaviour, hmm. if its an incompatible mod interfering, you would have to make a reduced mod loadout for testing and see if it works there. most common culcripts might be other mods that deal with whipping and furnitures or combat mods. as I said above, if you have a papyrus log I could have a log. I trace the mod quest stages, might give some ideas in general make sure that your setup is perfect. there are guides in the opening posts for correct install of all the mods (conglomerate etc.) also check if you have incompatible mods installed (Interactive BDSM for example).

Sorry, yes, it's +, lol. The archive is called "ZaZ Animation Pack+ UUNP HDT V.8.0+" I made a test profile (this and requirements only), so we'll see how it works. I did read through the OP and the only incompatible mod I had was Defeat, which wasn't enabled. I'll look through the conglomerate links when I have time. My setup has been very stable aside from issues when testing a NEW mod, such as this, so I didn't look at them yet. Edit: Also, I'll try to get a log when I get time too, if the testing setup also has problems... My Skyrim can be weird. Even with no mods my Papyrus log often gives warnings at least. Is that normal?

USLEEP, SL, SLAR, ZAP, DD, SOS, this mod, XPMSE, and a few utilities like FISS, Jcontainers, and UIExtensions that I always keep installed because so many mods require them... I started a new game via testing cell, activated SL and this mod (with default settings), imported my SL settings. coc Riverwood, ran to Embershard Mine, and let the bandits kill her. SL scene played out fine, then she was bound to a device (I think it was the one that looks like a fence with stirrups, lol). I THINK it said "get ready for some whipping", but the guys wandered off and left her there for several minutes with no additional messages. Wiggle did nothing again, until I clicked the debug button, and she was allowed to wiggle free. They took her down again, rape worked fine. Suspended her hands and feet from a rope or pole (viewpoint was from directly above, so it was hard to tell. This time no message about whipping (if I remember correctly), whipper just stood behind her and stared for a couple minutes. Had to hit the debug key, which allowed her to try to escape, but this failed 4 or 5 times until she got stuck eternally peeing, lol. Had to use debug key a second time, and she exited the device, but couldn't move and no combat happened. Debug key did nothing after that, had to quit the game. Looking over the log, I think I forgot to add RaceMenu to this test game, so XPMSE complains about that... But in previous games, I did have RaceMenu, so I don't think that could cause these issues... Regardless, here's the log. I can't test anymore for a few hours, so I sorta rushed this. Papyrus.0.log

I noticed in 3.0 it can be missbehaving when there is NO follower around (have to add more checks lol, was so foccues on getting followers to work ^^) other than that: i could not reproduce any of your issues and I m running out of ideas what could be wrong. there is a warning about missing interaction markers on furnitures, but at least for me that never did anything bad (whipping started nonetheless) You using DD 5.1? But that should not be an issue, all versions should work. do you use a mod organizer? basically only Mod Organizer 2 can be trusted, all others.... cannot recommend.

I think Devious Framework link is no longer updated. They keep the old versions around it seems this time (and I appreciated that alot). But I doubt DD has anything to do with it. That is completely bizarre because I JUST noticed the same thing while testing this mod earlier today. I'd never seen it before, but they were so thin that I thought maybe it was just something I hadn't noticed before. I saw it both before and after my first scene with this mod in one of my tests, so I assume it's unrelated to this mod, but helluva coincidence that you and I both noticed it for the first time today while playing this mod.

I only use male followers, and while I've done forced SL scenes with certain male characters I created, seeing ones designed by others getting raped makes me uncomfortable for some reason LOL

Defeat's anims play fine, but with ND 3.0 they do not, they start then stop. Other mods that start SL work fine as does 2.6. Wondering if there's an issue with load order changing or defeats anim filters getting in the way. I usually have them all disabled. A new game had the same results, so maybe vortex changed load order? Reason is I never tested it WITHOUT FOllower so basically what happens here is that the follower sex starts and tries to steal the actors from the player scene. Basically do not use BETA 3.0 without followers at the moment. will be fixed in BETA2 which might be released tonight.

It seems to be blood decals somehow exploding (I had no Apropos tats when it happened to me, I had just run straight to embershard after starting a fresh game while testing this). She didn't even have any clothes on, just blood decals from their attacks. It's strange, though, because how can something that's not a mesh behave like an exploding mesh?

I was just wild guessing maybe its the "puppet" actor that Spank that ass is using, but I dunno if you have that mod or if that thing can receive textures. Other than that: it is clearly not connected to Naked Defeat. But feel free to report if the stuff only happens while in Naked Defeat or in a furniture of this mod.
