You can test SS++ by pressing "Enslave me now" on its MCM System page.  If that works, the mod works, and you probably have a configuration problem with Defeat so that it's not triggering Simple Slavery.

I'm glad that you found the cause.  In future, you probably should stay away from mods that attempt to patch this one.  As soon as Simple Slavery updates, things can break.  At least in your case it broke in an obvious way, so you knew to look for a problem.

Tried pressing "Enslave me now" inside MCM system page and exited MCM...still not working.

Okay, then something has gone wrong with this mod in your game.  There are things you can try to get it working correctly.

 

Reinstall SS++.  Sometimes that's all it takes.

 

Get the latest PapyrusUtil from Nexus, and install it so that it overwrites everything, with highest priority.  Some mods bundle outdated versions, and if your game uses the old version, things won't work right.

 

Generate and post a Papyrus Log.  That might show what's going wrong.

Is there a way the dependency could be changed to not require ZaZ? A lot of mods are starting to move over to Devious Devices only, or possibly the new Toy Story framework that does not rely on ZaZ or Devious Devices at all. ZaZ is outdated, no longer maintained, still doesn't have a proper SE port, and probably never will have one. It adds tons of bloat to the game where mods use very little of its content.

 

Would it be possible to have a dependency changed to Devious Devices instead as an optional download? I know I'm asking a lot, but I have tons of mods with only like 3 that require ZaZ now, since a lot of people have moved away from ZaZ.

I wouldn't say that it's not maintained.  t.ara is working on ZAP 9 and is active on the site.  There's a port for SE, with over 344,000 downloads.

 

The Zaz animations are used in the auction scene.  I'm actually working right now on adding a setting to let players choose the pose, based on a suggestion by @Inte.  If Simple Slavery were to require Devious Devices, the anti-DD people would yell.

That's fair. I hope ZAP 9 is actually stable on SE. ZAP 8/7 have been far from stable on it. LE gets all the glory for DD4 and ZAP, but since forever ZAP had script firing issues and DD5 had to happen to fix the issues with it on SE.

That sounds unfortunate. As a counter-example, I have been using Zaz8 on Skyrim SE for almost 3 years without problems.

New:  Support for a new enslavement mod, Public Whore, by Visio Diaboli.  Try it out!

New:  Choose your auction pose (as suggested by Inte).

 

New:  Toggle the auction hall ceiling lower.  Auction poses that have the slave suspended by chains will have the chains look like they're anchored in the ceiling.  It also gives the place a more oppressive feel.

Added links to Public Whore, and SLUTS Resume.

 

Replaced link to Slaves of Tamriel with Slaves of Tamriel++.

 

Removed links to Captured Dreams and Whiterun Brothel, since they're no longer available.  (Just the links on the mod page.  They're still available as enslavement outcomes in SS++ if you have the mods.)

Version 6.3.10 is not working for me. Nothing happens when i click on "Enslave me now" inside MCM system page. Have attached the logs . Any solution for this?

Thank you for that.  Unfortunately, nothing jumped out in regard to Simple Slavery.  For what it's worth, you're getting many, many errors from SLNC (SexLab Nude Creatures?).  I also saw references to Raven Beak.  If you're using a version of Raven Beak Prison that has a patch for SS++, get rid of that patch (it's based on an old version of SS++).

 

To narrow down the source of the problem, you might start a new game as a test, and try the "enslave me now" as soon as you enter the world (not an alternate start starting cell).  If that works, you might have a corrupted save file.  That happens.  You might also try starting a new game without SLNC, again just to see if that fixes things.

Tried new game and clicked "enslave me now". Now it is working! As you said it might be my corrupted save file that caused the issue. Any mod you know that can fix this corrupted save file and btw thanks for the help

   Never played a slavery mod before, but this looks amazing! Tell me, I play a straight guy as PC, what enslavement mods should I use to capitalize on that so thinks don't get too weird?  Also I use MCG, will this tie in with MCG and play nice together??

Not really much you can do about that. Adding, removing, or updating any mod permanently scars a save. The game will usually still work, but there will be a crack in it that may or may not cause issues sooner or later.

 

That's why the only true "clean" save is just starting over.

I assume hex will answer this, but considering what public whore does, it seems unlikely that it will send you to

 simple slavery. So I imagine this is a one-way trip from simple slavery to public whore

It is an unfortunate truth that 99% of slavery mods are geared toward a female character. However, some of them are, more or less, gender agnostic.

 

I don't know when it was updated last or if it was ever finished, but Isle of Mara was made specifically for males. gay males, though, so that might be an issue if you want to do a straight male enslavement.

 

Something like submissive Lola the resubmission would probably work okay. Hex could say better how that would work.

 

Slaves of tamriel would probably be okay because it is mostly just mining, which any gender could do. But there won't be any female guards, if that's what you're hoping for.

 

It has been a while since I played most of these, so I don't really remember how gender specific they are. You might just have to do some trial and error.

I don't know what MCG is, so I can't say.

 

As jfraser said, most enslavement mods are designed for female player characters.  He also mentioned the Slaves of Tamriel++ mining mod.  SD+ (I don't recall anything in SD+ enslavement that wouldn't work for men), Devious Followers Continued, and Submissive Lola: The Resubmission all support male PCs.  If you use Deviously Cursed Loot, there's also Leah.

 

Edit:  Public Whore has client gender selection, and the author says its text will handle male PCs.

 

You'll probably be having sex with your master, so be sure to select a female master if that's what you want.  Look at the mods and decide what experience you want.  DFC and SLTR both allow you to play the game without too much hindrance, so if you want a hard enslavement, they won't be for you.

This mod just starts up the Public Whore.  You should ask the author of that mod for a feature to limit the starting cities.  (Since this would need toggles, and sliders are nearly as easy to set up, Public Whore could even have weights for the starting cities.)

I'm having issues once my character is sent to the auction house. I talked to not John from the original SS (this cracked me up by the way), get chained up but nothing after that. Made a new save and used the MCM option to force start SS but no luck and still the same after updating to the latest version. I don't know if it ever worked before as my character hasn't been enslaved until recently.
