I had such a bug when I played a high-level character, but now everything is fine. Perhaps the game does not cope with the number of skills of another character. Maybe crash fix mods can help?
I will wait until a lot of bugs accumulate for an upgrade. Or do you want me to update the mod after every bug fix?

Learning Responsibilites quest does not appear to work on SE. I accept the quest from Aela then nothing. No quest marker shows up, I went to the jarl and there was no new dialogue. When I speak to Aela she offers me the quest again. 

 

I tried starting the quest through the console; but that does not work either.

Introductory interaction:
Collar:  quickly put on, I thought I lost you

I think it's better to upload fix. I have so many crash fix that it can be caused by another modification. You can use scenes on the example of "whores of war" Farkas approaches to Ria and demands to give him pleasure. You can make pools of male and female characters that will be selected for this scene. I don't know if it will not spoil these scenes if, for example, Skjor is in this pool but he is dead.

Question:  I started the proving quest with Farkas, but before we go to the cairn, Aela told me to do the Markath quest (take responsibility for Frakas' failure). I went to Markath and Aela followed me.  Talked to the Jarl.  No dialogue for taking responsibility.  Any ideas?

 

I'll play around with it.  Maybe I can trigger it before the proving quest.

It must be Jarl Igmund after the end of the civil war on Ulfric's side you can find it in the Blue Palace. Aela following you may be the reason but it's just a theory.

I think most of the followers don't need quests. I understand that it was implemented so we could track them, but wouldn't be better to just make them go to the place we first met when we dismiss them? Most follower mods function well without tracking feature.

 

The problem is that many active quests that can never be finished in the journal kinda bothers players like us lol

Ok based on your answer to my prev comment here is an idea. I love the interaction with the Jarl and I think it could be further expanded. How about a trap scenario where the Jarl baits you to the place that is set up to capture a dragon by saying a wild dragon is attacking and they need your help dealing with it? Only to find an already captured dragon and a lot of horny guards tasked with capturing/incapacitating the PC. Then they have their fun. It is a degradation scene in front of a dragon and blowing off some steam for the guards who already look at the PC as a disgusting whore. Could be fitting for a cocky player that only laughs at the Jarl's idea about a strong woman not being fit for the dragonborn's role.

I also think the interaction with the greybeards could be developed further as well. Blowing different greybeards would give different buffs which could escalate to an orgy that gives a dragon soul or something like that...

 

Farengar could lock you up in progressively more serious bondage items to have the Dragonborn do tasks for him classic devious devices intergration style...

 

Just from the top of my head, hope something grabs your attention from this. Thanks for the mod anyway, will try the latest version asap.

Possible bug?:

 

Started game with 1.4.3, met Khajit farm girl, triggered her quest, didn't take her along.

 

Later, updated mod to 1.5.3, now the area around Khajit farm girl is COD. Not 100% certain that she's causing COD, but I tried walking there, Fast Travel there, as long as it's near her, I'd COD.

 

Update: Found out there's 1.5.4, that can disable quest. Tried it, still crash.

I think that more interaction could be needed in the currently added NPCs and dialogues for others. For example, Ria does not want to give what the male PC character wants and can hide her for her disobedience.
