Yes a new game... Though at this rate by the time TSEX and 1.6 came out you'll be playing Starfield, so I wouldn't worry too much either way ?.

Whenever I have this mod installed my game crashes to desktop within a few minute of play. 

 

What might cause this? Are there any compatibility issues that might cause the game to crash like this? Is it possible that I just have too many script mods running? 

 

If anyone has any ideas on what I should look into, please let me know. Thanks!

 

Edit: The crashes appear to happen when opening a menu. It's happened fairly consistently when clicking the Data tab on the Pip Boy, pressing T to open the perk chart or pressing R to open the transfer menu.

I can't think of anything this mod adds which would cause spontaneous CTD under those conditions. Odds are activating new plugins has slightly rearranged things such that a previous latent conflict or bug is now being hit. You may want to consider trying Buffout 4 since it incorporates a lot of (particularly memory management related) crash fixes, but also adds detailed crash reporting logs, which may help you narrow down the actual cause. Also, fair warning, it has a few non-mod dependencies so isn't super straightforward to integrate, but probably worth it in your case.

Update:

 

I'm in the middle of updating the Vaginal orgasm function and it'll have more variety in flavor text now. Masochists will orgasm from rape more often than others they recieve slightly less guilt from this, as well as slightly less trauma from rape in general.

 

I've also decided that you will have to choose the masochist option in order to get a bad boyfriend, but I will make the aquisition of one more straightforward.

I'd like to play Hardship as a man, but I don't really like BodyTalk presets :classic_ph34r: Rambos everywhere. However, there are tons of androgynous presets on CBBE and using them with female faces makes everything easier on my eyes. To "equip" my character, I installed FutaEV, which also makes AAF treat my girl like a man.

 

Now ... I don't know how to cheat the game and get my girl treated like a man, so Hardship treats her like a man too. The other solution.... would be to change all dialog conditions from "IsSex = male" to "IsSEx = female"? And vice versa, but oh boy, editing the bible seems easier. Also my CK gets super slow when trying to edit something in "BeggingTopic".

LOL it sound like a hell of work... Why not simple create a preset in BT to suit your taste?

I'm not good at creating bodies presets so I don't know if I will get the result I want. Trying to remove so many muscles I'm going to end up making an alien. But, putting it in perspective, creating an androgynous body will be a field trip compared to editing conditions.

 

And then i want have to put a nice face, but the only one I found looks like a decaffeinated version of Rambo... There are many more and better female face presets options that can be minimally retouched to have the ideal result.

 

And don't get me started with the clothes... the superiority is overwhelming.

I've made some decently pretty boys in my day. The swimmer body preset is a good starting point, and then you can use the vanilla triangle to go even thinner. or fatter if you want a pudgy look. Obviously this assumes a unique player mod.

Clothing is more of an issue though. I wish more people were doing female to male clothes conversions... Though it's already pretty neat that the vanilla dresses can be worn.

BTW, Tentacus, I have some overlays with spanking and whip marks. I can extract the files and make a lite version for Hardship if they work for you. It would not need more .esp than BeggarWhore.esp to work. I plan to add bruises later and also a men's version. Bruises require much more testing.

Cool. @requiredname65 has been working with me to implement marks and cum and stuff.  I'm colorblind so I'm not a good judge of what looks better. He's not super happy with the color of his marks so if you 2 want to work together on that stuff it would be awesome, though I definitely require a men's set as well. 

 

It's funny he was already working on a way to use your overlays instead via an interface but if we could just include the ones we need that would be great.

This part can't be argue, but as long as you only want it for you own preset and it's a slim one, like tentacus show, is not really that difficult conver female clothing to male (it's more hard if you want to do a full conversion supporting bodyslide changes, but only for one preset can be done relatively easy)

 

Of course if you want a thousands pieces of clothing wardrobe, that is nothing difficult to find in many installations for a female character, it can be as tedious as changing conditions initially JBpy propose

I'm trying a new technique for dialogue popups using strings and random ints to create kind of a  Madlibs style sentence that could provide more line variety with fewer lines of code. Here's an example which also shows off the new male (Top) orgasm options:

Called with AAF_API.NarrationMessage(identifier) where identifier can be narration_id or simply a string.

 

I never really cared for aprapos. I prefer the messageboxes approach I use besides mine is interactive, that said I am going to try to streamline out some of the boxes where I think it would inprove flow.

I am still having a lot of fun with your mod combined with Just Business, Human Resources, Sex Em Up, SurvivetheWasteland, Sexual Harrassment, and the required AAF, themes, anims, attributes, etc.

 

I started looking through your .esp and script source files.  I am amazed at the amount of work that went into your mod.  I am not sure whether I find it encouraging or discouraging.  It's really cool but looks like hundreds of hours of work.  At this point, I still want to try my hand at a mod one day but it looks pretty daunting.  

 

How did you get an idle animation into your .esp?  I haven't seen that happen before.  I think it is called _T_BWKneel.

 

Have you ever had an issue with the "You appear threatening." message popping up repeatedly even though your character is unarmed and not travelling with a gunner escort?  If I equip and unequip a weapon, I get the "You appear non-threatening." for about two seconds before the threatening message pops up again.    I tried reinstalling the mod but that didn't solve the issue.  Maybe I need to travel around the map a bit and let it cycle through a few times?

 

Thanks for the info about the .lip file creation.  I think that I will try that next.

It sounds like you might be using some martial arts or unarmed combat mod which uses a script to auto-equip a hidden weapon when you unequip actual visible weapons.

Well I ain't gonna lie I worked on Hardship for an entire year before the much more primitive first version was released, and another year before that working on a fourplay mod that was about as big as Hardship that I eventionally abandoned. (With a few months in between fucking with Skyrim modding) You gotta really want to make something particular.. Then again I made the first version of Crackle in a weekend, so you do get faster as you learn.

I have Knockout Framework but nothing else that changes combat AFAIK.  I never got into weapon or fighting mods because my character was so damn deadly with an ordinary combat rifle and sniper rifle.  I am only playing normal difficulty with a level 128 character so I have to fight naked with my bare hands to make a fight interesting now.   That works against almost everything but behemoths.  AAF Violate and the appropriate animations made that defeat rather interesting.

 

The weird thing is that I can still walk into raider and gunner locations and they react appropriately for a non-threatening character.  The other weird thing is that I still get the "You are threatening." message even when I turn Beggar Whore mode off.   Maybe something wrong is just baked into my save.

 

I will keep playing on.  The flashing notification is annoying but it doesn't seem to affect game play.  If anything changes, I will post an update here.

I can see that it is going to take me a while to learn what I need to know.  I am enjoying the process so far.  Thanks for the information about the idle animation.  I guess that I will also need to learn how to make animations.  Can that be done in Blender or will I need something else?
