AAF Sex Em Up

Hey EgoBallistic, 

 

I just installed this because I needed something to compare against to help debug my mod, cause back in the day SEU was my go to for simple testing of Four Play. I have to say I'm really impressed with what you've done here. It has so much great functionality, yet is super clean and organized. Great work.

Got a minor problem here if anyone could help. 

I have downloaded the misc patch of AAF for servitron as well as "assaultron has gender" mod, so SEU works on servitron but only during an "assault", the flirt option only brings up "1. Blank 2. Blank 3. Nevermind 4.Blank". Blank as in a lack of texts and selecting them does nothing. Is there anything I can edit to allow SEU to work with servitron (namely ada companion with servitron parts) on the flirt option? Also, what could possibly cause the blank options to appear?

Error 4 means no animations found matching that combination of actors.  So you need to install animation packs.

You can enable "simple flirting" in the Flirting MCM and that will let you flirt with Servitrons using a menu driven interface.

 

Someone on LL made a patch for SEU to allow Servitrons to work with the flirt dialogue.  I am on my phone so I can't find it atm but it is out there.

 

The blank options are because there is only the one  "nevermind" option when you use flirt dialogue on an unsupported actor.

I have atomic lust installed, and only kissing/hugging work. Cuddling does nothing with this.

You have to be near a bed, preferably a double bed.

I was right next to a bed, the only animations i could get to trigger were the sex ones.

Yeah, that is on my list of things to do.  In the meantime you can use F4z Ro D-oh to give lip movement to unvoiced dialogue.

The actor gender takes precedence.  If one idle is for M and one is for F, then that is how they will be assigned regardless of the order SEU sends them into AAF.

 

If the animation is same-sex, or if it doesn't specify a gender ( <actor gender=""> or simply <actor>), then the positions are assigned based on the order in which the actors are received.  By convention, the first actor is the "female" role and the second is the "male".

 

For flirting and prostitution, SEU sends the player first, then the other actor(s).  This will generally result in the player being the female role. 

 

For sex assault, the other actor is sent first, and the player is sent second.  So in same-sex and genderless animations your character will take the "male" role, but if the animation specifies different roles for M and F then that will take precedence.

I understand how the mod calls the characters, but how do I swap the roles? I'm playing a male character, and I want to flirt with the females. Right now this means that my male character is constantly in the female role, which is not what I want. Is there a solution I've missed?

As I said in that post, actor gender takes precedence over actor order in animations.  All of the major animation packs are gendered, with the male and female roles set by the actor's gender.

 

Unless you install patches that swap male and female roles or make animations ungendered, your male character will have the traditional male role in animations.

I WANT the traditional male role. Right now my male character is RECEIVING in all flirt situations. Is there a patch that works with sex um up that will change this? If so, that would be absolutely wonderful.

Like I said, that shouldn't be necessary at all with most animation packs.  What animation packs and patches have you installed?

They override all of the genders in various mods' animations, so they would cause your guy to become the receiver in a male/female scenario.

But it's pretty old and probably causing you to miss out on some of the newer Atomic Lust animations.

should be OK in terms of genders, but I have an optional download on this mod's page that does the same thing and doesn't auto undress the actors, if you prefer that.

I have an issue that is really annoying, When I press the Hotkey button nothing happens. When i first downloaded this mod it said "Nothing Interesting" or something like that, now when I press the bind nothing happens, I have everything downloaded. F4SE, AAF, Animation packs and MCM. When I reset MCM nothing works

Are you using any forced dialogue mods like Player Headtracking?  That mod and mods that do the same thing force the player into dialogue scenes, which interferes with SEU.

 

If not, follow the instructions in this post and I can take a look at your script log.

Your script log shows that SEU is doing everything it is supposed to do; you are initiating flirt dialogues with NPCs, succeeding in the flirtation, and then SEU is calling AAF to start animations.  It certainly doesn't look like "When I press the Hotkey button nothing happens."

 

However, AAF is putting out a ton of errors.  The log indicates that AAF is sending out the sceneInit, animationStart, and animationStop events, but with that many errors being displayed I can't tell if animations are actually playing.

 

The log also shows that you are running AAF version Beta 25, and that you are running a version of SEU that is 0.13 or older.  Those are positively ancient.  I don't know what your setup is as far as game version, F4SE version, etc, but you really should bring your game up to date and run the latest versions of these mods.

hi. What is the hotkey? i downloaded all mods. But i can't use this because of hotkeys. There is a sentence 'There is no regestered hotkeys.' on my MCM menu.
