Yeah, solved, thank you. F10 did the job. I simply didn't know that the numeric value was more important than what key was shown to be assigned.

I just added an optional file, AAF_SEU_XML_Addon.7z to the Downloads section.  This modifies the Hug/Kiss/Cuddle animations from Atomic Lust and RufGT's Old Animations so they are gender-neutral and do not force the actors to remove their clothes.  Atomic Lust version 2.5.1b or later is required.

 

These files do not overwrite any of the original XML, so they won't create file conflicts, but they load at a higher priority so their changes take precedence.

That's good, you just have to be careful that you don't assign them to keys that are popular and might be already being used. That's why I suggested the "C" key. If you would've picked F11 or F12 instead of F10 you could've run into issues because on some keyboards F11 and F12 also function as PageUp and PageDown which AAF uses for its wizard. Try picking keys that aren't as popular and stay away from main keys like the "spacebar" "enter" "end" keys like that, and you shouldn't have any problems.

That's why I usually assign the "Umlauts" on my keyboard. Because American games don't use them. I'm pretty sure that F10 doesn't have any additional ingame functions.

Yeah I hear ya, just saying be careful cause even if AAF doesn't use a certain key, another mod you have might. F10 is actually used by AAF already as the "scan scene key" but I don't believe it will end up being a issue, not sure.

Yeah, well. I do another check on what keys are actually used by AAF. Now that I know that I need numbers and not simply a key, it's no problem to find something else that isn't already in use. Only problem is, the numerical chart Nebuchadnezzer provided uses a QWERTY keyboard. So I can't assign something like ß, ä, ü or ö.

The only Function key AAF uses is F11 for 'quickscenes'. Or should be, at least.

well done on spelling my damn name btw, cause so many people screw that up when it's right in front of them.
Fun fact: Those keys 'we' can only get to via 'alt codes' [hold alt, insert right number combination] :P

Yeah, I know. I was forced to use a QWERTY keyboard writing for an austrian paper. I once knew how to get them to work, but this being 30 years ago, I've long forgotten. The only thing I do remember is the Z and Y being swapped. Because the english language uses more Ys than Zs. The editor couldn't afford to buy new equipment, since computers and their components were still damned expensive.

But to go back to SEU paraphernalia: I posted a question in the general section. Might as well post it here also. My psycho chick started a romance with Porter Gage, but Gage ist still wearing his dirty vanilla undies when doing the nasty. I'm using unique follower and player redux, to have diversity in body types. For the males I'm using EVB erect, so I thought I'd give it a shot and copied textures and meshes from the male body of the general male population over to Gage's folder. Not the brightest idea I ever had. Gage is still wearing his undies and now every other male is doing too. With the dick dangling out.

 

Anyone knows how to solve that? I don't want to install one of the many Gages at the nexus, since I'm pretty content with his ugly mug and his haircut.

If it's the latter, try SEU's masturbation function again, wait a few seconds, then open the AAF Admin console to see if any errors were logged (hit the Home key, then the Delete key until it says "MODE: Admin", then hit Enter).  The most recent messages will be at the top.

Thank you for the quick reply. It is the latter. The error it states is [008] MorphSetID "SCunReady" not found, [008] MorphSetID "SCready" not found. And then it repeats these errors over and over.

Well that's not the problem.  But I'm not sure how you could get the popup, not get an animation, and not see an error from AAF either.

 

Could you follow the instructions in this post, reproduce the problem and post your script log in here as an attachment?

Ugh...I hate to be that guy, but I followed your instructions. But somehow I also couldn't get a papyrus log to work (Skyrim was perfectly fine). I am using MO, so I added the debug log code into my profiles AND the ini file in My Documents just in case, and it still didn't show...

 

Golly...I even tried to use the active key with a power suit. My character actually unequipped out of it, but the animation wasn't there. Like I said, I could do it manually no problem with AAF, but I really don't know...

Well, there's a slider in the MCM menu, where you can change the duration.

Well, the latest Beth update (10.138) was forced on me by steam updating, discarding my original settings and instantly downloading the crap.

 

Now I updated all the required mods (AAF, MCM, Looks menu, F4SE, of course) and suddenly the flirt option is acting peculiar. Not in a wrong or faulty way, but suddenly there's delay of about a minute before the blackscreen transition shows up and the action is starting. Anyone else experiencing this?

the only thing not working properly for me is the surrender mechanic.  surrender successfully, then choose options "give up" -> "give in", then we both stand there like idiots ad infinitum. nnnnnoooothiiinnnnng happens, until i reload from a save 20 minutes ago.

The animation failed to start.  Most likely you don't have any animations installed that will work with whoever it is you surrendered to.

New Version 0.92 Uploaded

 

This is a maintenance release.  I added a check in the Surrender function so the surrender scene will be aborted if the AAF animation doesn't start.  SEU will also print a notification indicating the AAF error number.  This was a total oversight on my part, it should always have been in here.

Look at the second post in this thread and follow the instructions for enabling debug logging, then load your game, try to do some stuff with SEU, then exit the game and post your Papyrus log as an attachment in here.  That will hopefully give more information about the state of the mod in your save.

Thanks for the response, Big Dog. Honestly, I think I'm just going to restart the game and start from scratch, using AAF.  The game glitched out and now the Ghoul Bethany and The Mechanist is gone.  If I have any issues with Family Planning or AAF SEU, you'll be the first to know. If I do, I'll see if I can screen shot it or something if I do. Thanks, man!!

My game crash (no popup message, just closed the game and back to desktop) right before the character change to sex scene (the character say let's start and the game turn black to change scene and then game crash)

I use Nexus Mod Manager. I install AAF_SEU_V0.92... and then install AAF_SEU_XML_Addons (install via Nexus Mod Manager). Already installed all mods that required.

So that means the game crashed as AAF was starting the animation.  That could be caused by any number of things - something broken in an animation or XML pack, another mod that listens for AAF events, a bad mesh in an outfit that gets equipped in an animation, etc.  Can you post your mod list from NMM?  Open NMM, select all your mods, hit Ctrl-C to copy, then Ctrl-V to paste in here.  Please put them in a spoiler (the eye in the toolbar above the posting window).

Two questions. I'm not entirely sure if it's an animation issue, an AAF or a SEU issue.

 

One, and I'm pretty certain it's AAF related, the flirt option results in a delay of about a minute before the blackscreen and transition starts. That only started happening after the last Bethesda update and updating the required mods.

 

Secondly, when I change my characters hairstyle, the hair is drawn out to the high heavens whenever a sex scene is happening. Also not sure, how to solve that or what is even causing it. It's obviously some graphical glitch, but it only happens when the hairstyle is changed after exiting vault 111.

Turn on the "Skip AAF Walk" option in the SEU MCM under Animation Options.  That causes the actors to skip the "gathering" phase in the AAF scene.  Not sure if that is the cause of the delay you are seeing but that is the only relevant option in SEU.

 

The hair thing sounds like a skeleton or mesh issue.

The peculiar thing about that is, that I can use any hairstyle, vanilla or modded when exiting the vault without any problems. If I change it afterwards, most hairstyles result in what I described above. Using short hair usually works without any glitches.
