Make sure debug logging is enabled in Violate, make the problem again and post your Papyrus script log.

Here is the file.

Papyrus.0.log

That log file only shows that AAF Violate started up.  It has no logs of any other activity from Violate.

On the other hand, that log has massive numbers of errors due to RSE and other mods that were uninstalled but whose scripts are still in the save file.

It also says it is from April 7, so either your PC's date is wrong or that is not the right file.

today I learned that uninstalling mods mid play through can fuck with this mod.

Uninstalling mods can completely fuck your save, period.  If a mod with scripts does not have a feature specifically designed for safe uninstallation, you should never uninstall it from a running game.

The computer date is correct, this is an old game, I started a new one to stop problems due to remote mods and switched from the nexus mod manager to mod organizer 2 .. For some reason, new logs are not recorded since I switched to mod organizer 2 (debug mode is enabled). What should I do?

So I have a strange issue. Everything is working and running as it should except female player animations.  I've tried uninstalling an reinstalling mod by mod to no effect and could use some suggestions

Can you explain this in more detail?  Are the animations starting, are you seeing an error on the screen, etc?

I'm not sure why you would think posting a month old log would help.

Anyway, it sounds like you don't have logging enabled in your ini files.  Follow the instructions in this post, and note the extra step for MO2 users.

The animation does seem to start for a split second, then the player character just goes back to a standing location. What's bugging me is that when I pull up the admin panel, it doesn't show any failed animations or error messages.

How to post your Script Log:

If you encounter a bug that doesn't have an obvious explanation, posting your script log here may help us diagnose it.

First, enable debug logging by editing your \My Documents\My Games\Fallout 4\Fallout4.ini and edit the [Papyrus] section so it looks like this:

[Papyrus]
fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0
bEnableLogging=1
bEnableTrace=1
bLoadDebugInformation=1

Note to MO2 users: MO2 uses its own ini file instead of the one in the My Documents folder, so you have to use MO2 to edit it.  To do this, load MO2.  At the top is an icon that looks like puzzle pieces. This icon has a pull down menu which includes the INI Editor option. Pick that option, and edit the Fallout4.ini as described above.

Second, make sure Debug Messages are enabled in Violate's MCM:

Finally, do whatever it is that causes the problem to happen.  Then, wait a few seconds, save, and exit.

The script log file will be in the \My Documents\My Games\Fallout 4\Logs\Script\ folder.  Post in this thread and drag the Papyrus.0.log file in as an attachment.

Please forgive my incompetence, I have no idea what can help and what can’t. The only useful skill for games I possess is the creation of meshes and textures. Nothing more. Therefore, my words can be silly for you.
Here is the file you were talking about.

Wow.  You had a suspended stack dump of 1,377 suspended stack frames, all from AAF.  This caused AAF to hang.  All of the suspended frames were calls to the AAF debug to papyrus code.

You need to edit AAF_Settings.ini and set the three "debug" options to false.

A lot of the errors involved pose mods - you appear to have several installed, including Shino and some others.  Disable those for now.

Try making those 2 changes and see if AAF works normally.

I am not sure what would cause that, but there is nothing Violate can do to cause it or prevent it.  If AAF isn't generating any errors, it souds like the animation files themselves (the .hkx files) may not be installed.  When that happens the characters will sort of stand inside one another.

in the folder "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\MR\mods\Advanced Animation Framework\AAF\" ?

The settings were as you said. I didn’t change anything.

 "papyrus 0". Take a look.

Would you happen to also have a AAF_settings.ini in your Data\AAF folder?

No. I do not have a Steam folder. And in the data folder there are only game files.

We cannot help you if you have a pirated version. Apart from the obvious reason, you will have many compatibility problems both for the version you have and for the modifications that your files could have. You should have said it before. You're wasting people's time.

When using another mod manager, this problem was not. Logic says that the matter is some kind of organizer mod settings. In which - I'm trying to find out.

Spoiler

Regarding licensed software:
Once upon a time, they told me in forums that if you buy a Windows license, then all problems will disappear. But after buying windows, I got only 3 things:
1) updates (which I disabled so as not to spoil the system)
2) Cartan and other programs that make it possible to track my actions (which I also disabled and deleted)
3) completely useless technical support, which can never help, and I have to pick the registry myself.

I heard the same thing about Photoshop + Lightroom, about 3D with max. I bought a license. The result is the same - nothing worked better after buying a license. These programs have just started surfing the Internet.

My personal experience: a license does not make life easier.

Or do you want to say that if I buy a license, then all the problems will disappear right away and I won’t even have to look for ways to block Internet access for another idiotic program?

What version of fallout are you running?

What version of F4SE are you running?

In both cases, if you aren't running a compatible(read: vaguely recent) one, that is probably your problem.

Logic also dictates, that when issues arise while using cracked software, it's up to the user to fix/deal with it, not the community.

I really don't care one way or the other if people use cracked software. But leaving that VERY important detail out when seeking help, is a dick move.

You're best bet would be to head over to the support forum of the person that cracked it, as they would know why it doesn't work correctly.

Game version 163, version F4SE 6.20. Mods requiring F4SE work (for example, a Looks menu)

Gonna ask because I'm not sure where to go from here.

I've just got everything running and I ran into my first issue: after surrendering to some raiders I get an "aborted" message. When I checked debug it said that it couldn't find any MMF animations. Looked through my animation packs and it looks like there are quite a bit in the savagecabbage pack, but didn't really find much in any others. I do have the pack loaded up but I guess it's not registering in that tag. One on one animations seem to be working fine. Any fix for this?

If you are playing a male character is it possible to set this up so that just your female companion gets assaulted?

Yes.  Under Player Surrender Options turn off player can be violated.  Under Follower Options set followers can be violated on and follower gender to female.

Make sure you have AAF Themes installed and that the version matches the version of SavageCabbage's pack.  If you have version 1.1 of the pack you need the older version of Themes.  If you have the 1.2 version of the pack you need the latest version of Themes.

Thank you very much. I thought that by having player surrender off the whole system would have been disabled. That is good to know.

Are you getting Errors in the admin panel? maybe the animation pack is not installed corectly ( i had that way back when first starting )
Also try manually calling MMF animations trough AAF to see if they work/show up.
