In essence what I'm saying is this; DarkOne is actually responsible for all this BS, period. If a moderator continually mistreats a sites users, it's a site admins job to revoke moderator "privileges". And back on topic: I loved the comic and personally have little tolerance for intolerance, lol.

The way he's managing and his approach and treatment towards the supposed customer base, as well as how he spends the money should be under government scrutiny. If the Nex were to be a normal, non-electronic corporate entity, a class action suit would've been filed for all sorts of dictatorial shenanigans that they're committing against modders and legit end-users.

I'm legitimately dyslexic and I was never that bad. Kinda makes me sad that people purposefully type that way as an everyday thing. It's not like he misspelled anything either it was just a very long thing with words in it.

I think everything should be typed out in Open Office writer, spell checked then copy/pasted with all punctuation. Or just get Victor Borge to read for them

Not banned by force. And I've gone out and stepped in their face about things. I guess it's because I know my limit. Maybe they were having a good day those times I did say stuff. Like the time when they implemented the mod authoer to ban a member from downloading their stuff. Though, I haven't heard any more cases of authors blocking people just to be a dick, but I have read a few before. I knew it was going to be stupid because not all authors are saints. And sometimes an author can misinterpret some criticism into thinking it's a troll and will ban you. There are people from all over who download mods. I can understand if something that I say, it may not be comprehended correctly by native to my language. Though, when I did speak out, they took it like what ever. Even most people on Nexus got anal and of course were jocking the mods and defending Nexus to the core. A few weeks later I read some author banned someone (maybe more than one) for some stupid reason. The staff I think banned the author after that. lol It's like they set this up to find an excuse to just ban people. I honestly don't even know why he even has NexusForums. No one hangs out there. It's more of a Costumer Service page. you report bugs and you ask for help except the phone just keeps ringing. You don't even get a "due to our call support, our lines are backed up, please call back later".

I am seeing a hell of a lot more "Formal Warnings..." issued than I have ever seen before. And a lot of them for things that in the past would have been an instant ban: Upload of copyrighted material. Mods containing assets without author permission. Usually these two would receive the smash of the banhammer. But only a warning? Must be a new moderator that has not had the sunshine beaten out of him yet (somebody named Moto5xorpio).
