He won't get banned, unless someone reports it.  And he technically hasn't broken any rules, as he didn't link to LoversLab.  (Not that the staff worries too much about following their own the rules at Nexus.)

Yea Kendo2 is right. There have been and most likely will be mentions of other mods. It is against the rules to link to external sites but there is no rule to mention other mods that aren't hosted on the Nexus. Fore is pushing the rules to the max but not breaking them... until DarkOne changes it. If he does Fore will have to change the posts.

Yeah, I'm legit impressed you got banned for that.  Frankly, I'd find the swearing more offensive than the Harkon joke, and I'm not actually offended by swearing.  If they want to take a gay reference completely out of context and become offended by it, they should play the Draonborn dlc.  The only reference in Skyrim I've found so far to someone being gay (not involving the pc themselves), and they're laying dead at the bottom of a hole, apparently having gone insane with lust for treasure or something and starved to death.  If they can get offended at your comics, think of what they would do when they find the only confirmed gay character in the entire game (entire series, if you think about it) is crazy and killed before you even meet them.

Any mod(s) which have become TOO integrated guarantee their author either two extra levels ban protection, or some creepy backroom deal gets struck, in order to keep hold of the mod(s) in question. Example may be something like, oh I dunno.....an ammo overhaul that becomes a master to nearly every quality weapon mod maybe?

On the flip side, who could really blame them? These particular mods would have become popular because their sturdy, or original, constructions have provided a solid base for other popular mods. Hence they would remain in demand, and quite necessary for some foreseeable future.

In the case of FORE of FNIS fame, he might be wagging his finger at certain moderators, but hasn't done anything to cause any sort of freak out.

Without a doubt, their would exist some sort of short-list of "untouchables" which has already been shared amongst the moderators there. Let's call it the "Don't F with list". Any mod author which has found his way onto that list would really have to do something super-creepy to end up in hot water.

Nexus is ripe with the stench of hypocrisy and it all flows from one person....THE OWNER.  He does nothing to stop what his staff does, even when presented with PROOF (by proof I mean their own words, quoting and linking their posts).

From a pure business perspective, you can't fault this hypocrisy.

Short answer....money.

You can bet, if push came to shove, certain moderators would lose out, and be launched like ballast if it helped keep the crucial life (cash) giving mods on site. 

1 Pivotal Modder = 3 Crappy Moderators

 

As always, I maintain that not all of their moderators suck. But, the ones that do suck, suck HARD.

It's all sad petty politics and drama.

True there are many good people working at nexus and it's a damn shame they are overshadowed by those few dingle-nibblers who let a tiny bit of authority go to their heads.

This is true.  There are a few good moderators at Nexus.  Unfortunately their fairness and unbiased participation is weighted down by the likes of Linspuppy, Myrmaad, Dante, and Thandal.  Literally the turds in the punch bowl.  And for those of you who are not part of the modder's section at Nexus, they pull the same stupid and pathetic shit there as they do in the open forums.  Those sections are supposed to be moderator-free, yet a certain few do their typical bullying and hiding posts they do not agree with.  Yet more hypocrisy...

 

Being banned from Nexus is a breath of fresh air.  I hope this is true for others.

Pay to see porn a.k.a premium member image area. seems rather odd for a site that "seems" to allow the under 18 age group. I guess as long as you have access to daddies credit card who cares.

Looking into my greasy crystal ball........ there will be a mandatory downloader exe ( adware injector) introduced, to be used by ALL non-premium members. So that will be the additional "benefit" of becoming a premie. All members will also need to use Bing. Well, Whitesmoke/Bing will be the first thing injected by the NexLoader. So, technically, you will already be using it.    :D

 

Actually, along that line of thought...

We should fully expect access to all adult-themed mods (pee pees, woo woos, and boobies) only by a paid membership. You know it's coming.

Unlimited access will remain to all gore and violence.

 

That's probably how it should have been from the start, considering the content of some of the mods out there. Some sort of additional buffer to keep the kids from having their minds destroyed by all the perverted crap you guys make. (lol)

 

BUT:

Free access to an entire internet full of "Tubgirl" , "Goatze" , and... well... a gazillion other things, kinda makes this a moot issue.

Aside from having their heads burred too far up their own arses, I don't see how this got removed/banned. He's gayer than Ricky Martin fisting Richard Simmons on a pink unicorn astride a sparkling rainbow.

 

The drawings were hilarious, and really if they had such a problem, they should have just asked to edit that part out for censorship rather than being complete assholes. But that's why I avoid most game forums. People can be such elitist pricks.

 

Anyway, great art, simple but awesome and definitely worth a few smiles, not worth all the dung and bs you got for posting it.

Only thing the pink hammer is missing some squeaky noises like a dogs toy has it would match the air filled bats and hammers which are also pink but also come in other colors as well that I downloaded from somewhere awhile back and every time you hit someone the weapon goes sqeaka if you are duel wielding 2 bats it's pretty funny sqeaka sqeaka sqeaka sqeaka sqeaka and is great for annoy the piss out of anyone within ear range.  :D

The staffs even shoot squeaky balls at the enemies and the balls have smileys and troll faces on them.
