We all have friends who are members of the Nexus, well I did but he is here now lol. (Kendo2) Half of the mods on the Nexus are now outta date and the modder don't give a crap about people who post for help, just mostly insults, but just read here the modders DO have time to help, and if they are not available there are others quick enough to jump on the band wagon and OFFER HELP. I personally would love to see the Nexus FOUNDER right too the bottom. Here is a taste

Thing is, she has a dev's license and CAN use Daz/Poser content as she sees fit. Some Nexus WORM trolled her upload page and then reported her. Insta-ban. Dante never bothered asking her, never checked, NOTHING.

A game developer's license is...for game developer's...for the games that developers...develop.The easiest way to explain: You can use certain Daz3D products in your own homemade/indie game(s), but not as a modification for any other games. Daz3D has made some changes to it TOS, mainly the addition of academic addendum. Nothing much changed to it's terms of use. In the same case as the Nexus, it's even more unlikely that people won't understand the Eula now (as I'm reading it). I would strongly recommend e-mailing the admins if you are unclear. Seemed pretty clear that she could do as she sees fit provided she not doing anything for profit with Daz content made by other artists. Anyway, Im not a daz/poser kinda dude so I really don't know.

Someone tell me that this is a joke In that case, they fear that "forbidden" content showcased in the screenshot would encourage users to ask where to find and download that rip. Knowing this now, my friend told me that he only uploads screenshots with "approved" mods; he wanted to use his favorite armor and weapon mods but this chilling effect prevents him from doing so, except that http://skyrim.jpn.org/ and this site are the only way to go. Maybe we should cite certain obscure and/or dumb Nex rules that many downloaders and modders don't know about. This is what irks me about bureaucratic red-tape-riddled governments -- too many rules and regulations.

Imagine the affect a small group of people could have on the entire forum. I KNOW this isn't Nexus, but they enabled that 'like/dislike-down-vote' forum software bullshit after Skyrim was released.
