  1. Experimental Skeleton

After fiddling around with Havok lately i started trying to create an "extended skeleton", so this is the most recent result.

The Skeleton got some bones for Wings (WingL/WingR), a Tail(T_), and the "private areas" of male(P_) and female(V_).
The bones can be animated and are not affected by ragdoll / physics.
Current number of bones is 132 in total.

  3. Quake 2 Railgun WIP

This is a modder's resource 3D model/mesh that I created using Blender 3D of the classic railgun from the 1998 PC game Quake 2.

It's not textured, it's just the mesh.

I do not know how to turn weapons created using Blender into usable weapons in Fallout 4.

If you have experience with that and are actually willing to help, then by all means please try to turn this into a new weapon mod for FO4, and I have zero experience with animations and rigging.

Just be sure to credit me.

There are a few guidelines that you should follow.

This file is subject to future updates as I continue to rework it.

*The parts of this weapon that are colored red are meant to glow red.
*The weapon should fire a blue-colored corkscrew of energy, just how it did in the original game.
*The projectile travels at ultrasonic velocity and does massive damage to targets, pierces through them, and instantly cripples limbs.
*There is no reloading or reload animation, it just keeps firing rail slugs (3mm Gauss Rounds) until you're out of ammo.
*It has high recoil and a very slow rate of fire, but high accuracy and range.
*There should be an electrical humming noise when the weapon is equipped.
*When texturing the weapon, be sure to give it a dirty and worn look.
*Look at screenshots from the original Quake 2 version of this weapon for reference when texturing.
*The mesh is still a work in progress and is a bit rough and not worked on in certain areas, so it might need some gussying up.
*The diffuse/viewpoint colors of the weapon in the screenshots is how the weapon is supposed to colored, please stick to the color scheme when texturing.

  4. TF - Wastelander Fix

this mod simply fixes the Drifter outfit not appearing on Enemies (including Corpses) and the Player, it also fixes the Cage and Spike Armor addons forcing the Pipboy to Disappear when equiped, and as a bonus, it also sets the Cage and Spike Armor to only Use the Torso biped Slot, meaning they can now be worn with other armor addons such as Combat, Metal, Raider and Synth.

  5. FallrimTools -- Script cleaner and more

WARNING: Unattached Instances are a normal part of how Fallout 4 operates. Until I've determined how to distinguish between important unattached instances (still in active use) and the other kind (left behind by mods that were uninstalled), I recommend that you do NOT use the Remove Unattached Instances action on Fallout 4 savefiles.

NOTE: If you're having a problem with a savefile, and you want my help, you'll need to post the savefile here in the support thread so that I can run tests on it.

    WHAT IT DOES

ReSaver is a savegame editor for Skyrim Legendary, Skyrim Special Edition, and Fallout 4. It is designed to provide more information that earlier tools, and to work with savefiles that other tools wont touch. It is relatively stable and reliable. Performance has gotten pretty good!

The interface is modelled after Save Game Script Cleaner; it's not quite as fast (because of Java instead of super speedy assembly language) but it is actively maintained and has a much richer feature set. Like filtering using regular expressions, and scanning your scripts and esps for context! For Skyrim Legendary, it should read and write saves that exceed the string table limit, as long as you're using Crash Fixes v10 or later.

    INSTALLATION
Unzip the archive into a folder somewhere. Double-click on the file "ReSaver.exe".

    INSTRUCTIONS
Unzip the FallrimTools archive somewhere. Double-click on ReSaver.exe. Choose your savegame. You should see a tree structure that has all of the save's script elements.

The #1 thing that most people need is to remove script instances that are left behind when a mod is uninstalled.
Go to the "Clean" menu and select "Show Unattached Instances". This will filter the list and show only the script instances that aren't attached to anything. Go to the "Clean" menu and select "Remove Unattached Instances". Save to a new file. Load your savegame in Skyrim/Fallout and make sure it's working properly.

ReSaver is quite stable and I use it myself. Fallout 4 support is still new and in a beta state.

I have hundreds of mods, including dozens of major quest mods. I NEED a serious save editor. That's why I wrote one. I can't promise that it's perfect. It's possible that it will ruin your savegame, hard drive, childhood, and kidneys all major organ systems. In other words, there is no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose, etc. But it's pretty good.

    REQUIREMENTS
Java is a requirement -- ReSaver is written entirely in Java.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP
Test the tools! Report any problems! Report any annoyances! Try cleaning a few savegames with ReSaver, see it the new tool works at all. Play with the tool, try to get it to crash in exciting ways. Let me know how you crashed it. Find problems or annoyances with the user interface.

    DONATIONS
If you would like to donate, Steam gift cards are good, or donations through Nexus. Really, I'll accept anything. :-) Seriously, I'll take a high-five, or a photo your cats. An envelope full of your pubes? Sure! But it's not necessary. I wrote these tools because I love Skyrim and Fallout.

  6. mcgFemaleWalk

This mod improve (since it seems to me) the existing female movement animations. The original animation for female made without a soul. And I did not see any animation replacer that would fix it at the level that I need. So I decided to do it anew.
    Only for female characters.

    Installation:

Place the contents of the archive in your Fallout4\data folder but mutch better install by using Mod Organizer 2.

    Change log:

    0.5
Added WPNWalkForwardRelaxed, WPNWalkForwardLeftRelaxed, WPNWalkForwardRightRelaxed for pistols and rifles. I understand that it is necessary to make a complete animation set with weapons for all directions, but I start with what I see on the screen most often. Mod resources are now packed into the mcgFemaleWalk - Main.ba2. Мake sure that you completely removed the previous version of the mod when updating to v0.5 Optional files mcgFemaleWalk-Granny-eng.esp and mcgFemaleWalk-Granny-ru.esp. I separated the option when the old women use vanilla animation. In these two files for the Russian and English localizations, the old women are added a keyword to use the old animation. Also old animation used for Depressed AnimArchetype and NPC with old female voice. Total 29 NPC. Are required addons: Automatron, Far Harbor, Nuka-World.

    In after years:

    Walk and run with weapons
    Idle and start/stop transitions
    Something else

    Compatibility:

Compatible with all mods, except for modifying motion such as Girly Animation or Better Female Walk.

From version 0.5 compatibility with Girly Animation seeks to zero.
Since are added additive animation sub-graphs for the same movements with weapons, no one knows how they will interact.

    Compatibility with weapons mods:

If the weapon from another mods uses the standard weapons classes Fallout4 and for the animation 3rd person uses vanilla animations from Character\Animations\weapon then with such weapons the compatibility is fully.

Weapon that use custom 3rd person animations will use vanilla animation. To make it compatibility will need add animation SubGraphData for female similar to how I added them for standard weapons.

I do not promise that it will happen tomorrow, because I also play in F4

-Gage will come along with the DLC stuff update, as for Preston I'm just not too invested in him that I decided not to make a flirt line for him. If some of you out there hoping for a Preston flirt line you can give me a request, I'll try to consider with the amount of request.

-I'm still considering a male version for this mod, I've seen some people get upset because how this is being specific to female. I have nothing against sexual orientation it's just that I was trying to create a flirt line that was being more specific.

    -Please do clean-install when updating.

-I no longer will continue on updating replacer version. The version itself only contains 14 flirty line.

    Features
-Up to 30 vanilla voiced flirty Diamond City guards containing casual, naughty, cringy flirts.

-Same-sex flirt lines are available (You can download them on Nexus)

    To do list
-Adding flirty comments for companions on their idle talks, or suggestive flirts when a certain condition has happened (raining, lockpicking, hacking) right now I'm thinking to add flirty lines for Hancock, Maccready, Danse(?), Gage. I'm also trying to make sure their flirts suits their personality- (Done)
-Making more flirty comments for the guards to say. (Done)
Add sexist and nasty comment for raiders to say during combat to your character. (Done)
-A version where flirty comments blends in with vanilla's greetings (Done)

  8. Do not use this one!

    Hey!

something has always bothered has always bothered me about this outfit...and i'm assuming i'm not the only one...what am I taking about you ask..the god damn Hello kitty logo as well as all other logos on the outfit's! I have also darkened all of the clothing pieces...because lets be honest...wearing a bight pink jacket in Skyrim is far from immersive, even when considering my fragile standards of lore friendliness.

    Required files
Any body that supports unp textures unp, uunp,Bamfta ect.
Personally I recommend Bamfta...but its up to you although if you are not using this body make sure to run body slide before use!!!

  9. Modern Firearms (Tactical Edition Latest) 2.5 1.4 by Idlesheep

    Hi,
Most of you will know about this mod by now, originally made by Idlesheep and now that his life is too busy to maintain it, cared for by his 'team' - a ragtag bunch including myself of varying skill levels.
The mod includes a huge variety of weapon families which are all as customisable as we can make them, for example there aren't many varieties of AR15 that you can't make, and anyone who knows guns knows that's a LOT of variations. Families include but are not limited to:

You get the picture, there are a ton of guns here. There are some modern type body armours included too, and more customisation options for everything than it would even be possible to list. Functions such as suppressors on/off, fire mode, scope zoom/type and underbarrel equipment are all switchable in gameplay by use of the 'Fallout 4 Hotkeys' mod by Registrator2000, negating the need to carry more than one of any weapon type. All of it is integrated into the level lists. As the file is way too large for the Lovers Lab server, please download the latest version at this link:

    http://www.mediafire.com/file/60atggsen2koh6s/Modern+Firearms+2.5-1.4.zip

The downloads section here contains the Modern Sidearms sister mod and various patches for personal taste tweaking- damage reduction, stagger removal and Contraptions compatibility, along with a temporary fix for some scopes for AMD GPU users.

    FO4Hotkeys can be found here:

    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11664/?

...and finally the team can be found at our Discord server here:

    https://discordapp.com/invite/d8n6FXM

While I will attempt to answer your questions, some technical issues may be above my pay grade, so the Discord may be a quicker and more direct way of getting support.

    Installation:

Changelog can be found in the MF zip. Credits and FAQ can be found by contacting the team or via our pages at bethesda.net, moddb (listed as Cold Steel Hot Lead) or our webpage here: http://darkheartsdream.eu/

Our credit list is in the process of being re-written, when it's complete and up-to-date I'll amend this post.

NOW, A CALL FOR SOME HELP:

As I mentioned, Idlesheep has left us in charge of his mod for the time being, but few of us possess any modding skills at all. We currently (and pretty urgently) need help or at least advice on a couple of things:

    1) Scripting- LegacySlayer from this forum and the Nexus has re-written our pre-ck plug in, cleaning many potentially dirty edits and making it possible for us to get an update out for Xbox, but in the process our switch scripts have broken. Anyone willing to lend a hand would be much appreciated, and his experimental version of the plug-in can be provided for any interested modders to take a look at.

    2) Animation rigging- we have permissions to use a whole bunch of animations, Wardaddy's stuff amongst it, but the only thing stopping that is a total lack of know-how in rigging them. Again, anyone willing will be welcomed.

Anyone that feels they can help in any way with these issues, contact myself or LegacySlayer via PM here, or head over to our Discord to just get right into the discussion. Thanks for reading.

  15. Latex Bikini

Had these meshes sitting in my Skyrim folder and I thought I port it over to Fallout 4 with a few tweaks. I can't remember/find the original author of the bikini The meshes for the bra and panty is from Shocky, however it has since been removed from his mod (used to be here). The boot and glove meshes are from nakrulz in a mod re-uploaded here.

The clothing is enchanted with +5 charisma, +1 endurance, and +1 luck. It can be created at the Chemical Workstation under Latex Bikini and be upgraded with standard mods plus ballistic weave at the Armorer Station (no perks required).

Edit 1: Added the bodyslide files I used (no physics yet - working on it).
Edit 2: Found out source of meshes (thanks in part to Vivi!).
Edit 3: Decided to take this mod to 11! Comes in 11 colors now: (Black, Gray, White, Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Cyan, Blue, Purple).
Edit 4: Edited the collar mesh for those who like the collars a little bite more snug. Plus, made the outfits take hand slots (prevent hands from clipping).
Edit 5: Added 6 base texture files: Tiger, Leopard, Zebra, Cow, Fire, and Checkered - see screenshots (have to rename each "Latex.dds")

  16. ImmersiveSWF

This is a modders resource that attempts to make it easy for other mod authors to show a custom SWF temporarily in the UI. This is not intended to be used for widgets. It is designed more for showing custom player status updates, mod title graphics, warnings, achievement graphics, etc.

    Usage

Your mod will need to set up a connection to ImmersiveSWF and then call the "showSWF" function in order to display your custom SWF file.

Here is an example of how the connection and function call work:
Quest ImmersiveSWF = Game.GetFormFromFile(0x01000F99, "ImmersiveSWF.esp") as Quest ;Create a reference to ImmersiveSWF.ScriptObject ImmersiveSWFQuestScript = ImmersiveSWF.CastAs("ImmersiveSWF:ImmersiveSWFQuestScript") ;Create a reference to the script we need.; Check to see if the ImmersiveSWF mod was found, if so, run the showSWF function, requesting the SWF id "test".If ImmersiveSWFQuestScript Var[] params = new Var[1] params[0] = "test" ImmersiveSWFQuestScript.CallFunction("showSWF", params)Endif
The above example attempts to show a SWF with the id "test". To use this mod, you will need to list your own SWF files with their own unique id names in your own XML file. It's easy.

Here is an example XML file:
    <meta title="ISWF_sample_data.xml" version="1.0"/><defaults scale="100" duration="5" swfLocation="TOP_LEFT" swfWidth="124" swfHeight="32" margin="0" monochrome="TRUE"/><swf id="showISWFBanner" swf="ISWF_banner.swf"/><swf id="test" swfLocation="CENTER" swf="ISWF_banner.swf"/>
The meta node simply lists information about your SWF list. It is not required.

The defaults node lists the parameters the mod will use if you do not define the parameters per SWF. This is for convenience so that you don't have to repeatedly write 'duration="5"' for every SWF if you know that you want all of your SWF files to show for 5 seconds when called.

The swf nodes are where you list your id names and SWF file names. The id name is the reference you use to call a specific SWF with "showSWF" like the example above. The swf parameter is the name of your custom SWF file. You can add more swf nodes to reference all of your custom SWF files.

As you can see in the "test" swf node, parameters like "swfLocation" can be included in the swf node to over-ride the default parameters.

    The various parameters available:

    scale
Changes the size that the SWF file displays at. "100" is equivalent to 100%.

    duration
The amount of time the SWF will be displayed in seconds.

    swfLocation
The location that the SWF will be displayed at. Valid options are "TOP_LEFT", "TOP_RIGHT", "BOTTOM_LEFT", "BOTTOM_RIGHT" or "CENTER".

    swfWidth and swfHeight
These values should be set to the size of your SWF content in pixels. They are used to calculate proper location.

    margin
This is the amount of space in pixels to offset the SWF away from the edges of the screen.

    monochrome
This determines whether or not the SWF will use the UI color or allow you to use custom colors. If set to "TRUE", you should make your SWF graphics with the color white only. If set to "FALSE" you can use whatever colors you want in your SWF and they will show correctly in game. Please note that the mod does not support alpha properly because Fallout adds a dropshadow under all elements.

IMPORTANT: Your XML file and SWF files need to be placed in a folder titled "ImmersiveSWF" within the "Data" folder. The mod can load multiple lists from multiple different mods unless there is a naming conflict. So, please use unique identifiers/naming for your SWF files, XML and SWF id names.

  17. Women's sportswatch

I've been asking people on this forum and others to make a wristwatch for Fallout 4, but nobody ever got to it. So I decided to give it a go myself.

This is just a free modder's resource/blender file because I have absolutely no idea how to turn it into a wearable-equippable item into Fallout 4. If you have the technical knowledge of how to do this, please do so, but please give me credit for it.

The only requirement that I know of is the latest version of blender.

Getting it into the game as an item might require nifskope and/or outfit studio, and since it comes in a zip file, you might need to use winrar.

This mesh has an extremely high polygon count, over 30,000 in fact, so scaling that down might be important for in-game use. It also needs to be textured accordingly, preferably white plastic, but silver would also work well.

This was designed after an actual women's sportswatch, and is intended for female characters, but there is not reason why it can't be worn by men as well.

  18. Exploding Slave Collar

    [v0.2]

    - added an exploding collar gun (xx003a6a), which will equip the target with a collar, and send them on frenzy
    - the gun is non aggro, but, for some reason (??) the frenzy effect does not work on settlers, but it does work on raiders
    - added suicide mutant beeps

    [/v0.2]

Adds an exploding slave collar. Non-replacer.

Equip it on an NPC (or yourself, why not) via console - equipitem xx000800, where xx is the esp position in your load order. After a random period, between 10 and 20 seconds, the NPC's head will go boom and the NPC will go dead.

v0.2: or equip the exploding collar gun (xx003a6a) and go shoot people. Non-aggro.

Does not work on essential NPCs.

Install manually, just copy the mod data folder into your own data folder.

    Nuka World required.

You can use it as a modder's resource, link back here and let me know if you did something fun with it, so I can enjoy it myself.

The screenshot features Marcy Long gone boom.

  20. Remove Helmet In Dialog

Have a face to face conversation. Let your companions really see what you think of them. Any helmet/hat which removes your hair, which is more or less any helmet, will be removed when dialog camera kicks in. Things like Faded Visor which does not remove the hair should stay on. This also works on Power Armor.
No Vanilla Edits. No Duplicate Helmets To Craft. Just Works. I'm reasonably certain.

THIS REQUIRES LIKE THE MOST LATEST F4SE CAUSE IT STARTED SE'ING S'S AND THIS IS MADE POSSIBLE TO YOU BY A FUNCTION THEY JUST ADDED.

    Requires
    Fallout 1.9.4 F4SE 0.4 or newer.

    Instructions

It should just work after installing. If not check your F4SE.

  22. Latex for Pampas Set

    Latex for Pampas Set

This mod adds craftable latex variations of ralfetas' Pampas Set, the original mod is required. The new variations can be found by crafting a normal version of the Pampas armor, and using the armor workbench to modify it.

It includes latex versions of the BS5 suit and Belt3, in Vault-Tec, Nuka Cola, BOS, Gunner and plain color variations.
Gloves and jackets have basic latex versions included.

I don't currently have plans on adding more variations, as these are the ones I've used myself.

Of course, huge thanks for ralfetas for the great armor!

  25. PuppetMaster

Adds 50 armor racks with extended customization functionality and animation support making it easier to create action packed scenes for screenshots or settlement ambiance.

Long version: Armor racks using the default female model allowing more customization than normal armor racks.

    * Edit appearance - Standard menu, make them look however you want
    * Looping or proximity triggered animations - Set an idle and have them continuously repeat them or only when the player gets close enough. Want someone to salute you whenever you get out of bed? No problem!
    * Toggle AI option - If disabled animations will freeze making it possible to lock them in the perfect stage of an idle
    * Command mode - Issue orders to where they should stand, sit or what furniture to use for that perfect screenshot scene
    * Follow mode - Tired of settlement shots? Have them follow you for some nature shots!
    * Settlement mode - Just want some ambiance? Assign them to a settlement and they'll sandbox around. Don't worry they don't count towards the population.
    * Show weapon mode - Unlike armor racks (?) puppets can show off whatever weapon you give them. Can interfere with animations updating, see known issues below.

    HOW TO USE
    * Enter workshop
    * Place rack
    * Exit and customize
    * Wonder why you're creating fake people to act as pretend friends in a virtual world and where life went so very very wrong

If you want to place several with identical looks just keep placing without exiting. If you want a new unique one exit and renter and the game will automagically iterate to the next one. If you want to pick a previous one quickly use the rack selector.
Beyond that there are some toggles that might require more detailed explanation

    * Head tracking toggle - Toggles whether the selected rack should look at the player or not. May revert back to on on re-placement and other actions since it seems to be default NPC behaviour
    * Restrained toggle - Toggles the NPC being "locked" in place. When off idle animations may make them move away from their spot.
    * Ghost toggle - Toggles "god mode", when on they ignore all attacks. When off they can be injured just like any humanoid for that full Westworld experience.
    * Toggle AI - As previously mentioned disables any actions/animations on the NPC, even freezing them mod motion or fall. Will be re-enabled in a lot of cases by the game.

    ANIMATIONS
Animation support require Voyeur. Mod might work without it though, haven't tried.

    RECOMMENDED MODS
Dave's Poses - Enables Voyeur to play these on the puppets
Place anywhere - So you can put baby in the corner or wherever else you want

    KNOWN ISSUES
Crash-to-desktop - Sometimes the game will do this when trying to place a rack. I suspect it might be related to physics bodies that the workshop, not surprisingly, isn't prepared to handle. Quickly placing them, exit and then re-enter the workshop so the NPC is properly placed in the game world before making any other changes seem to avoid this.
Menu displays wrong state (off when on or vice versa) - The game lacks functions to check if things are active or not for many functions so the mod makes a guess based on the known state when placing a rack. If this is a problem simply toggle the option between both settings and it should read correct.
Can't be assigned in settler mode - The standard menu for static object will override the one for NPC assignments. Very low on the priority to fix since the goal of this mod isn't to add settlement workers.
Repeated placement of identically numbered puppets sometimes don't work - Seems editing the filters of allowable items to place in the same workshopmode-session is a bit iffy with current solution. You may have to exit out and select the desired id again. Making sure the function to increment to the next puppet number is only run outside workshop through related events alternatively disabling it altogether (is it more a problem than useful?) could solve this.
Weapon display mode blocks animation update - Keep it off until you selected the animation
Preview selection not updating properly - Set animation mode to PROXIMITY and stay outside the trigger range while selecting
