Wooooooow! this episode is a mixture of everything. I had only one desire: to see more concretely how Jenna pleasured Selenia with those objects (Sorry, English is not my native language and I don't know the names of those objects). Greatly done. Thank you.

Wow! Quite the entry this time! The lighting during the chase/ escape section was really spectacular and comic style motion line border worked so well with it.

Another glimpse of the modern universe along with some seemingly cthulu/ lovecraft inspired language was intriguing but that ending was great! Really suspenseful and such a cliffhanger.

?:scream:Aaaaahhh!!! Wow that was even more suspenseful than before.  Great work! :D:heart:;):thumbsup:Giving me ideas for storytelling. I'm learning a great deal from you guys, you Alter, Crw, Spy, Cema, Devi, Tex, Djreg, Colly, Res, Ripper, Sai, Bolt, Raptor... Am I missing anyone else here? Let me know.  Great work all of you. :D:heart:;)

Hell, the destruction effects are amazing and soooo realistic! And this las image with evil leaving her like this is so creepy! Amazing work devious-Drunna!

Jenna slowly walking through the rubble with red eyes gives her such a Terminator vibe, really cool stuff, and nude Selenia is just... hnnng, especially with closed eyes

i think you really outdid yourself with this entry, truly a work for the ages imho (or maybe it's just me simping for Selenia)

Kudos for the walls destruction effects indeed (which seems like a mixture of comic lines, white fog and ingame Jaxoning ?). But, that technical feat put aside, I think the best achievement was the suspense you managed to build, with the dangerous tools, the escape attempts, and Jenna's possession partial release. With an efficient layout and dialogues, the still custom universe and background, and the psychological aspects of Jenna's reproaches towards Selena. Great entry !?

Darn!!! I thought it was something enjoyable, but this is sadistic and cruel . ?

Don’t worry. I didn’t know the exact name of those as well. The first one I just called it spikey club although there’s probably an actual medieval or Japanese name for it :P

But wanted to show how the darkness is willing to push Jenna down the sadistic, horrific side. In addition, I wanted to show that both times Jenna would’ve gone through with no hesitation if Selenia hadn’t found a way to stop her.

Thanks!
the last flashback/memory was actually a sci-fi setting I created in from Fallout 4. The problem is that the posing and facial expression mods for Fallout 4 haven’t gotten to the level of Skyrim yet. Therefore I was limited in getting the right angle and facial expression and couldn’t show off the more sci-fi ruins behind them.

Lovecraft and the games inspired on Lovecraftian atmosphere is my main stylistic/atmospheric theme for this comic. More of its inspired style lore will pop up more.

Awesome!
it’s hard to tell from pictures and not video if the picture angles, pacing of action, and even panel size are effective enough to pull in suspenseful tension. Glad it worked!

The last image was actually a mistake too!

Originally, I was placing the creature right behind Jenna - just enough so that when I swung the camera around, the creature will slowly fade out so it would look like a ghost emerging from Jenna....

But I imagine like many others had done, I typed in the wrong direction of “setpos” numbers and it went into Jenna’s face .

Took the screenshot thinking it be faster and be less complicated story and pacing wise if it came out of Jenna as a physical manifestation.

funny enough, I had that same idea as well. When I was setting up those shots, I actually had the slower, Terminator chase theme in my head.

That was one shot I knew I was going to do well before I started writing this chapter, where I turned off Facelight and used only the sillouette of the body with a lit mist cloud (which in Skyrim, it always overexposes the list when lit) and the red eyes visible.

The problem however was the mist clouds still lights up the body when it passes in front of the character. So I had to take several dozen screenshots through 2 or three loops of the mist animation?

I don’t use Jaxon positioner that much unless I have to move a chair or box just by a small amount. There is a moment in the upcoming part 2 where you can definitely see I used Jaxon.

I have ENB enabled in CreationKit and all of the destruction stuff was setup in CreationKit. It’s faster and easier when I use the spotlight to see if the shadows are positioned correctly and make adjustments in CreationKit.

Holy crap, this was fucking incredible. The set up was mind blowing. The debris, lighting, and camera angles to capture that chase was just.... so well done. I was so immersed and on edge. Fantastic!

Wait, wait, wait! Did I read that incantation correctly?! That's the reversal of resurrection chant that calls out to Yog-Sothoth! ?

Selenia really did put down the Darkness (at least temporarily). Also Sara and Jess mentioned the sunken city of R'lyeh (or at least its language)!

Oh gosh, it looks like your universe really does deal with the Old Ones and the Cthulhu mythos!

I am positively giddy with excitement at all the possibilities! And also slightly terrified, because generally there's very little that can be done against the Old Gods.  Poor Jenna...what did she get herself into. ?

It is so impressive how you managed to create your own lore, mixing multiple timelines and worlds together while also maintaining that alien, malignant feeling of Lovecraftian tales.  I absolutely love it! ?

Of course as everyone already mentioned, your scenes and effects were setup perfectly. Especially Jenna's glowing eyes ?. And Jenna asking Selenia to kill her before she causes any more harm was heartbreaking.

Wonderful work, Drunna! Thank you for sharing it with us! ?

Yep. Although the Incantation should’ve been to dismiss YogSothloth. I love the Lovecraftian lore and combining those creatures/beings/atmosphere with the sexual horror take.  I’m trying to be careful with mixing timelines as I know it can/will get confusing and then the focus of the story derails off a cliff.
