Wow, pretty dark, but also pretty good and well made.

Anyway it was indeed dark, and in some ways horror went into grotesque sometimes (the old lady's design for example, the petting of Brooke into a cow). I enjoyed a bit less the first part as we didn't see the protagonists getting a chance to fight, either in combat, and later mentally ; but you played quite well on the psychological aspects of that torture sequence. The action and twists were then done with the same quality than usual, and now we're left wondering how our team will get out of this. A quality chapter overall, even though a bit disturbing as similar horror themed works can be.

That was one of the conundrums I was debating of splitting this section into Chapter 12 and 13. Content wise, there was enough meat within each chapter, but I do loose the pacing of the action which was originally going to bookend the beginning and end of this section.

So funny thing I have found as I’m writing this comic...

I had written an outline for this story arc back in the early fall including major characters and plot points. I would create additional characters for the  main, core characters to work off from as I work within each chapter.  

But then there were characters that were created that were just throwaway characters; those added in for a quick joke or setting tone/moment. Sera was one of those where I added her at the end of Chapter 8, just as a funny, throwaway pervy moment to close the chapter in the final  panel. The  Chapter 9 Library scene was not part of the outline and Sera ended up with having a whole chapter focused on her and then played a very major role in Chapter 10. The same for the Chapter 10 Initiates you mentioned @Crw

Chapter 14 may take longer to release because of trying to work in Sera’s character and the Chapter 10 goblin Initiates. I’ve mentioned before, my outline originally had at most 10 chapters in the story arc.

Things are going from bad to worse to apocalyptically-horrible at a quickening pace.  Props to the Order sisters for being able to stand up and function after everything they've been through. Considering the horde charging into the church, it seems at this point only divine intervention (or daedric...or dwemer) can save them. ?
