Hope you guys enjoy this short chapter. I think this may be one of two chapters I have released that came in under 35 pages. There were some things I thought about adding to extend the chapter closer to my 40+ page norm length, but I felt there was a lot going on wtihin this chapter alone and extended stuff would fit better in later chapters. Hopefully, there is enough meat in this chapter despite its length.

Also, I am trying something out by making the Portrait cover page of each section a bit more book cover looking.

Let me know what yall think so far.

So is there a mod you're using for those places, or did you build the cell yourself? =)

You did great by me. ;) And of course Jenna's new boyfriend was the wrong pick. I had a feeling once you said a voice from the dark corner. Where someone's identity was being concealed not to mention the armor. :O.....:grimace: oh boy!

Great job!

Some of the screenshots are a bit dark, but it's still ok for recognizing everything.

Love the ripped clothes, they really do look great some of the best I've seen in this blog section.

Hmmmm, I may need to do a better job distinguishing among the different guardsman.

Neither of the two guards in the room was Jenna’s boyfriend Kor. One was Sero who was in the guard-office with Kor. The other was just generic, walkin guardsman.

The outdoor locations were built from the ground up. Most of the interior shots were heavily edited existing cells.

Which ones were dark? (So I can keep that in mind when I’m shooting new pics).

That's a relief ;) either way he said willingly so you can see how one would make that assumption.

A chapter just as immersive and well crafted than the others. I was surprised a bit by some of the events taking a sexier turn than expected (I expected blood when the blight dog bited her arm), but having it that way lightens a content that already delved towards horror in the past. Most of the background are well made, with the very last screenshot in particular revealing an unsettling organic frame continuing to pique the reader's curiosity. The story itself develops quite well the relational plots as well as the wider ones, and with no significant mistake in the dialogues. And the layout is as efficient as ever. You dodged some of the effects by describing them text wise or onomatopoeia wise though, and at one moment a character briefly appears shirtless for no reason. But that 's minor, and the photoshopping during the battle with the "dog" was more than convincing (special mention for the rats quest of the warrior guilds of the different TES ^^). Very good work overall ! ?

Malicia : « Even the animals are getting interested into her boobies, uh. Where I live, I'd have been very bitten instead. That's the udderword for ya. :classic_sleep: »

1. Thanks for noticing the first Warrior's questline from Oblivion! I even retextured the Solitude homes to have the same orange roof shingles as Anvil. In hindsight, I shouldve used the Markath and Dwe. meshes and retexured them white as they look more like Anvil structures.

2. When I was glancing back at the comic, I also noticed one of them had the default outfit (shirtless) on and I thought. It was a re-shot of a scene for better lighting and was too focused on Huxley to notice. After reading it once I posted this story, I saw it and thought to myself "I better fix it before Triloque sees it".

3. The "doging" was more of a time thing as getting blood splatter at the right angle was tricky in those two scenes. Photoshopping blood wasnt that great either in trying to get them to match the in-game blood splatter look :(

"Oh, by the gods - How precious!"  -  Gabrielle's phrase perfectly summarizes Jenna's and Kor's budding romance. ? I absolutely loved their meeting in the armory (in the previous episode). It was so sweet and sensual and it was finally something good happening to Jenna for a change. Poor girl needs a hug (so does Gabrielle, come to think of it ?).

The world and the background story that you created do not cease to amaze. It is easy to imagine that perhaps this is how the society and technology were operating when the Dwemer were still alive. Everything looks both alien and familiar at the same time.

The Institute is really unnerving. You did a wonderful job with creating that eerie, highly intelligent and just the right amount of sinister feeling about them.  And that last screenshot with the Cthulhu-like creature is rather terrifying. ? The whole story is so intriguing and gripping! On one hand I really want Jenna and Gabrielle to just get out of there and go somewhere safe but on the other I really want to know more about that world and the darkness that envelops Nirn and Jenna being the sort of key? (the whole alpha code reference) :classic_ph34r:

Of course, as always your effects are top notch and your style pretty much reached the professional comics-creator level. ? And I also appreciate the somewhat humorous first assignment for the mercenary union.  Killing off rats in the basement is a staple of every adventure story ?.  Amazing work! Thank you for sharing it with us! ?

Really love the "special" text like "here we are" and "precious", really well done. All the stuff I said on the last entry still applies as well of course and the "alien world" story is really interesting (and well crafted with the custom assets and locations) but all that aside what really stood out to me here was the cover! It totally captures a sort of vintage horror comic vibe with the pattern over her and the whole thing sort of faded and sepia tone. It just perfectly captured a vibe that I can't fully put into words but I totally get it.

(And that dog monster was creepy as fuck!)

Thank you so much! It means a lot coming from you as I have always admired your stories and writing over mine! I had  your Lady Eira and stendar guy in my mind when I was writing the interaction dialogue between Jenna and Gabby after learning Jenna has sex with Kor.

I am slowly figuring out how to merge the different locations I have so far created into an accessible esp for others to use I’m their stories if they wanted. Currently, it’s across several different plugins (9 at my last count).

I am glad you like thier their first assignment as it was one of the earliest ideas I had taking a jab with all of the rpgs and mmos I have played. I even tried to make the roofs of the homes orange like the ones in Oblivion’s Anvil, where you also get your first Fighter’s guild quest location.

Thanks!  I wanted the beginning of each part of the chapter to have like a comic book cover (been reading a lot through my ComiXology subscription). From there, I wanted to make them look more like covers rather than just an ingame screenshot with a title overhead. I’m still trying out different styles, layouts, approaches and hopefully find one that works!

Jeez that dog monster, holy shit straight outa a berserk or junji ito ?

Did you make it yourself? Holy crap.

And plot thickens, I digged the classic fighter guilds quest remake in your setting haha.

brings back many oblivion memories.

Seems the insititute has many many creepy secrets.

Agreed with Devi, this feels like some dwemer vibe society a bit ^^
