  1. pillory right? if so Medium Sized should approach after a few minutes. try changing view mode and looking around. if you do not see him after a few minutes you can use the MCM to teleport Medium Sized to you. you have to talk to him to progress and he lets you out of pillory.
  2. recheck that you have done all the NR quests currently available and that you have filmed all movies with both Corsican and Charlotte. you can also wait a couple of days in game to see if a quest needs time to pass. IIRC this quest is waiting on another quest/movie to do something then it will progress again. yes there is a section of Far Harbor that NR does some stuff in.
  3. i use MO2 and even i can see you are missing a a master. more specifically DLCworkshop03.ESM
  4. best option i have (personally) found to go from CS to NR (disregarding mental gymnastics needed for roleplay elements) is to: 1 - Install/activate CS 2 - play CS until you have earned you freedom 3 - go into Vault 111 and make a hard save (use console "savegame CSFinished" or something so you know where you are in your playthrough) 4 - exit game 5 - install/activate NR 6 - load savegame made in step 3 7 - adjust NR MCM 8 - exit vault and talk to Duke (and enjoy NR) what you get extra in NR (vanilla route) is some extra/changed minor dialogues (does not affect gameplay).
  5. possible fixes for Raider Pet collar go into MCM - Sexual Harassment General - at the very bottom blacklist for items to not be stripped (iirc slot 20 = biped 50 = neck which should be collars) Devious Approaches - Chance for Unlock (set to 0 to not unlock devious devices). these may help
  6. if you look at that post about 1/3 of the way down is the main file, which is between "UPD 31.01.24" and "Clean save not necessary, but highly recommended". it is "Link to Mega Download" and takes you to the mega page (should be a big button that says download on the mega page). the file is 350-360 MB (Devious Devices 2.0_RC9_Beta2_Hotfix.7z) this is the primary file. the only other file you may (or may not) need is (DD20RC9PlayerRefHotfix_Beta2.7z) downloaded from the very bottom of that post. iirc it is already CBBE and FG compatible, providing you build it with Bodyslide.
  7. quest (should) not be actually stuck. you need to talk to Nisha and the quest should progress. the quest marker pointing to the wrong location is (usually) not a quest breaker. if you traveled back to Nuka World by the Nuka-Tron from DC gates you will land very near Nisha. Nisha may be mistaken for a regular Disciple raider as the map maker is not on her, but the Nuka-Tron will drop you in sight of her. the picture in the spoiler was taken at the Nuka-Tron drop point, but not at that stage of the quest but should show you where Nisha is supposed to be.
  8. while not direct confirmation for Sim Settlements i can confirm to adding Tales from the Commonwealth, Fusion City Rising, Outcasts and Remnants, Project Valkyrie, Ivy, Point Lookout, and Nuka Ride to my game after completing CS and have not hit any new issues caused by CS.
  9. umm you can play with both but it does require certain precautions to be taken for them to work. MCM menu highly recommended so you can change settings easier (you can adjust them with console if you really want) settings i found to work (for me) are (set these in Pre-War Sanctuary): Combat Surrender = off (i prefer AAF Violate for this which i leave off while playing CS) Hide Pip-Boy = off set Cursed Loot, Slave Collar, and all Jack chances to 0 lockpicking minigame = off always hide Pip-Boy = -1 key and restraint drops set to taste (i just leave at default) just do NOT equip found restraints if you want to play the Belted/Alice in Wasteland quests make sure to complete Belted and get out of all restraints BEFORE you approach Murphy to start CS. to do Belted quest read post by javamonsoon (it will guide you through what to do and not do) and you may have to (temporarily) disable Dr. Jones (or just push her off the ledge on Sanctuary side so she is down the hill) when starting CS. doing Belted quest will have you level 2-8(ish) depending on what you fight along the way then adjust all settings to taste after completing CS.
  10. it depends both are meant to be alternate starts and have different stories and tone. having said that if you can stay in the Commonwealth indefinitely there should not be a technical reason it will not work. Commonwealth Slavers (version 1) ended and pointed you towards Nuka Ride which has a few extra comments/dialogues if you had completed CS before starting NR. CS NPCs will fight Duke (NR eyebot) and Charon (NR protectron in cowboy hat by Drumlin Diner) if they get close enough. if you really want to play both in a single game my personal suggestion would be to play CS first all the way to having earned your freedom again (Bad Ending or True Ending) then install NR and talk to Duke on the elevator out of Vault 111. playing both in the same game does take a bit of mental gymnastics though. your game so do whatever you think best. you should have to pickpocket them the way to check if you actually got credit is to check the MCM - CS - Misc - Jobs Done section before and after the quest if Jobs Done goes up 1 point you did not get credit (even if people act like you got the files) and if it went up 2 points you did get the credit for getting the files. hope the information helps
  11. an option is to go back to Breeding Pit to get your "orgasm fix" but if you do remember to be naked and have no weapons equipped.
  12. methods i have found to get collar off 1 - be very lucky and have code on attacker (happens rarely) 2 - Hacker inside Dugout Inn in DC 3 - Provocative Perks - Abandoned Property and get a code from enemy (not always the right code) 4 - MCM - Real Handcuffs - Debug 5 - Devious Boston Helper 6 - self hack the collar - 3 number collar has 1000 combinations and 4 number collar has 10,000 combinations so it will take a while but is possible to do
  13. quests i remember offhand for Ivy (you have to meet the start conditions for the quest to start Hypercombat - in commonwealth Into The Deep - anywhere (ends in commonwealth) diary quest (forget the name) - anywhere to start but quest is in commonwealth backup processor - anywhere to start but leads to glowing sea quest in Nuka-World (not sure if you have to be in NW for it to start)
  14. the magazines at Vault Tec Regional HQ are duplicates of 2 magazines found in Vault 111 (Vault 111 has a total of 3) the are scattered all over the place from Vault 111 to Glowing Sea to Salem and parts in between. a good start is Vault 111 (3 iirc), Sanctuary (2 iirc) and Vault 81 (5 or 6 iirc). that should give you a start. in the op there is a master list of hints in a spoiler called Recipes and it has a spoiler inside that spoiler with the actual locations.
  15. check the spoiler below for rough order additional information you can get 18 points just from those missions. i usually avoid The Runaway Slave and by getting the extra info during The Hooker and have 17 or 18 points when i finish that part. personally i don't like becoming amputated but leave it turned on so if i misbehave to badly it can happen. as it has been a while i do not remember if Dr. Duff regens just the 1 arm or both, but iirc it is only 1 arm and you need to have lost both for her to help with that. i seem to remember (could be wrong here) that during the ending you get your arms back either when released at the Vault (bad ending) or when Dwayne helps remove collar/tattoos (true ending). hope this information helps
