empperor2211 Posted September 18, 2024 Posted September 18, 2024 I already asked in the simple slavery plus plus support but I’m having an issue for whenever I get bought and end up in a DCL path nothing happens I just get dropped of naked in the woods. Does anyone have an idea about what’s going on for me, other mods work suck as devious followers and Sluts.
Marguisa Posted September 18, 2024 Posted September 18, 2024 Armbinder doesn't work, and neither do the legs binding, visually are there but I can freely walk/run (no bunny hop as I selected during the installation), it shows the equipment, but I can freely use the arm, the only difference is both left and right hands are invisible. I'm using Nemesis and I've read it might be that it doesn't handle DD animations, I tried to use both FNIS and Nemesis, but it didn't work out (and I broke sexlab too, another story)

It's hit or miss on if it works with no rhyme or reason that i've found. Nemesis overwrites FNIS human animations, so it's like you never ran FNIS when you use both together. The only use case for using them together is if you need creature sex animations too, since nemesis doesn't support those. If you require Nemesis for other mods, install DD NG over the top of DD. It will switch DD's animations to use OAR, which makes them compatible with Nemesis. If you don't like DD NG for some odd reason (i have no idea why, it is a great improvement for SE/AE users), then there are the pre DD NG conversions to DAR and OAR on the troubleshooting post. But those are unsupported now that DD NG is released.

What options do you have checked in simple slavery? Are you having any trouble getting devices equipped from other mods? If you use something like add item menu and equip something from devious devices expansion, does it lock on? Do you have a papyrus log where you were sent to simple slavery and got a DCL option?

Ok so the solution is installing DD NG and having it on a higher priority in MO2 over DD and then running Nemesis Awesome

The description on TNG really isnt helpful to me at all, it's basically like reading a foreign language. But Boxbinders dont work with TNG and its kind of frustrating.

Yeah I did ask on the TNG mod page and apparently I didn't explain it well enough because it ended up with, "I can't help you with your issue sorry." I read the description too, I always do because there and sticky post contain info. If they don't I'll use the Nexus comment search for that mod. I have looked at documentation before, looked at videos and such and it usually skips steps in what I'm trying to do. I think what I didn't understand was where to create the TNG folder because there's no skse/TNG in the DD folder but there is in the TNG folder. Thanks for the clarification.

It depends on mods that run your animations. We can't say much without knowing what you have. FNIS, Nemesis, OAR, DAR, ... whichever combination? Did you run FNIS and what did it say?

I've ran bodyslide with my current body preset (P2P)on all of the necessary outfits/equipment, but it's only with any suits equipped, and only the breast physics. does this have an obvious fix or something I'm missing? I have FNIS + Nemesis That's a nemesis issue, but even if it wasn't, you'd need the DD NG thread for help with DD NG. all i can say is make sure DD NG is overwriting DD. but i've not seen that error myself with either mod.

Thank you in advance if anyone can help that sounds like it would be your cbpc or smp settings. all that we can control with bodyslide is the weight painting - what bones are used. as long as your body matches the bodyslides that you build (CBBE/3BA/UNP etc) there's nothing more that can be tweaked through bodyslide. i've not looked to see what petite to plenty does.

Petite to Plenty is just a physics preset AFAIK, and doesn't affect character models or shapes and sizes (at least not mine), and my bodyslide presets in terms of outifts/shape presets are all working fine, just the physics that come with the physics preset I'm using (P2P) that aren't working correctly for breasts, and for only any DD bodysuits. IDK if that will help at all, but if it does I'd love a solution but only if it's mostly simple since I'm a noob to modding for the most part, and thank you for the response either way!

There could also be some other 'interaction', like every device causing some harm during transformation but getting torn off (or having a chnace to get torn off), kind of another way to escape, unless you're wearing too many and would get killed... That'd obviously require a lot more work than just disabling the transformations, but I can't be the only one who'd love such a mod, so maybe someone will be inspired...? 🙃

What you're asking sounds like it might be a good feature request for DD NG, if it doesn't do it already.
