Check the troubleshooting post.

 

If you have fnis sexy move, toggle player 360 move off/on.

If you're bound, it's expected from time to time as you try to tug at the restraints.

I can't seem to find the list of all mods that use DD in some way, wasn't there a big list of devious mods out there?

DD is a framework, it provides stuff for other mods to use. You need other mods like DCL to equip the devices, or you'll have to add them yourself using the console or add item menu.

If you're adding them manually, don't use the ones from DDa, use the ones from DDx.

While doing a quest, a Markarth Guard came up to me and put Black Rope Arm Cuffs, Iron Ballet Boots, Rusty Iron Clamps (Nipples), and White Pentagram Rope Harness on my character. I think this has something to do with SexLab Survival, but I have a question that pertains to specifically DD. How in the world do I get these things off? I got the pentagram rope harness off, but the rest won't come off. Any ideas would be helpful!

I don't know if this matters to anyone or where the original files came from, but has anyone noticed that the gag sounds used by this have also been used recently by the creator of DHB restraints in second life for their gags?

so making a comment on a post 2 pages back about numbers of people playing with cbbe vs other body types, the numbers quoted show the total downloads to date nothing more. in the time since release the 3bbb/3bs body's have had less total downloads but we need to remember that those numbers are the total downloads over the course of those bodies release. people have been switching and at this point almost every clothing /armor set on nexus is 3bbb/3ba at this point or is being converted to those bodies. the entire deserter x collection was converted and that is arguably one of the most downloaded armor mods on the nexus other than things like midian which doesn't care about body. Im simply pointing out that showing total downloads does not accurately represent popularity. The only other body type we see being regularly created for is unp and whenever one of those is released its almost always converted to 3ba now long before any other body type

 

All that being said i would love to see 3ba be prioritized over all other body types but that's related to mostly personal preference while it is showing its popularity currently over other body's when we look at conversion rates and new armor/clothing/ jewelry mods, i and others are not the mod creator or collaborators, they will do what they want/ are comfortable with, and seeing as how there are people doing conversions for the bodyslide files those of us who want those things can wait for them to be released.

 

On a completely selfish instant gratification side I want my 3ba bodyslide files nooooowwwwwww. :}

So whats up with the mod toys and this one what is the real difference? seems like toys is trying to do the same thing as dd and im wondering if there is a reason to download it? and if its only for the other mod thats built for toys why isnt it tied to dd to begin with instead of recreating what apears to be the same assets?

yeah was just wondering if anyone had any insight and seeing as how i use dd im more interested in what dd users say and think if they have had experience with it than others who might not use dd

I am a long time DD user. I started using DD with 4.0 (maybe?) and I am currently using DD 5.1 on Skyrim SE.

 

I think that DD and DCL are both amazing.

 

I recently tried out the Toys SE beta and the Toy Story quest mod that uses Toys on Skyrim SE, and I was impressed.

 

I do not claim to speak for @Kimy the mod author of DD and DCL, and I do not claim to speak for @VirginMarie the mod author of Toys and Toy Story.

 

My opinion is that the DD framework and the Toys framework have different goals. I do not see them as competitors, in the same way that I do not see Devious Followers Continued and Submissive Lola as competitors.

 

I have noticed that VirginMarie's quest/story mods typically involve the concepts of bondage devices that transform, and my guess is that because of those storytelling goals, VirginMarie has specific ideas about how animation filters should work in conjunction with bondage devices, and what kinds of functionality a bondage device framework should offer to quest/story mods.

There are 3bbb bodyslides now for DD and DCL (even though DD's does not include the new stuff). They will not be included in the SE  conversion until kimy says yes to it.

 

The numbers were mostly to give her a frame of reference because she does not play SE. She has definite opinions on when a new body should be supported, all we can do is ask. If people are really switching then we will continue to see the download numbers increase. armor is a good measurement though as new armors are uploaded we see them being 3bbb/3ba or unp primarily with some others but the primary 2 for conversion and upload is 3bbb/3ba and unp. I'm not saying they will ever match cbbe but that's more because of the length of time that cbbe has been available for download by comparison to others. the other matter is that cbbe and other body mods were made much earlier in skyrim's life cycle there are not as many players as there was years ago so with less people playing you will see less downloads to begin with because of the player base falloff, I'm all for whatever the mod author decides if Kimy said screw you guys its all unp now then id just go welp guess I'm running unp now. I'm just wanting it to be understood that popularity cannot be measured simply off of the lifetime downloaded numbers a more accurate reading would be to measure the downloads over the past 1 to 1 1/2 years as simply looking at the numbers as it is heavily biased. after all the first real decent nude body was cbbe and it was top for several years as such its popularity during that time is undeniable but that doesn't mean its as strong now. 

 

sorry just having an autistic moment about the numbers as they don't accurately represent current popularity. hell with the pandemic and so many players coming back and new players picking it up for the first time it might be as popular as it once was, I don't know. But I do know the numbers of total unique dl does not accurately represent the current player base. as such those numbers are not a true representation.

 

(not joking when I say autistic moment, I really am autistic and when I see data presented in such a way when it cant be used to accurately describe what is being put forward it makes my brain twitch)

I had to console command a key in because I couldn't find it anywhere. I needed a restraint key but all I ever found was chastity keys. I don't know what other places or plants you mean.
