I took the muscular skin that was included with the Bijin NPCs (I think) fomod but for some reason not, or doesn't show up as an option, on some of the others, and plunked it down in the regular /textures/character/female (or whatever) folder so it would apply to my PC. Stuck it in the femaleold folder too so now all my grannies look ripped. I think I had a no-old-women faces pack so that didn't look too bad... just need to grab the SOS body for the old guys, I think.
