Thank you to everyone for helping to isolate the cause of this issue.

 

I had made an optimization so that the protectedEquipment data wouldn't have to be passed into Papyrus more than once. But, the sequence of that system was off (tried to create formID for the equipment keywords before their plugin source order could be known).

 

Should be fixed in a soon-to-be-released build.

(On a side note, I am just sitting here with vortex and Chrome open and testing, so I didn't see your above post until after i had posted :D will try to stick to XML files)

Are you using Vortex?  If you are, reinstall AAF.  This fixed it for me.

Sadly, AAF will not initialize past 60% now, when it was working just fine before the update :(

 

Any idea where to start looking for the error? I have the debug module installed, but it never shows an error, it just... STOPS...

 

In case it is not clear it stops at the SWF -> Papyrus line and doesn't advance from there (waited about 5 minutes, no change)

Having exited an animation by pressing End, the word AAF remains in the top right of the screen. I have to press Home again and then Enter and then Home for it to go.

That is an XML issue.  If you have both the Patch for Crazy and Leito and the One Patch to Bang them All, they have conflicting equipmentSetData for strap-ons.  You should uninstall the Patch for Crazy and Leito if you are using the One Patch.

i only use "the one patch" + Indarello patch

OK.  Well, if AAF is looking for VIO_Strap-On.esp, that is because some mod or patch installed an equipmentSetData XML telling it to use that mod.

i have modified two xml and now all is OK , no errors and the strap-on work fine

Strap-on duplicates into character’s inventory who uses it during AAF animation lol. I started AAF animations natively with my companion, and she has 29 Strap-ons in her inventory after I end animations.

Since updating to beta 114 (from 110), I occasionally get stuck in the Gathering phase of an animation.  Sometimes after waiting it out, I've free to move again, but sometimes I remain stuck in position and can't move.  Enableplayercontrols doesn't help.  It has occurred in animations called by Raider Pet, Hardship, and Sexual Harassment.  (Haven't had Violate trigger yet since the update.)  Sometimes if I reload the save, the animation plays, so it seems like its not something particular to those circumstances.  Next time it happens I'll give you the AAF error code, though it seems only related to the animation failing, not why it failed.  Would a papyrus log help?

I encountered this stuck Gathering issue too, started the animation using AAF itself, actors are standing next to each other, hard to reproduce.

I not sure whether this helps, but I was getting 'stuck in the gathering phase' with 113beta. I just updated to 114beta and it got stuck with AAF loading at 90%, but the animations ran O.K.

 

Edit: I just reverted to 110beta and it seems fine. I've included logs to compare. No errors were showing in the AAF admin.

Just had it happen again.   Unfortunately there's a lot of spam from missing mods because I took a couple out so I could add the VotW and some movies, and haven't cleaned the save yet.  Bad me, I'll do that now.  I 7zipped the file because its 200kb plaintext but only 8kb compressed.

 

 

Note that the event was called by Sexual Harassment this time,  near the end of the log.  I quit as soon as I was able to cancel the scene (or it timed out.)

Did you reduce the timeout time in the xml? I had a similar issue when I first started using harassment and hardship. Took forever for the animation to start if it did kick off too. Change the wait time from 30 seconds to 5 seconds if you haven't.

 

It's in the aaf_settings.ini, setting is walk_timeout. By default it is 30. Change it to 5

So I noticed about 1/4 of my animations, the male has a massively oversized penis. It doesn't seem to be every animation. I tried a couple of searches in this thread, but not sure what to search for. Anyone know what that might be?

1. AAF 114 works.......Mine's not stuck.

 

2. Yes, of late I haven't seen a strap-on on my women.

 

3. Yes, it's in the NPC inventory.

 

I'm thinking about giving THIS a try.........

Using it should ass more scenes between womens, right? Becouse I've installed the oldest versions but they seems to be integrated in other mods I have

Not sure, exactly.......I just thought I'd give it a try & see if my strap-on problems got fixed.

And don't forget.......If you want multiple women, you need this little mod. It doesn't hurt anything to add it.
