I've been wondering, with all these mods for Skyrim AE now, is LOOT still suitable to manage the load order? I still use it because I don't know enough about modding to manage load orders myself and Skyrim hasn't shown me any issues to date apart from small things.

LOOT is better than doing nothing, but is generally not as good as doing it by hand, making custom patches, etc. For most users, it's entirely fine.

LOOT functionally uses a list of rules to say "mod A should be loaded after mod B, which should be loaded after mod C", and list if any mods have certain issues (eg, ModA and ModB need a compatibility patch). If a mod is not in the list, LOOT puts it near the bottom, but before any mods that rely on it, which is the biggest issue with it.

Anyone no a mod that will allow me to pick what sex animation i want. For some reason when i press 0 the animation list dont pop up.

I have noticed that sometimes the list takes a while to open, like it's searching for an animation.  That is on SE/AE.  Maybe this is what is going on, try giving it a few seconds 20-30ish?

Going to do more updates over the next couple days. And I put dates in the title and at the top of the post so you know when I'm lagging on updates.

Is there any update coming to the 'SexLabUtil' SKSE plugin. Keep getting the error saying "Outdated or missing 'SexLabUtil' SKSE plugin dectected"

Probably best to ask on the thread for that mod

Yeah, this thread is a tracker, it can only follow updates that are already available, only the creator of the mods know if updates are coming, so asking help on mods or predictions on updates is USELESS in this thread, you WON'T have the answer you seek.

I'm brushing up against the limits of what I can/should be doing in a forum post - >19 screenfuls on my big monitor and I was about to hit 300KB of post content by adding more translation stuff - so instead I'm going to move forward with an idea I had earlier: setting up a github.io site that presents all the information I have, then using the first post to focus on the highlights and more popular mods/requests.

It's said that for a while. It was updated to the old version of AE. It doesn't support the new version that needed a new address library. Basically, it supports up to 1.6.353. Not the current AE versions higher than that. It's a soft failure as I recall. You'd need to check the skse64.log to see that it's not loading right. The DAR log doesn't get updated since the DLL doesn't load.

For anyone curious: no, DAR has not been updated for 1.6.629+
There has been no activity on the page since December 30, 2021.

Mod author has not been online since Febuary 22, 2022 (thereabouts).

We are unlikely to see/hear much from them, given how they seem to have just vanished. Make of that (world events that happened around the same time) what you will - most likely coincidence.

Best chance is someone else RE'ing the mod and making a new version that is a drop-in replacement.

This is why open source mods should be the standard, not the exception - it throws a wrench into everything when someone decides, either on their own or by circumstance, to stop support/development for the mod.

Added: Frostfall? SexLab - Warmbodies

The original file linked here is not compatible with SE as it was built for a really ancient version of Frostfall. The most recent SE conversion can be found at DeepBlueFrog's conversion page, however since its several years old, it's compatibility with AE is unknown to me.
