Heterosexual scenes will trigger bounties if its consensual.

Masturbation bounties work perfectly.

 

This bug was not present in earlier versions - it definitely worked fine with 0.70d (with an additional patch you prepared) and I believe in at least some of the 0.71 series as well. I do not know exactly which version started this problem.

 

I can confirm it also works fine (at least with human sex) in 1.73.4 as well. Non-consensual hetero sex triggers a bounty without issue. So this might indeed be unique to 1.74. I haven't tried gay sex or anything, since I don't like watching girl on girl, lol.

That is very odd, because I am having this problem with 0.73.3 - so its a more local issue on my end.

It's not due to a corrupted save, because this problem persists on new games.

 

Some kind of weird load order issue looks like. Thanks for helping to clarify this.

Is it possible to exclude certain crimes from the randomizer? or is it an "all or nothing" situation?

Simply as an example, let's say I wanted public nudity to always be a crime in every hold, but wanted the other crimes to be random. Is that possible to accomplish at the moment? If so, how would I set this up?

I don't know if this has been asked before..... 111 pages is a lot to read through..... so sorry if i'm repeating this, but is the rape option only crime-rape?? Seem like the only time anyone tries to attack my character is if reporting a crime..... and very few time then too...    I was looking more for a rape mod than a crime one. I do get alot of rapes stripping her than nothing and though it's said she was getting gang raped only one guy does it than all leave but that is likely my laptop being a bit low in hardware and it not handling the animations.... sigh.

its about how you setup the Rape. 
its tricky and has a lot of customization options.

 

Check out the MCM for "Rape" and "Proximity" rape and read the descriptions. you can make it like never happen up to chainrape nonstop everywhere.

No.  Proximity rape can occur for non crime situations, based on the conditions you set.  Note that it must be toggled on, and the conditions must be met.  You might find the conditions easier to understand if you switch their display to advanced mode.

  I'll look it over again, maybe i've goofed somewhere...... but if i understand it right, it's suppose to happen when she is naked (dibellian with vow of nudity) plus any two others of, unarmed, at night, aroused (she's is always that it seems), and drunk x2...... haven't changed the once an hour thing yet. I even changed it to always for nudity, but that doesn't seem to make it happen any more often?? When i turned on the debuff messages all it kept saying was it was checking crime needs and if they were valid... ??  Thanks for the suggestions either way

I recommend setting things in the proximity rape settings to "OR" if you want that to be something the NPCs look for, but are not required for the trigger to happen. If you set any of those options to "AND", then that option MUST be true for your character or the trigger will not happen. Also, if you set any of the conditions to "NOT" then that condition MUST be False or the trigger won't happen.

Typical safe "NOT" flags can be "in cities" and "Thane". Otherwise you might struggle to make it work. The other options are confusing to understand, but that's just a personal thing rather than a problem with the mod.

  I did that, everything is either OR or IGNORE.... accept NUDITY which i set as DOUBLE OR..... and only two need to true.  I found the debug for the rape (didn't realize there was one for both rape and crime) and it says PROXIMITY RAPE is working and being met but it can't find enough valid attackers...???... I thought all they need to be was MALE...??  I've actually had a proximity rape fail because of no attackers only for a couple seconds after a guard crime rapes her..... wasn't he a good enough attacker for the other..... ?  

 

  The only strange thing i can think of that might be causing trouble, is she is very stealthy..... i've seen her walk (not sneak) just stroll through a crypt without waking the dead that are suppose to stir when you approach or go past them, but they didn't move at all as she walk through.... lol..... maybe no one is seeing her unless they want to or end up reporting her..... shrug.    Swear my laptop has a will of it's own.....

I'm fairly confident that's not how the script works. It should check if the NPC within the search radius has line of sight to you (even if they're technically not "looking at you"), and check to see if you meet the number of required conditions. If everything passes the check, the event starts up.

 

Your character's stealth should have no impact on the script.

 

See if increasing the search radius helps.

  I have the search raduis set on the top 'large', and i stood totally naked and unarmed between two soldiers at a camp one night (one even told me to go join the stormcloaks) but it said it couldn't find any valid attackers...?? It even checks me as i seen it say something about PC not valid attacker when i'm wandering alone down some road..... shrug..... something seems to make it consider almost all people not valid for some reason.... then the pursuit is wanky too.... i've apparently 'outrun' an attacker by just continuing to walk, or had one stand  two feet behind me not moving and only 'catching' me is i walk back to them or bump into them.... ?  I may just be curse or something as i have never downloaded anything from loverslab that worked for more that a couple days.... at best..... before not working or worse starts crashing my game..... maybe my laptop just isn't advanced enough for this kind of animations.... shrug..... thanks for help me anyway   greatly apprieciated.

Look carefully at all the rape settings, particularly Arousal and Morality Matters.  If an NPC isn't aroused enough or is too moral, he won't be a valid attacker.

 Morality Matters isn't on, and i lowered the attackers arousal to 1..... a naked character standing there has to have raised it that much.... lol.  Come to think of it, i do have a mod that makes people say positive comments about my character been naked...... that wouldn't be interfering, would it??

Thanks for making the mod.  So far I like it and as far as I can tell it definitely works for me.  It was a great idea to take the DCL features, without the bondage content.  I start with everything legal.  I have the likelihood of anything being a crime set at 15% and to randomize between 5 and 15 days.  I'm not sure if it's done so, because I have a fairly low setting.  Do I need to start the game with at least one thing being illegal?  Great mod.

I've had trouble like wise what you are having, What helped me was figuring out your attackers arousal. Mine so happens that my attacker arousal wasn't high enough, even though it was set to "1". The problem I had was the arousal mod wasn't updating or giving npc's, or my self added exposure so i alway had  "0" arousal and the same with the npc's. Ended up uninstalling the extended arousal mod and re installing after a clean save. fixed that problem. I can't say it will work for you, but it helped me.

So, I set the mod up (started a new game). Now after reloading my save I suddenly can't access the MCM menu of this mod. Every MCM menu works, but not this one. Before my reload everything worked. I didn't install anything in between that time. Does this mean my mod is broken now? I tried saving, reloading, exiting the game, reloading... MCM menu is gone.   (I loaded an old ass save and the menu is fine there. But that's not the solution, since I'm worried about it not showing up...)

Have you tried to reset the menu with the "settasge SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1" console command?

No, I didn't know about that one. I will keep this in mind, thanks! Because I also had 2-3 other menus disappear randomly. Seems to be an MCM bug.

Hi I have a question about nudity and sex crimes.

 

I am also using Radiant Prostitution/Gigolo mod, and every time before my character engage sex with a client I will cast an area blind spell (that I made myself) then use console to check every NPC around me has blindness of 100. But somehow I still get bounties after engaging sex - why and how does that happen? 

 

Also I went to Belethor's store and tried to initiate a proximity rape with him (making him trying to rape my character). But somehow he just won't. The debug message says "conditions are met", "not enough valid attackers are found" even though I set the minimum attacker to 1 and he is right in front of me. Why?

I don't think the mod cares whether NPCs can see.  They just have to be present.  You'd do best by turning off sex as a crime.

Check all conditions in for a valid attacker, including things like arousal.
