That said if you have and it's still happening, I may not be able to fix it /shrug. There are some potential fixes in my next update but don't get ya hopes up. I'm making progress on the next Follower event/game personally I don't like it ... mainly cause it's too similar to the straitjacket one and more simple. I'll finish it off and come back to it if I can improve it not to say it's bad it adds some diversity to the mod but it's nothing compared to the cool stuff I've added so far.

I have fixed it but I need to finish the content I'm working on to release it so bear with me. Basically, this bug is 99% the reason why the mod stops but you can't dismiss, you can fix it with startquest _Dflow then resetquest _Dflow (i think) That's right. The problem is that the referencealias _Dmaster in _Dflow is cleared on stop. All you have to do is save it before stopping and force it again once restarted objectreference master = _Dmaster.Getref() GameQ.Stop() GameQ.reset() GameQ.setstage(100) _Dmaster.Forcerefto(master) with _Dmaster defined as a referencealias pointing to _Dmaster in _Dflow quest
Lozeak Posted October 10, 2017 Author Posted October 10, 2017 I'll explain it a little but it's not that stop clears the alias, it's that stop STOPs the quest and reset doesn't restart it. it was part of a solution I used to go back in quest stages because you can't go back to old quest stages with setqueststage even with allow repeated stage on ... or at least I couldn't. Either way, i made a mess of starting/stop/reseting quests noob stuff when all i needed to so was reset then setstage. What the code does above is stop the quest and reset it , but doesn't restart it lol. Either way, I've fixed it now (i hope) that said they may still be a few places this still happens (MCM prolly) eventually I'll fix em all. The CTD for talking to activators(statues) should be fixed, let me know but I have a feeling if it is still a problem it may be unfixable ;; we'll see. Nice to add some content to the mod again though ^^, while the little follower game I added wasn't super inventive it uses some cool devices that other mods haven't used and one sourced from El_Duderino mod ^^ (<3 Thank you) Got 3 more things i need to add (another game and slave modes) no idea when or what i'm gonna do yet but sure I'll get round to it eventually.

You can allways take another, hehehe."only you can't take another deal because you already have all the deals. Very minor, just thought I let you know . The Idea behide this is you've let your willpower drop to a point were your follower will mess with you which will make the game a little harder and if you have a all of deals and low willpower you're gonna have to pay off a deal fully before you get enslaved which makes it more likly to get enslaved. Ofc, problem is once you get out of enslavement you will still have all your deals active meaning you will have the same problem and yea, you may get enslaved a lot before you can get free and pay off your deals. I could tweak it to be a little easier but maybe you should of let your follower enslave you, instead of making all those deals and now those deals you made has got you stuck between being a slave and a set of deals that make you basically a slave.

Clean save? hot fix? Thx From what I've seen "v" is short version... so it's not version 9.av, it's the 9.a version... (the same with 9v, 0.896v, etc.)

No other "quest" conversation options to trigger next part of blindfold. DF mod seems to be frozen... Boots doesn't trigger, I tried everything i could think of, several caves several types of boots and lowered trigger to half a day and made sure it was ready to be triggered. I have tried two new games and alomst everything I can think of.. any hints would be helpful even if in a spoiler..

Here's an itemized list of why I like this mod.1: Money sink for the ridiculous amounts of money the player generally acquires. 2: Constant, interactive, playful submission to the player's follower. 3: Dominant follower mod that can affect any follower. Rare. 4: Interacts with Devious Devices. 5: Use of chastity belt for the purpose of "This is mine" instead of "deny player all sex". I don't think I've seen that elsewhere. Suggested spelling and grammar corrections:1: "ow" should be "owe" in all cases. In English, "ow" is a word you say when you are in pain. Example: "Ow, I stubbed my toe!""Owe" is a term for debt. "I owe my follower 200 gold." etcetera. That is normal The mod kind of assigns an imaginary 100g debt when it triggers. Just ignore it and go about your business. If it is blocking dialog, there is a dialog blocking check box in the mcm menu you can uncheck that.

valcon767 Posted October 12, 2017 Posted October 12, 2017 sigh yet another boots event wont fire report place tested at : Bilegulch Mine Follower : Rias (nord) Blindfold event fires within 20 minutes to 24 hours (game time) edit 1 begins (10-12-2017 0805CST) blindfold event stalls out after application of SJ reverting to 0.896 savegame (prior to install of 0.9a) and blindfold event fires and finishes. end edit 1 boots tested : Iron Ring Slave Boots (unlocked), Rusty Iron Ballet Boots (reinforced), Red Pony Boots, Black Ebonite Pony Boots, Black Ballet Boots no additional Devious Devices (of any sort) worn, only other device in inventory was a Black Ebonite Blindfold (custom), besides the boots. time in cave waiting (so event timer should fire) : 1 week in game (this is on a save where the blindfold event fires within 20 game minutes from placing blindfold on) To anyone who has gotten the boots event to fire in game I would like a little information: type of boots, any other deals active, and were you wearing any other devices? edit 2 begins (10-12-2017 0804 CST) after a quick look in TES5Edit I could not find a quest specific to the boots event in 0.9a looking in CK I was unable to find a quest specific to boots event. WILD GUESS - either the quest was forgotten in the 0.9a revision or it was incorporated into the same quest as the blindfold event, if incorporated into the blindfold event it could also (theoretically) be the reason the blindfold event is now stalling out. end edit 2 edit 3 begins (10-12-2017 0808CST) debt settings during test were 2000/4000/10000 for enslavement/buy out/ enslavement failure debt incurred at time of testing was 1134 end edit 3
kurotatsu Posted October 12, 2017 Posted October 12, 2017 Also I believe there should be debt reaching half of enslavement value for games to fire. 500 if all set to defaults. Generally it's enough to run wait for 1 hour for blindfold game to start, although in my game it gets broken immediately after start - no more additional dialogue after SJ apply with or without blocking dialogue checked. And it was working previously... My guess - one of the fixes had games quest broken.
Lozeak Posted October 12, 2017 Author Posted October 12, 2017 I'm trying to work out the problem, once at over half debt with blindfold got the SJ game to activate then completed it then got boots games to activate then completed it, then got enslaved got whore out to proc and completed it then payed off debt and freed myself. That said, if it works for me and not for everyone else I have forgotten a script or something, I'll have a look. Edit: So SJ bug was a missing script, gonna do a few things then release 0.9b see if that helps pple.
