I am positive that f4se is working and up to date, animations all work as they should, etc. and i copied over the data folder from the f4se archive over into my data folder and replaced everything, restarted a few times, restarted 4play from the tesst cell terminal... DocClox Posted April 13, 2017 Author Posted April 13, 2017 Progress Report: Mod loading code is done. I've also got code that takes a scene spec and builds a sequence of animations from that. So modders are going to be able to specify things like "I want 15 second of foreplay followed by two 30 second doggy animations, different ones if you've got them" and get a matching list of animations. I'm just sketching that out for now since Veniat has volunteered to code up the search mechanism. But hopefully tomorrow I'll get that so it runs and load up a demo in the test cell. And if it doesn't run, I'll still get it so the existing functionality works and upload that - since there are a few small fixes that need releasing even if the big feature doesn't work yet.

I actually re-downloaded the game via Steam when Four-Play was released. Then went straight into the CK lol. Hadn't played it for over half a year before that. I'm probably not the only one though. A decent proportion of LoversLab members own Fallout 4 (definitely more so than Sims 4 - the main driver of LoversLab's traffic for the last half year) and judging from the new threads popping up in the last two weeks in the FO4 section, they are either now reinstalling it or keeping an eye on Four-Play's progress to decide whether FO4 is worth another try.

For e it is working like a charm - and i have 255mods installed - so it looks quite stable for me so far :-))) If i look into the sourcecode of some mods of 4play - i dont see the strip option - so i guess the strip of actors is handled in the framework. I am testing currently the devious stuff. In skyrim there is a filter routine implemented thet searches for keywords - and if found - dont unstrip devious stuff. in the moment - i >> don't << want to have a complex filter Routine^^ that can be implemented later. I just want to have the option or hint^^ where i can change the strip option or you can impement a flag for the strip opton to NOT strip the actors. its a quick and dirty solution i know but its better then nothing and waiting for a complex routine is awfull^^ Mabe a solution could be to handle the strip option via the mods and not the main file - so its up to the modder to have the option to strip or not. The filter options of strip or no-strip are endless.... cause even if you wear a chastity device - you still have the option to have sex.... thats something i still hate in Skyrim the filters are to strict.

Well, "finish" is just another animation. Once the loader is working, it'll be possible to flag an animation as either foreplay or climax. Then we just need the animations of course The delay at the start ... there's a lot of small delays in the code. If it runs too fast, it gets ahead of the game engine and then nothing works. I'm working on speeding things up. Once this animation loader works anyway. Spent the morning debugging the damn thing. The loader module populates its list, but the one that gets passed back to the framework is empty it seems. I think something in the inheritance mechanism is replacing rather than reusing my array. (it is more of a 4 year profession school so not sure how i can name that in English) and i will have a lot of spare time. I thought that i will try to help with F4 adult modding somehow. As i can see there is finally a more or less working framework but there is a lack of animations (especially for critters). I would like to learn to make some of these mostly for the sake of F4. If someone would have some links for basic tutorials that would teach me basics of animations for F4 mods i would gladly do my part. I have no knowledge of programming, scripts things like that so im not sure how much i can do with just animation but i will try my best to contribute. Only thing that i think can help me is that i play Bethesa games from Morrowind and i modded them every time so i have the idea of how things can often go wrong when it comes to modding Bethesda titles. All of you behind 4play, Sexlab, Sextec and all the other adult mods out there are doing fantastic work and i would like to have my small part in it.

DocClox Posted April 14, 2017 Author Posted April 14, 2017 Hey Dragonoid, welcome to LL (if you can say that to a two-year lurker ) I'd be happy to use any animations you can make (or at least help you get them loaded) but I can't offer much practical advice on animating itself. I'm sure I've seen a couple of tutorials kicking around, but since it's not something I do, I can't remember where I saw them. That said, I'm sure someone around here can point you at some useful info

DocClox Posted April 15, 2017 Author Posted April 15, 2017 New version released. Lots of bug fixes, no animation loaded. It needs more debug time and I wanted those bug fixes out. RL looms large the next couple of days, so I might not have as much dev time as I'd have liked.

Break it down to foreplay, actual sex and climax. Even better if when we control the speed of the animation it controls a tick timer (increase animation speed leads to faster orgasm/ more damage from wear and tear etc.
