Look in Commonwealth Captives EBCC_CaptiveManager.psc which should give you a baseline of the whole scheme.

Interesting... you seem to be the only one with that issue, or one of very few. Could it be an enb you're using? Asking cause I have no idea why it renders that way.

Just the default install of ENB. Maybe a graphics driver issue. I'm playing on a laptop.

What's it suppose to look like?

Like your last image. That for me looks pretty normal.

It may be a driver issue being on a laptop. I know drivers/codex can be a fickled bunch.. of asshats. LOL

Looks like the UVs got messed up, like coordinates totally wrong.

However, deleting the specular wouldn't fix that so... weird stuff going on.

As far as I am aware the Torture Devices mod does not have a mission. Its a collection of furniture items that can be built in workshop mode and used either by assigning a settler to them or using AAF. Are you using a mod that has Torture Devices as a requirement?

I guess this dialogue is from Commonwealth Slavers.  Torture Devices doesn't have any control over what happens in that mod, you need to ask about this in the Commonwealth Slavers topic.

There is no version 2.22.  The latest version is 2.21, which is what you should use if you are using DD RC8.

Quick test and all furniture works fine.

But, you need to pay attention where you place the items. The wood horse needs to be about 4 units above the floor, depending on where you put it. The sucker chair still has broken collision, if I remember right, so don't use it.

The furniture can be very touchy on the access points. So if NPCs don't start moving after assigning them, move the item, raise, move from wall etc.

Place Everywhere is your friend. ;)

Hello, sorry to bother you all, but I'm trying to use this mod, and instead of allowing me to 'assign' settlers to the furniture, it just lets me send them to the location, where they then just leave.  And when I try to use them on myself it says 'you cannot use this at this time'.  I'm sure I'm just overlooking the answer here, but I haven't been able to find anything.  Thanks in advance.

You assign them through the workshop mode. To use the furniture yourself you need to go through the MCM or AAF to setup a scene.

I honestly don't remember if you can use them like you can with Zaz's furniture. It's been a minute since I've used them in that manner.

To be honest, I have no clue what would block the assignment.

To rule out another mod blocking it, you could drop TD to last in the load order and start a new run for a quick check.

player.placeatme 20593 1

will spawn a settler to test on.

I have this weird bug that whenever my PC enters a pillory my camera gets smushed into the ground and I can only move it in very strange ways with the mouse and can't actually see my character as if I'm stuck in first person. Can't zoom out either. If my PC leaves the pillory can zoom out as normal but otherwise just... weird.

EDIT: Fixed it with In-game Third Person Camera Config and setting [Camera]
bApplyCameraNodeAnimations=0 in Fallout4Custom.ini

The camera nodes in that animation have wrong orientation.

I know that was a thing back when i made the first furniture animations due to the camera nodes beeing wrong in the animation rig i used.

However i fixed that quite a long time ago in the anims i made.

Sooo... it seems like the animations got replaced and re-introduced that behavior...
