Nigerian prince is a hoax fren, rarbg.exe is bad... The best AV ever to exist is in front of your monitor right now reading this I might infer, no paid AV in the world can give you more security than this particular piece. I don't use AV for the last 7 years and no problems with virus... And I paid for a long time for kaspersky, it is awesome but if you use that and you trust that entirely you will lose some mods, trainers, and if you don't trust your AV entirely, if you risk it, what is the difference from not having an AV at all?

Kaspersky is a great AV if you don't mind sharing all your info with the FSB.   What would be illegal in most Western countries (reporting requirements of user activity) is legal and ired in Russia and China.    So use if you are ok with that.

Same with Lenovo, just you sharing your data with the PLA.

Nowadays everything shares info with everything, the omnishitchannels! the internet of shit! If you use shitindows, then you are already sharing info, if you have Alexa, you have a fucking spy in your home! If you want to do something that you don't want they to know you have to go offline nowadays, big brother is real in 21 century and it is on baby, everything is shittier by the day! If you don't want them to listen or record you start by trowing away android or apple phones... I could search for the fonts that I have but they are all around... yk... But I don't use kaspersky anymore and I have nothing to hide that is really illegal in my country, ppl doesn't care over here about piracy, nobody cares about this shit in the rest of the world only europe, usa or asian tigers care bc they do the shit lol...

Don't be surprised if she dumps you.

Is it just my imagination or has it become normal that when companies like Netflix try to make something "woke" / gender-neutral (what-ever you call it), they always add a black, gay man with a Hebrew name?

It feels like it's most of the time a black gay man in a major role, and several gay white men in minor ones.

I don't know about you, guys, but that pattern doesn't give me the impression to sell an idea. It feels more like "you want it all, well, here is it - but we run out of ideas, so all concepts are compressed into one person - enjoy". What do they call it, overselling?

I like when they mix more like a latin transsexual with an arabic fatty boyfriend or a couple of a black female with a asian trans... WITH an autistic kid! Yeah!

SO INCLUSIVE nobody thinks even once... It is so forced it is disgusting...

Having Static-X and Linkin Park release "new" music....

In Wayne's case he had said anything the whole band got paid for and agreed on would be cool... Chester's case, given when it's from, not really sure it's a 'selfless' thing. Yes, his wife signed off on it, but it just feels off.

I don't care if the "Big Five" (including the NSA) read along or the FSB.

In the past, the Stasi had at least one "informal" employee in every environmental group. EVERY telephone call abroad was recorded on analogue tape

Today you listen to the smartphone of the "friend" head of government and what does your own government do there? Public sulking at "big brother"!

---

Exactly 30 years ago, I was involved in industrial espionage by the NSA - that is, they intercepted our fax messages from Germany to our office in Chile (and in the opposite direction)...
...and 2 months later US company members visited my colleague in Santiago in his office.
How do they know about our problem (which we had discussed in the fax)... "Well, you have such a source there" was the answer.
Well - but they also had the solution to our problem and that's why we saw it at the time "with mixed feelings".

Other companies in our industry (energy and environmental technology) did not get off so lightly when spied on by the NSA - the "friends from the other side of the pond) captured valuable know-how which they passed on to US companies and then sold them to the bidder competition massively favored.

Even went through the main news channel at the time - but never had any real consequences...

...rather the opposite happened:
The CIA and NSA have commissioned their own foreign secret service to spy on the citizens of the country - this also went as far as parliament and had no consequences whatsoever.

So please - if the FSB picks up something from an anti-virus software - tzzz
Everything that is written here - logs the NSA (and the other four secret services of the "Big Five") - if you haven't woken up after Edward Snoden - you probably never will.
*sarcasm*

My response was a simple warning, nothing more.   I don't want to stray too far into politics as that is not appropriate in this thread.

Reminds me of my relation to my Alexa.

Me: Alexa I'm taking off my pants.

Alexa: You don't own pants.

Me: You're a stupid computer attached to a speaker! What do you know?

The problem with Kaspersky is that it misses malware white listed by the FSB while Windows Security, Norton, et. al. will miss malware white listed by the NSA.

We haven't held the CIA accountable for torturing mental patients to write the book on enhanced interrogation techniques or the Navy for releasing a biological agent on the streets of San Francisco to test the spread of bio-weapons, why would we hold them accountable for checking on the quality of your porn when they are paying your spies to check on mine to avoid the 4th amendment issues?

I guess the more outrageous the claim, the less of a need to provide credible sources.

Perhaps Goebbels was classically educated as well.   So does your statement count as an application of Godwin's law or an example of reductio ad Hitlerum

Ich denke, je unverschämter die Behauptung ist, desto weniger müssen glaubwürdige Quellen angegeben werden.

They can, of course, continue to claim that their own investigative journalists (in the US) are just spouting conspiracy theories...
...but then they don't try to have serious debates here.

I too, for example, like to watch the ARTE documentaries - a joint German-French project of the public broadcasters in both countries.
There's always something about the ACTIVITIES of the CIA or NSA.

Of course, you can now freely claim that their journalists and editors-in-chief are on the payroll of the FSB or the Chinese secret service...
...or finally accept that the CIA and NSA are the source of countless serious crimes against the peoples of the world - including the peoples of the USA (I deliberately used the majority here to include the indigenous peoples).

And of course the US military and numerous other state institutions have conducted illegal experiments on their own population...
...numerous examples are partly known today as

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MKUltra

---

But what do you actually talk to people who come from a country - where residents always think that the earth is flat...
...in which one can even be elected to the US Senate with such a world view.
