OK new problem i was able to put my outfit on but then nothing happend

Well, this is a new one for me. I'm using Zap 7.0 but I think this problem started sometime after I started using it -- I believe I used it successfully without this problem.

 

When enslaved, I can't successfully execute a whipping scene. The dom delivers the correct lines, but walks away from wherever the sub is. The dom continues to deliver lines ("Stop whining!" etc.) as if he were whipping her, and the scene ends correctly ("You are lazy"/"This has pleased (owner)"/"(Owner) is happy," etc., and the sub is released from the furniture). But the dom has walked away from the sub, sometimes into a completely different cell.

 

It seems as if whatever marker the dom is supposed to be standing at for the whipping animation has been moved. And I can't tell where it's been moved to. I first noticed the problem upstairs in the castle in Windhelm, and all of the characters I've tested on so far have headed toward that cell, but I don't know where in the cell they're going to. I had set some new furniture in that cell, but they always move away from every piece of furniture I've set up.

 

I have added/updated a couple of mods in the last few days, namely TDF Aroused Rape (I removed it and cleaned the save; no difference), SL Kidnapped Redux 4.02 (haven't tried without this one yet), and Estrus Chaurus Spider Add-on 4.31. Nothing else has changed in my LO since the last time I had a successful whipping anim.

 

I also haven't tried leaving Windhelm yet. However, the problem persists when moving from the upstairs castle cell to the main hall to outside near the inn.

 

I'm going to try loading a save from before the problem started, but has anyone ever seen this happen before? I'm going to keep trying things as I think of them. I may also go ahead and uninstall/clean save/reinstall ME.

 

Edit: I'm not running ZEP, would that have a fix in it? (I expect not, but thought I'd ask, just in case.)

 

Edit 2: Not only whipping scenes are affected. Any animation involving the dom will not trigger except for the dialogue subtitles and the busy/lazy messages. I'm going to reinstall.

 

Also: the dom approaches the sub at the beginning of the scene and does the "So you want to be whipped by me?" line and the attaching/tying animation before then walking away during what should be the whipping animation.

 

 

Edit 3: Reinstalling helped briefly. However, when I used the cheat menu to end slavery, and then submitted to another master, the problem returned. I was able to see that the master enters the whipping stance, but then just stands and shuffles his feet as if trying to find the spot where he's supposed to be.

 

Could this be a faction issue? I'll do some more testing tomorrow. In the meantime, any insight would be helpful.

short answer: no, there is not. Longer answer: unless you learn to make mods and add them through the creation kit.

Translating: I'm german and my english isn't terribly bad at least, but i have no clue how to do the technical stuff. If one of the english speaking guys wants to do the translation, i can help with any questions regarding german like words with 2 or more meanings and what fits in that context. With Aeryn who made the first translation that worked quite well imho.

When this mod (or one of its predecessors..ME Slavery perhaps) was first released, it was all in German. As an experiment, i tried Google translate as i dont speak any German and although the translations were far from accurate, i was able to make sense enough of what was being said. I think that if someone has time to do it (which sadly i dont) it would likely be possible to put the Google translated German text into an English format that makes enough sense to be usable. Once its out there, polishing the minor grammatical errors should be pretty easy.

nameless407 spends so much time in testing and creating playgrounds for Maria Eden. Version 2.1 comes with two new locations

• RiftenBrothel
• METrainingAndAuctions (this contains HouseOfBurden plus a new training area in Riften)

You shall not use these plugins with Maria Eden < 2.1 and you shall not use the other plugins with Maria Eden > 2.0

 

=> means: if you use ME 2.1 Foxclub and Ponytailclub isnt supported anymore,

but you can make every location into a brothel with the ME ingame bobthebuilder tool

or just grab yourself a pimp that will follow you thru skyrim, than all skyrim will be your "brothel" all the time

=> those animations dont do much on their own (they just look good) ->use those animations in combination with a dom,pimp, or if you work as a whore in a brothel via brothelpimp ->  they give you orders like: you will dance naked now, serve drinks , clean the room

 

so to understand ME a bit better: go to riftenbrothel -> ask the pimp there to work as a whore in the brothel -> follow orders an see what happens if you use option from the wheel menu at the right time =D

well it will be hard to give you any good advice there, because you have already so many factors that will break ME 2.0+

> TDF Aroused rape is deadly for the ME 2.0+ dialog quests ,like any active NPC approach mod (tried that myself a lot), not sure if you can get rid of a TDF scripts in you save so easily

> changing the loadorder and adding removing mods during a running game will break ME first (i saw that something was broken, because NPCs where looking for furniture that wasnt there anymore or was there but had a new ID), adding/removing mods during game is pretty much only secure at the end of your load order

Maria Eden is a sandbox mod. It has no active collaboration with any other BDSM quest mod than Prison Overhaul (patched)

 

I made this decision long time ago where so many mods have broken my scenes and since no communication framework is available.

I have enough effort to find my own bugs - I have no motivation to find bugs that are related to other mods.

 

Sorry for that - I recommend to use MO and a Maria Eden profile where you don't activate any other BDSM/Sexlab- but resource-only-mods.

Yeah, this is how I play it too. It's a headache but I've never had truly game-breaking bugs. And this isn't one either, just an annoyance.

 

I think I've managed to overcome it -- and I think it may have something to do with trying to use a rope cross that I Cell Builder placed in Wuunferth's room upstairs at the palace. Last night I put my pc on that cross, he came over and did the dialogue... and then walked downstairs to the main hall, where I'd placed another rope cross, and stood there. I put my pc on it and he proceeded with the whipping scene with no problem. 

 

I did several more whipping and sex scenes there and everything worked fine.

 

So idk if my monkeying with the LO (re-sorted with LOOT, and then made damned sure that ME was at the bottom of both panes of MO) and save cleaning fixed it, or if it was some issue with the cross in the upstairs room all along. I'm going to try deleting the cross to see if that fixes everything. And I'm going to avoid it and possibly all other furniture placed upstairs in the Windhelm palace.

 

I know it sounds like voodoo but after seeing some of the convoluted issues that can crop up from using ME in ways not advised by the author, nothing really surprises me anymore.

 

While I'm thinking of it, what's involved in editing English-language subtitles for the mod? Since a few iterations ago, some of the dialogue changes have been not exactly to my taste -- for example, I preferred it when the mod said "Strip!" instead of "Start undressing!" because "Strip!" is both stronger and more humiliating (to my ear, anyway). "Strip" implies control and vulnerability, while "Start undressing" is something a doctor might say on a completely innocuous examination. Just a few things like that, which may not be clear to a non-native speaker, and may not even be an issue with native English speakers other than myself. I'd certainly be willing to share edits if that were wanted.

Download the english version, the german version has *HORRIFIC* "voice acting". It ruins the german version. Sounds like you copy pasted everything into a text to speech machine from 2001. Absolutely horrible. Otherwise a great piece of work

You won't get randomly kidnapped. It happens during whore jobs ("May I ask you something?" -> "Do you have a job for me?" -> select a job). The client usually offers to buy you from your pimp, who may accept or not. Having the abduction value set high seems to result in them accepting the offer to buy you more often than not. You will then become the fuck toy of whoever buys you; you will not be able to select sex acts but will have to do whatever your new owner or members of his faction demand.

 

EDIT: Actually, come to think of it, in a past iteration of ME you were able to be put on display by the pimp overnight at an inn. This sometimes resulted in another NPC coming up and taking you away if the abduction value was set high enough, so perhaps there IS a way to get "randomly" kidnapped -- but you'll still have to jump through some hoops to get there.
