nope.none of both.  i got skeleton xpms and that works in every matter. Maria Eden has Gallows and head cut on the block, thats why i thought it may come from this.

   I am sort of Curious, and Not trying to be a problem, but do you have any expected time in the near future when you may give us an update to your Maria Prostitution mod ?

 

   I have sort of been wondering, and of course, I am eager to see all the new things, that i know you have planed.  I hope you do not mind, my asking..

MEP 2.5 is still in progress and lots of peoples are doing beta testing - I was on holidays and when I came back Zaz Package changed everything. I am busy with moving all resources from Zep to ZaZ and adapt MEP to the new ZaZ Package.

 

I want that MEP and ZaZ are working perfectly together - everybody can expect to see all the new toys in action when they are playing MEP 2.5

 

nameless701 is very busy with creating new locations where you can enjoy MEP pretty much - lots of new brothels, slave training locations and slave auction houses awaiting you.

And if you gonna be catched by bandits you can become a non-consensual slave too.

i dont know if this issue comes from maria eden, so i ask if it comes from mariaa eden.  i get ctd when my pc gets head cutted,  and also when i come back to a battlefield where i cutted a bandits head shortly before. any ideas whats going on ?

I hear that can happen if you have slavetats or overlays applied to the head. Other then that, dunno.

 

 

  I forget the details, but this is a problem maybe with the Nioverride.dll,

  Yes I like T.ara work very much, but I sort of hope he is frugal with his animations, I am losing sex animations more, and more, the 500 limit is causing me to have to drop some very good animations, and every one added to zaz, continues to cut into my sex animations.

 

   [[[ I personally don't find the dance animations that erotic, and could easy do with out them. So I would have more space for sex animations, ]]] Also I think these may be repeated by other Mods, and placed in different folder, so FNIS I believe may be counting them more than once, for the same animation.

 

  If it were easier to pick, and choose animations it might not be so bad, but I have to quite often just drop large amounts of animations, so that FNIS will finish, and I can play, some times this takes quite a bit of effort, and time to get the amount correct, and FNIS to finish.

At least as far as future animations are concerned. I don't mind the dance animations so much but if Zap keeps growing it's going to force a lot of us into choices we don't want to have to make. At least by breaking animations out of the main mod wherever possible into their own SLAL packs or separate mods would keep us from having to give up animations we want to keep in favor of ones we're not as thrilled with. IMO the price paid in immersiveness by having furnitures handled as anim objects instead of real furniture is small in comparison with having to lose favorite animations completely.

if ZaZ AP is what causes you to lose a lot of your animation 'space', you could always go into your animation install directory and delete a bunch of zaz animations that you know you wont use in game like for example the dance animations, if they arn't in the directory they wont get used in the FNIS generation, therefore they wont add to the animation count.

Yep, just something for those who have a little know how, I for one used to hit the animation cap because I had a lot of animation files and folders that were from mods i've uninstalled or not currently activated, these animation files all still get added up in FNIS and are usually why a lot of users are scratching their heads thinking 'dam I have too many animations' when in reality they probably arn't using quite a few of them.

quick start is optional, and riften brothel is okay, but If I were you, and just starting or re installing after not playing for awhile make sure to use a clean save.

 

No DDI, no SLA. ( But you do need DDA, which is just a clothing mod really with no real scripts.) For More nasty critters you may have to install SLA, but then turn off the .ESM, so it is not active ( you might get by with it on, but I find it better to just turn it off for this Mod ), sometimes More nasty critters will complain if you don't have the scripts from SLA visible or it does not see the SLA .esm, I do not know why, it should not need it.

 

then install just these two, bare minimum needed should be these two

2.ME_Maria-v2-01-20160813-205012_ENG

 

 

3. latter after you understand ME better ( how it works, what its weak spots are ), you might start experimenting with other mod's, just know that DDI, or any mod that requires DDI is likely to cause you trouble.  (( Actually it will cause you trouble with this mod ))

Regarding More nasty critters and SLA on the Creature Framework in the MCM menu - General tab it has a toggle for SexLab Aroused integration and an Arousal threshold. I think that is why More nasty critters will complain about not having SLA. There is no hard dependency between More nasty critters and SLA.

I switch the toggle off to improve performance and set the threshold to 0.

You cam block and lock arousal in the SLA menu - Puppet Master tab and it will be -2 for you and NPCs.

Thanks for this, although you know, I've been using ME since it first came out along side DDI, SLA, MNC and few other mods that are suggested in the no no list. I've had no problem with them, I think if you manage the load order correctly and make sure not to let them clash in game with what you're doing and whats being called, it can work.

 

That aside, so it's correct to understand that the older location plugins like ponytail club are now obsolete more or less for the newest version of ME?

    Yes I have read, and heard how many through Console tricks, and constant monitoring of there equipped items, and some neat tricks with the gag, manage to play this mod with DDI mods working along side.

 

   I am sure if I wanted the head ache of it I could too. But I find I enjoy both this mod, and DDI mod's much more when they are separated.

 

   For most casual user's I believe running them apart is a much wiser choice, and will cause them far fewer head ache's.

 

   The biggest thing is that you get those people to thinking they can play this mod with DDI mod's, and next they are pounding the DCL, and ME threads wondering why this or that is happening, and all of them, normally say the same thing I do..LOL

More or less the mods that aren't compatible with ME will work so long as they don't overlap with each other during play. You can try and make them play nice with each other but they either actively conflict (gags being the obvious example) or they hog too many resources and could prevent ME from doing it's thing in certain situations.

 

I wouldn't really consider having to actively work around or avoid conflicts in game as "working." But honestly, what you're willing to put up with is the only real limitation, just don't expect any help getting incompatible mods to work right with ME.

 

And the mod description's wording is a little confusing, but your assumption is correct. The old plugins are not designed to work with the newer versions of ME.

I used to run everything together at the same time too. Sure I made it work, but I found that constantly fretting over what's getting in the way of what pulls me out of the game too much for me to enjoy it. Or rather, running incompatible mods diminishes my overall enjoyment more than it enhances it. ME running smooth and without worry of conflicts is great.
