Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I installed an animation pack, regenerated the FNIS for Users thingy and the new anims didn't show up ingame.

 

edit: Nevermind. I mucked around a bit more and got some to work. It's a shame that Leito's FFM scenes aren't included in the SLAL-enabled packs though. Does anyone intend to work on those soon?

They are still in Non SexLab Animation Pack for now. I have encouraged someone to make one but can't say they will.

 

I really need some help here, Idk what i've been doing wrong but here's what I did:

Downloaded the human pack.

Downloaded SLAL

added Slal then the pack using Nexus Mod Manager

Ran FNIS (said that he registered the animations)

Got into the game.

Slal menu

Enable All.

Register.

No new animations in the sexlab menu.

Was I stupid somewhere?

 

 

Have you tried to go into the SLAnims (folder) and run the SLAnimGenereate tool?  If not then FNIS probably didn't see any of the anims.  Also check that the mod files were built correctly.  I know Leito packs the files into an extra directory (Leitoanims) or the like.

 

 

well surprisingly the zip folder has nothing in it, although FNIS did detect (2506 animations or so) the funnybiz animations. I can't seem to locate them ingame. and i didnt see any program i can run in the slal folder either.

Basic Troubleshooting:

 

 

 

Q).  Where is the furniture?

A).  For now, some animations require NSAP (table) and ZAZ (Pillory).  I'm slowly compiling everything so one will not need NSAP or ZAZ.  Bandit Pole Rape, Impaled 3-Way and all of the Leito bed animations require the SLAL AnimObject esp for them to show up.

 

Q).  Stuff isn't aligned/rotated correctly?

A).  Let me know exactly what animation is wrong and I'll fix it.  Everything should at least be rotated correctly but I might have missed one.

 

Q).  Charater x needs an open mouth!

A).  Make sure you have Female Facial Animation installed: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35303/? .  Why?  I'm not entirely certain, but all my open_mouth=True statements started to work after I installed it.  If they're still closed, let me know what animation (please be specific) and the scene #.

 

Q).  The characters all spinning and going crazy?

A).  Some animations are made specifically for different skeletons.  Creatures in particular have different in game skeletons than characters - if Sexlab attempts to shove your character into a creature animation it's going to get weird.  Still, let me know what animation and maybe a screenshot.

SLAL 10.7 is below

 

It is done.  Finally.  After much time, migraines, positioning, hunting for missing ), FunnyBiz 10.7 SLAL is done.

 

Changes:

 

Realigned almost every single animation, old and new.  Things will be facing the correct direction.  Due to body styles and set scales you may need to tweak some items to suit your fancy, but by and large everything should be very close.

 

Added FB new animations from 10.4-10.7:

 

Giantess Necro (PC is aggressor, female giant)

Heel Doggy (Doggystyle with heel on neck)

Vampire Lord Brutal (Creature as aggressor)

Troll Necro Anal (PC is aggressor, female troll)

Falmer Necro Prone (PC is aggressor, female falmer)

 

Due to the mass realignment, any user made alignments in sexlab (via the positioning keys) will cause these to be out of alignment.  Sexlab stores your positioning key settings beyond save games via JSON.  When the animation plays and if it seems off, go to your animation settings and make sure everybody is set to 0.  Cycle the stages and it should be good to go.

Is there a way to reduce or get rid of the stuttering between the transition of most of SLAL animations?

I mean this stuttering where the characters switch one or two times between sex and standing before the animation runs smoothly.

I'm not sure how to explain it any better. The animation packs aren't showing up in MCM at all. Clicking enable all shows "Enabled 0 Animations". The animations just aren't showing up. I've let skyrim just sit there for 10 minutes to if maybe it just needed time to appear, but nothing. There has to be more to it. Maybe it's just not compatible with something.

 

There are no animations to pick from in the SLAL menu. the only thing that shows up is general options. None of the packs I've installed show up at all.

Common issues that cause this is forgotting to install the required mod JContainers. Also check inside the SLAnims folder in your data/mod directory and make sure the .json files are there; sometimes mod managers don't install them or computer protections remove them.

You missed or didn't understand that bit. YOu've done everything you need to do EXCEPT go back into the Sexlab Framework MCM menu and on the "Rebuild and Clean" page chose the "Reset Animation Registry" option.

If you want, you can add the Brutal Anal Toy Animation on the list.
All the information is already in my thread.
Install it as other animations, nothing special to report.
It contains just a necessary esp for objetcs.
 
It's only one Animation at the moment, another is in progress.

What might cause the SLAL entry in the MCM to be completely blank (i.e. no animation packs, no general tab)? Other things utilizing the MCM work and I believe I have all of the requirements for SLAL.

I had that installed for some time for some other mod. Right now I have 3.2.6 I believe, but I am about to try that alpha one on LL.

Recently it has been pointed out that there is currently a lack of management for the packs which are being made. This is for existing packs and new pack makers. Where there is a clear evidence of strong relationships between pack maker and animator, there is little evidence of collaboration of this pairing between other pack makers and animators.

 

So here is a callout for someone willing and passionate enought to work with all the animators and pack markers and be a central person who deals with updates to one thread. These are my recommendations to how to manage it and what is needed but I encourage anyone with the desire and ideas to do it how they see fit.

 

I'd recommend the following:

  • the user is on the forum at least three out of seven days a week
  • the user is willing to recieve PM's from animators and pack makers of updates
  • the user is willing to produce and manage a thread in the download section with all the packs and updates
  • the user has good management skills
  • (if possible) the user is able to manage the SLAnimObjects esp for an anim objects

For the pack makers, I would recommend the following:

  • create a page in the download section for your pack
  • support any questions or queries with your pack
  • liaise with the animator if any issues need to be addressed
  • have a full detailed list of the animations in that pack
  • (where possible) create a second download with gifs of the animations (wither ingame or rendered previews)

There is a few duplicated packs, such as leito and funnybuziness. I'd recommend someone look to merge these together where possible and just have one pack. I also recommend people make packs for missing animators like 3J and 4D for those still using SexLab 1.59C (I do not need someone to make my own pack as I plan on releasing it myself shortly)

 

The above is not a "you must do this" and is only a recommendation. But we all know that there needs to be a team of people working on this, not just random pairs spread accross the forum. There needs to be a centralized hub.

I packed up Dayelet's female werewolf animations. I recommend Sexlab werewolves if you're going to use this as a male player or Moonlight Tales as a female. The only issues I've run into so far are that the first stage of the blowjob repeats itself and there are some minor clipping issues, but all four positions work perfectly. I may do the Flame Atronachs next unless someone else has already done them.

I checked the behavior files are there in the folder. I don't know why I get this error.

 

EDIT: it is false positive warning. I tested dayelets werewolf animations with Gerdur and Hentai Wolf from Hentai Creatures. Good thing that Lucan had a few spell books lying about lol :D

I wonder whether you can help me resolve an issue, I'm apparently having with editing SLAL packs. I say apparently, as I'm not getting any errors, but I end up with a broken SLAL pack, where animations won't run.

To run the python script, I installed the latest version of python for windows (64bit 3.51). I mention the version python used, just in case this has a bearing on my issue. Your guide does say that 3.x is required.

I wanted to edit Funnybizness's SLAL pack, so that I could add the ZaZ yoke to one of the animations.I used CK to find the animobject for a yoke included in the latest ZaZ animation pack (6.1). The id for this is 'AOZaZWPIIYoke'. Following your guide, I edited the FunnyBizness.txt file, in the source directory of SLAnims, as so

  • I ran the SLAnimGenerate.pyw script. The dialog opened up and I built all categories. There were no errors andit told me that everything was up-to-date.
  • I then ran generatefnisformodders.exe, to generated the behaviour file from FNIS_FunnyBiz_List.txt. (no errors)

 

  • I then ran GenerateFNISforUsers.exe, to update the animations ingame. (no errors)

 

  • In game I selected the FunnyBizness pack with the MCM, sexlab animation loader. I enabled all aniamtions and registered these. Finally I reset the sexlab animation registry, so the animation would be accessible by othermods.

 

When the animation run there is no visible yoke on the female actor.I thought it might be a good idea to try a different animobject (repeating the setup above), just in case the yoke one was faulty. I tried adding the 'AOZaZPunishmentPillory' mentioned in your guide and again it did not appear

ingame.

Frustrated by this, I tried altering some other animation settings (e.g OPEN MOUTH, repeating the setup above)

I wonder whether you can help me resolve an issue, I'm apparently having with editing SLAL packs. I say apparently, as I'm not getting any errors, but I end up with a broken SLAL pack, where animations won't run.

 

To run the python script, I installed the latest version of python for windows (64bit 3.51). I mention the version python used, just in case this has a bearing on my issue. Your guide does say that 3.x is required.

 

I wanted to edit Funnybizness's SLAL pack, so that I could add the ZaZ yoke to one of the animations.I used CK to find the animobject for a yoke included in the latest ZaZ animation pack (6.1). The id for this is 'AOZaZWPIIYoke'. Following your guide, I edited the FunnyBizness.txt file, in the source directory of SLAnims, as so

Yes, I know n the FunnyBiznesss's table animations, the animobject tends to be attached to the male actor2, rather than female actor1. In the case of the yoke the female will be wearing the yoke, so it makes sense to attach it to actor1.

 

On FunnyBizness's mod page on LL he definitely says that the 'Yoke Doggy' animation is compatible with the ZaZ yoke. Why he left the yoke off the animation is a complete mystery? Maybe he couldn't get permission to include the yoke, who knows?

 

@edit This is complete madness. I tried what you suggested and attached the yoke to actor2 and to my great surprise the yoke appeared, but worn by the male actor2. The female continues to hold her hands up in the air :lol: I wonder if it is important orderwise which gender the actors are. If it works with actor2 been assigned the animobject, maybe if I reverse the genders and have actor2 being the female (no). Mmm!, tried all combinations, switching actor1 & 2's gender and the order in which the are listed in FunnyBizness.txt. The male role still continues to wear the yoke :(

My only point was that it was strange that the other anim objects (pillory, etc) were in the animation setups (specifically the Shashankie version of the pack that I use) while the yoke wasn't.  I wonder if there is an issue with the python script where it only detects the "object=" on the last actor (which happens to be the male actor - actor2), ignoring the object on the female (actor1)?  Maybe that's why it wasn't added in the first place?

Thanks for the reply. I have been messing with the original FunnyBizness.txt and decided to replace it with a clean copy from the original SLAL pack. I then made the changes as shown below,

and ran the python script, building all categories. I checked the json and fnis files and they had been created correctly. After running,

 

1. generatefnisformodders.exe on FNIS_FunnyBiz_List.txt

I checked ingame and astonishingly the yoke was visible on the female actor1.

 

I then thought I'd check why I was having issue with the 'open_mouth' option. I edited FunnyBizness.txt as before

If the json and list files differ, this might acccount for the problems I was having. I tested this by firstly deleting both the json and list files, before running the python script. They were correctly created  and ingame actor1 now wears the yoke and has her mouth open at all stages. Is there a way to force the script to update the FNIS_FunnyBiz_List.txt file?

Thats something for orxx, SLAL's creator to answer. I would assume the point of the generator is to create the files automatically. I have never worked with python I am afraid so I am unable to answer that.

Nah it is all dependent on what actor the object is attached too. Turn out the issue was more dimple than that. Their FNIS list wasn't updating for some bizarre reason. Something I should consider since I'm still having issues loading creatures. :P

Is there any way to disable the orgasm in a particular animation?

Also when I set a timer it works only around 4/5 times correctly, the other time it keeps looping the non-looping animation; is there something I did wrong?

I'm using the following code for a 90 frames animation from which I only want to use 60 frames:

Sorry if this has already been asked, but is there any specific way to install / uninstall a pack to add an updated version? So far all I do is uninstall the old pack, re-install the new pack run FNIS, go in the game and reset the animation registery then load the new animation in the pack via SLAL. The thing I was wondering about is some authors have updated old animations, and in my SLAL those animations are still ticked and installed, so does this mean it automatically updated them?

 

For example Leito updated some of his older animations a while ago and added the possibility of the Seeker using Giant rape animations, so when I installed it, the old files were still ticked and  the new animations for the seeker where unticked like normal on a new install?
